Miley Cyrus makes surprising nod to ex-boyfriend's famous father Arnold Schwarzenegger in new visual album
Miley Cyrus features one of her ex's parents in a major way in her new visual album.
The 32-year-old musician premiered the movie musical, "Something Beautiful," which accompanies her ninth studio album of the same name, at the Tribeca Film Festival. The film acts as a visual album, showcasing the record's 13 songs with visuals and music videos which enhance the album's overall message and theme.
Among the visuals included in the film is Cyrus strutting down the Hollywood Walk of Fame, before lying down on top of "The Terminator" star, Arnold Schwarzenegger's star on the historic sidewalk, as part of the music video for the song "Walk of Fame," featuring Brittany Howard of Alabama Shakes, per People.
Cyrus famously dated the actor's son, Patrick Schwarzenegger, for one year, from 2014 to 2015.
The "Hannah Montana" star previously opened up about filming on The Hollywood Walk of Fame during an appearance on "Jimmy Kimmel Live!" in which she told the talk show host her "leg began to disintegrate" after filming.
"And then the doctor goes, 'Do you have any idea why you would have such a brutal infection on your kneecap?'' she said on the show. "To have a surgeon look at you and say, 'Yuck…' They open up cadavers. They see inside the guts of humans and they're looking at me, telling me I'm disgusting. And they do brain operations!"
After the film's premiere on Friday, Cyrus sat down for a Q&A panel, where she was met with hecklers demanding she sing, with one fan shouting, "We thought this was a concert! We paid $800!" as heard in a video posted to X.
Following multiple other outbursts from fans, Cyrus began to sing her 2009 hit, "The Climb," and the whole thing turned into a sing-a-long, with the crowd joining in.
Since their breakup in 2015, Patrick has appeared in many projects, before starring in season three of "The White Lotus," telling Fox News Digital "it's been a wild journey" since the show premiered.

He and his dad recently appeared on Variety's "Actors on Actors" series in which they discussed their respective careers.
"It was a great conversation. It was kind of a really cool moment for me to be able to have that conversation with my dad, hear about his kind of journey at the beginning of his film career, and how our different careers differ," he told Fox News Digital about the conversation. "What it was like for him to work with certain directors and writers like James Cameron, how they differ from Mike White."
His parents, the "True Lies" star and journalist, Maria Shriver, separated in 2011 after 25 years of marriage after Arnold confessed to fathering a child with the family's housekeeper during their marriage. They have remained close, however, having been seen together on social media celebrating milestone events.
Looking back at his own career, Patrick explained having the support of his parents throughout his journey has "been a blessing."

"They've been supporters of me on the sidelines for the past whatever years," he said. "They've been supportive through film projects that were extremely small and not seen by many, and then also through "The White Lotus" that's seen by everyone, so it's been great to have them by my side."

Sister of Red Sox's Roman Anthony, MLB's top prospect, goes viral during his Red Sox debut: 'Surreal'
Boston Red Sox top prospect, and the No. 1 prospect in baseball according to MLB Pipeline, Roman Anthony made his long-awaited debut at Fenway Park on Tuesday night. While all baseball eyes were on Anthony, he wasn't the only member of the family who went viral. Lia Anthony, Roman's sister, told Boston-based WEEI's "The Greg Hill Show" that she had "quite a few DMs" after being shown on the NESN broadcast for Tuesday's game against the Tampa Bay Rays. While discussing the excitement of seeing her brother's dream come true playing in the big leagues, Lia also revealed that her Instagram following jumped from 3,000 to more than 14,000. "I mean, it's been surreal," Lia, a Florida State University graduate, told WEEI. As of Thursday night, Lia's following has reached over 17,400 followers. Lia wouldn't reveal who DMed her, and what was said. However, she was laughing at a few. "I got a couple baseball [DMs]," she explained. "But it was funny, somebody said something about how they accidentally hit their baseball [in my DMs] and asked me to throw it back." The whole Anthony family was in the front row at Fenway Park to witness Roman's debut, including father Anthony Sr., brother Anthony Jr., who goes by Tony, and mother Lori. NESN sideline reporter Jahmai Webster took the time to interview the Anthony family during the game, which was one of the main reasons Lia went viral. But she says her little brother Roman wasn't too fazed by the attention she was getting. "I think he definitely was shocked. We all were. We all were kind of in disbelief. But, I mean, he's got bigger things to focus on. So, he's just been focusing on his debut and everything. But I think we were all just shocked by it," Lia explained. Lia added that this was her first experience in Boston, where she said "the people were amazing." She also got to meet Red Sox legend David Ortiz, calling it "an unreal experience." "My mom especially was so touched by it, because David Ortiz had shared a couple words with her, talking about how incredible Roman is and how he'll be the face of the franchise," Lia said. Roman didn't have the debut he wanted, going 0-for-4 with a sacrifice fly and an RBI, but he was able to notch his first career hit, a two-RBI double, on Wednesday. Kanye West wants to attend the Sean ‘Diddy' Combs trial to support Combs in court: Source
Kanye West has been in touch with Sean 'Diddy' Combs' family about possibly attending Combs' ongoing criminal trial to show his support. A source close to Combs told CNN that West, who goes by Ye, is currently in New York City. He did not attend Thursday's court proceedings but would like to attend to show support for Combs, the source said, adding that West has been in touch with Combs' son, Christian 'King' Combs, about attending trial with the Combs family. Combs' sons have been in court for much of the trial. Christian Combs and West are currently working on music together, the source added. The individual close to Combs noted West may attend when the defense begins their presentation. Prosecutors in the case have said that their presentation is expected to wrap up next week, indicating that the defense could begin calling their own witnesses soon. West, who has been widely condemned and dropped by most of his representatives and business partners for repeated antisemitic hate speech and other controversies in recent years, has offered public support for Combs since he's been incarcerated in the lead-up to his trial. West is one of few public figures to show support for the embattled music mogul, who has been accused of sexual assault or other misconduct in more than 60 civil cases and is on trial in federal court for criminal charges that include sex trafficking, racketeering conspiracy and transportation to engage in prostitution. Combs has denied all wrongdoing and has pleaded not guilty to the charges. West posted messages on social media to call for Combs' freedom ahead of his trial. In March, West released a song that featured a phone call recorded from jail between him and Combs. That song also features Christian Combs and West's daughter with Kim Kardashian. In February, West sparked outrage for selling t-shirts emblazoned with swastikas, which he promoted in a Super Bowl ad. His support for Combs on social media coincided with the firestorm that ensued over his antisemitic posts around the same time. A representative for Combs and his son, Christian, declined to comment. West is not known to be working with a public relations representative at this time and CNN was not able to contact him.
