OUTCROP SILVER ANNOUNCES PARTNER FUNDED MAIDEN DRILL PROGRAM AT THE PEARL COPPER PROJECT, ARIZONA
VANCOUVER, BC, May 8, 2025 /CNW/ - Outcrop Silver & Gold Corporation (TSXV: OCG, OTCQX:OCGSF, DE:MRG) ("Outcrop Silver") is pleased to announce the commencement of the maiden drill program at the Pearl Copper Project located in Arizona, United States. The drilling campaign will be fully funded by Golden Mile Resources Limited (ASX: G88), whereby Golden Mile is currently earning a 51% interest through funding this A$2 million maiden drill program. Outcrop Silver retained a 1% net smelter return (NSR) royalty.
Outcrop Silver advances the Pearl Copper project through an earn-in agreement with Golden Mile Resources (ASX:G88). Program fully funded by Golden Mile.
The Pearl project is located in the prolific Laramide porphyry copper district, which is responsible for 70% of the United States of America's copper production.
All drilling permits secured from the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) and the Arizona State Land Department (ASLD).
The maiden drill program to test high-grade copper-silver-gold targets at the Odyssey and Ford prospects has commenced.
"Golden Mile's fully funded drill program moves Pearl forward at no cost to Outcrop Silver and exemplifies our strategy of unlocking value from non-core assets while we focus capital on expanding the high-grade Santa Ana silver project in Colombia," stated Ian Harris, President & CEO of Outcrop Silver.
The Pearl Copper project is located in the Laramide porphyry copper district, one of the most prolific copper-producing regions globally, accounting for approximately 70% of U.S. copper production. The project sits immediately north of BHP's past-producing San Manuel-Kalamazoo Mine and along the trend with Capstone Copper's active Pinto Valley Mine, benefiting from exceptional infrastructure and a skilled local workforce.
Following the receipt of all required exploration permits, including the Notice of Intent (NOI) from the BLM and the Special Land Use Permit (SLUP) and Geologic Field Operation Plan (GFOP) from the ASLD, drilling has commenced. This maiden drill program consists of 14 to 16 reverse circulation (RC) holes totaling up to 1,800 metres, and will test two priority targets.
Transaction
On September 12, 2024 Golden Mile purchased an option on Pearl for A$100,000 (Australian Dollars) with Outcrop Silver retaining a 1% NSR royalty. Golden Mile has the option to earn-in to 51% by funding A$2,000,000 in exploration expenditures by September 12, 2027. Golden Mile may also earn an additional 34% by funding an additional A$10,000,000 in exploration expenditures within 5 years. Upon completing the earn-in a joint venture will be formed with both parties funding proportionally. If either party dilutes below 10%, their interest will convert to an additional 1% NSR royalty. At such time that a JORC compliant resource achieves 750,000 tonnes of contained copper at a minimum grade of 0.3%, Golden Mile will pay Outcrop Silver A$2,000,000.
The Pearl Copper project was acquired through the amalgamation with Zacapa Resources. Zacapa's portfolio also included the Kramer Hills brownfield oxide gold project in San Bernardino, California and the South Bullfrog, gold project in Beatty, Nevada adjacent to Anglo Gold's Silicon project.

VIZSLA COPPER ADVANCES THE M5 TARGET AT COPPERVIEW, CENTRAL BC: DEFINES A STRONG AND UNTESTED IP ANOMALY
VANCOUVER, BC, June 11, 2025 /CNW/ - Vizsla Copper Corp. (TSXV: VCU) (OTCQB: VCUFF) (FRANKFURT: 97E0) (" Vizsla Copper" or the " Company") is pleased to report results from a recently completed induced polarization (IP) survey across the M5 target at the Copperview project (the " Project" or " Copperview") in central British Columbia (Figure 1). HIGHLIGHTS New IP data enhances the M5 target: New chargeability and resistivity data demonstrate strong prospectivity for porphyry-related mineralization at Copperview. Untested geophysical anomalies: Coincident chargeability, magnetic and AFMAG anomalies define the broad M5 target area which has never been drill tested. Follow-up programs planned: The largely covered and concealed M5 target area will be the focus of upcoming soil geochemical surveys aimed at refining drill targets. "We have now defined a broad 3.5 km 2 chargeability anomaly at Copperview across a dominantly till-covered area which has never been drill tested," commented Steve Blower, Vice President of Exploration. "The presence of overlapping geophysical anomalies strongly supports the high-prospectivity for mineralization across this area. We will follow-up with soil geochemical surveys and continued mapping aimed at advancing M5 to drill ready stage." The Copperview IP Survey The grid-based IP survey across the M5 target consisted of over 20 line kilometers across seven east-west oriented lines spaced 300 meters apart (Figure 2). The survey was designed to characterize and detect subsurface sulfide mineralization associated with pronounced coincident geophysical (magnetic and MobileMT 1) anomalies at the M5 target area (Figure 1). The IP survey expanded on the 2024 survey where two lines defined an open-ended, high-chargeability anomaly (see February 19 th, 2025 news release). The broadly northwest-southeast oriented >20 mv/v M5 chargeability-high anomaly spans 2.5 by 1.4 kilometers (Figure 2). The core of the chargeability-high anomaly is spatially associated with a strong conductivity-high (resistivity-low) anomaly observed in the ground IP data as well as the recently compiled MobileMT 1 survey (see November 2 nd, 2023 News Release). The intensity of the chargeability anomaly increases with depth (Figure 3) The M5 target is along trend, 6.5 kilometers north of Kodiak Copper's Gate discovery 2 (Figure 1). Porphyry-related copper and gold mineralization at the Gate discovery is spatially associated with a strong chargeability-high coincident with a similar break in the regional-scale magnetic-high lineament (Figure 1). The M5 target has never been drill tested. Next Steps This new chargeability and resistivity data supports the strong prospectivity of the dominantly till-covered area for concealed, porphyry-related mineralization. A grid-based soil geochemical survey covering the M5 target will commence in the coming weeks. Contingent on geochemical results, the M5 target may be drill tested later this year. Figure 1. Map of the Copperview Project showing the location of the M5 target in relation to a regional magnetic-high lineament and Kodiak Copper's Gate discovery. 3 Figure 2. Project scale high-resolution magnetic data showing the location of the IP survey and the strong chargeability anomaly across the M5 target (250m depth slice). Figure 3. Section through the M5 chargeability 3D voxel model showing the strong-chargeability anomaly which has never been drill tested. Section line 3700N A to A' shown in Figure 2. Borealis Announces Initiation of Crushing Ahead of Schedule at the Borealis Mine
Toronto, Ontario--(Newsfile Corp. - June 11, 2025) - Borealis Mining Company Limited (TSXV: BOGO) (FSE: L4B0) (the " Company" or " Borealis") is pleased to announce that crushing of its ~327,000 ton mineralized stockpile at the Borealis Gold Project in Nevada began ahead of schedule on Friday, June 6. Crushing rates are expected to range from 2,500 tpd to 4,500 tpd, depending on the crushing characteristics of the material. Drip line application on the first panel of crushed material is expected to begin the week of July 7 th, with a tentative target of a first gold pour during the week of August 11 th. Please see the below Video showing the crushing spread in full operation. Cannot view this video? Visit: Bulk sample results from 2024 suggest an average grade of 0.016 oz/st Au (0.55 g/mt Au) and an expected recovery of ~70% via conventional heap leaching. The two-stage crushing is targeted to continue through to Q4 2025, while gold pours are expected to continue to mid-2026, at the least. While Borealis expects to issue guidance on the restart of blasting and mining separately, the tentative target for this restart is also Q4 2025. Kelly Malcolm, CEO of Borealis, states, "I'm very happy to see execution of the stockpile crushing program starting ahead of schedule, with the process running flawlessly so far. This is a meaningful revenue-generating exercise, and also provides us with a low-risk confirmatory test of our plant and procedures, ahead of upcoming genuine mining. I'd to thank our operations team and our contractor, Remington, for a smooth start. We are very excited to see substantial gold pours in the very short term." Please see the Company's April 22, 2025 press release for details on the bulk sample and details on plans for upcoming production from the Borealis Mine. Qualified Person and QA&QC The scientific and technical content of this news release was reviewed, verified, and approved by Kelly Malcolm, Chief Executive Officer of the Company, and a Qualified Person as defined by Canadian Securities Administrators' National Instrument 43-101 - Standards of Disclosure for Mineral Projects. Borealis Mine The Borealis mine property, located close to the town of Hawthorne, NV, is fully permitted and equipped for present mine operations and future expansion, with existing open pits, heap leach pads, modern infrastructure, and a functional ADR facility which produces doré bars. The project has historically produced over 600,000 ounces of gold from an open pit heap leach operation. It is an under-explored property and has not been drilled since 2011, aside from Borealis' efforts in 2024 and 2025. The property possesses high grade expansion potential with excellent historical drilling results, along with a number of untested regional targets. The Borealis Project holds existing federal and state permits for mining and processing operations. However, certain permit modifications may be required for expanded production, and the timeline for such approvals is subject to regulatory review. The Company cannot guarantee the timing or success of any permit modifications that may be required for future expansions. About Borealis Borealis is a gold mining and exploration company focused on exploration and resumption of production of the Borealis Mine in Nevada and the advancement of its Sandman project also in Nevada. The Borealis Mine is a fully permitted mine site, equipped with active heap leach pads, an ADR facility, and all necessary infrastructure to support a heap leach gold mining operation. In addition to the mine, the property, comprised of 815 unpatented mining claims of approximately 20 acres each totaling approximately 16,300 acres and one unpatented mill site claim of about five acres located in western Nevada, is highly prospective for additional high-sulfidation gold mineralization. The Sandman project, recently acquired through the acquisition of Gold Bull Resources Inc., is an advanced exploration project with a recently completed (2021) NI 43-101 compliant resource and a recent (2023) Preliminary Economic Assessment which indicates compelling economics, particularly in light of the increase in commodity prices since publication of the study. Borealis is led by a strong board and management team, many of whom have founded, managed, and sold highly successful mining and exploration companies.
