Radio host Myleene was made an MBE for services to women's health, miscarriage awareness and charity.
The pair posed together in the grounds of the castle after King Charles handed them the honours.
Myleene, 47 is an ambassador for pregnancy and baby loss charity Tommy's.
On Instagram Myleene wrote: 'I am utterly overjoyed and humbled,' as she explained she spoke to the King about her work with baby loss charity Tommy's.
She added: 'King Charles himself pinned my medal on me whilst asking how my work with Tommy's and their graded model of care is progressing.
'I told him of the bereavement leave we have just secured with @miscarriageassociation @sarahowenmp @oliviablake_mp and the fact no one would wait for three consecutive heart attacks before receiving medical intervention, yet women are expected to wait for three Miscarriages before help.
'He looked surprised that this was the case and then completely agreed.
"He was equally surprised to hear in this country there is NO official MC data collected which is what I'm aiming to work on next with Tommy's.'

Myleene Klass has shared a tribute to her former school where she now works after it had to be evacuated on Friday when a fire ripped through the building. Emergency services with called to the Cliff Park Primary Academy in Great Yarmouth, Norfolk just after 1pm on Friday. The fire erupted whilst pupils celebrated the final day of the term before the summer holidays when they all had to be evacuated for their safety. Now, singer Myleene, 47, has revealed that the school in question was her own alma mater, where she now mentors students. Taking to her Instagram Stories, the TV presenter shared a snap of the blaze as thick black smoke billowed into the air. She wrote: 'This is my old state school that I now mentor at. 'To Cliff Park teachers and pupils, I'm glad that you are all safe. I'm told the teachers did a phenomenal job of getting you out. 'I'm sorry your last day of term looked like this, I'm relieved you're all ok. Sending my love.' In a follow-up message, Myleene shared a news article about the blaze, adding: 'Well done once again to my colleagues and teachers for getting the children out safely.' Norfolk Constabulary confirmed that all children were accounted for and safely evacuated from the building. In a statement, Norfolk Fire and Rescue Service added: 'We sent crews from Great Yarmouth, Gorleston, Acle and Carrow as well as the Control Unit from Wymondham and the Aerial Ladder Platform from Great Yarmouth,' it said. 'The fire is under control, no-one has been injured. 'We'd like to thank the school for performing a quick and full evacuation. 'Initial crews provided proactive firefighting techniques to quickly bring the fire under control and they are now dampening down the fire. 'The cause of the fire is currently unknown and an investigation has already started.' Meanwhile, police added: 'Police were called to Orde Avenue, Gorleston to assist the fire service at 1.20pm today, with a fire at a school. Myleene then shared a clip on Instagram showing the highlights from the afterparty - although the number one star appeared to be her son Apollo, five, who supported her throughout the event. A stunning two-tier cake was made with a crown on top, while royal-themed photo props were spread about the room as Myleene recorded herself having fun.

"Embrace your feminine energy: nurturing, caring, receiving, multiplying, cleaning, maintaining the home, which is the most precious place for us men. "Do not be afraid to be women, to allow yourselves to be led by a man who only wants to see you happy, because we do not know heaven without you. "Holding yourselves responsible for your energy is also a way of loving you. "Men, we are failing in the lack of commitment, putting our partners last, not keeping our word, and not prioritising habits to become admirable. "I understand that we are afraid to speak and truly express what we feel because they are trying to eradicate masculinity, since in certain cases of the past, feminine energy was suppressed, but many of us are here wanting to love you, take care of you, respect you, and provide for you. 8 Javier Hernandez won two Premier League titles at Manchester United Credit: Getty 8 He also spent two seasons at West Ham United Credit: Reuters "But you women must learn to honour masculinity." Rylan Clark gives update on mum Linda's health after latest hospital dash
The BBC Radio 2 presenter missed a show at the weekend to be beside his mum, as he gave an update on social media. Rylan Clark has provided an update on his mum Linda's health condition following her emergency hospital visit last Friday. The BBC presenter missed his Radio 2 show on Saturday to be by her side. The television personality reassured fans on Saturday morning that she was recovering well. Rylan announced to his followers the good news that she would be discharged from hospital in time to celebrate her 73rd birthday on Sunday, July 20. He wrote on Instagram, "Antibiotics have worked. Letting her home on orals. So she's home for her bday." He expressed his gratitude, saying, "Cheers, everyone, for your messages. Means a lot. Off sort wheelie bins x." Previous updates from Rylan didn't disclose the reason for Linda's recent hospital dash according to reports in the Mirror, but he mentioned, "She's all good. Hoping she will be at home for her bday. She's now worried about wheelie bins going out again." The update comes just days before Linda 's birthday this weekend. Although Rylan has remained quiet on discussing too many details on Linda's recent health scare, he assured fans he would keep them updated as "trooper" Linda recovers. Rylan, who often shares the couch with his mum Linda on Celebrity Gogglebox, first broke the news on social media on Friday. He wrote: : "Mummy Linda isn't well, sadly, so I won't be hosting the show tomorrow." The former Big Brother star went on to thank the medical staff, adding: "Thank you to the emergency team at Princess Alexandra Hospital. Especially Tanya, who really looked after my mum. Will keep you updated as she's on the mend. She's a trooper." He later shared, giving an update: "She's doing really well thankfully. All going good. Cheers for all ur messages." The popular presenter, who hosts his own Saturday afternoon show on BBC Radio 2, was replaced this weekend by Richie Anderson. Richie, 37, teamed up with former X Factor star Diana Vickers on the programme and reached out to listeners earlier for their "help" before chatting with Diana about her new podcast, Just Between Us. On Instagram, Richie confirmed he would be filling in for Rylan, telling his followers: "I need your help. So tomorrow I'm sitting in for Rylan on Radio 2 and I'm gonna be joined in the studio by the icon Diana Vickers." He encouraged fans to share their dilemmas, stating: "She's got a new podcast out, relationship agony aunt, so we wanna use her advice skills as we do 'Diana's Dilemmas'. So we want your fun household, family, and relationship dilemmas." This comes shortly after Rylan announced that his mum Linda had finally joined Instagram, where she quickly gained over 110,000 followers. Last week, Rylan excitedly shared: "So we've finally done it. Linda is now on Instagram." He also said: "Bear with as she gets used to it but give her a follow if you want," adding, "Can't believe this is happening." Days later, Linda took to social media to post an update. Alongside a photo of herself, Rylan, and the Celebrity Gogglebox team, she penned: "Thank you for 100k followers! Still don't really know what it means but Ross is helping me. This is our lovely Gogglebox crew. Luv yas."
