Lucy, who got engaged to Ryan in 2019, admitted she struggles to get decent shut eye thanks to her partner being a "nightmare sleeper".
She made the confession on the At Home With The Thomas Brothers podcast, joining her fiance and his two brothers for the latest episode.
Lucy explained: "Basically we sleep in separate bedrooms because Ryan is a nightmare sleeper."
His brother Adam joked: "He's always trying it on with me," while their sibling and Love Island star Scott quipped: "He always wants a cuddle."
They were all left in hysterics, with mum-of-two Lucy saying: "I mean that is annoying..."
She continued: "Basically Ryan snores, he sleep talks, he whacks me in his sleep."
Ryan cheekily replied: "I weren't asleep darling," leaving them in fits of giggles.
TV personality Lucy then explained the reason behind their decision to sleep separately.
She said: 'It's just to get a good night's sleep. And that's just become normal now. But sometimes I do sleep with Roman.'
When they asked Adam if he and wife Caroline have ever slept apart, the ex Emmerdale star admitted he "couldn't imagine" not sleeping in a bed with his wife.

Although some couples believe sleeping in the same bedroom is important for their relationship, a number of celebrities disagree.
Vicky Pattison and her new husband Ercan Ramadan revealed they don't always sleep in the same bedroom together.
Joe Swash also confessed that he and Stacey Solomon sleep in different rooms thanks to his busy schedule.
Even Richard Madeley and wife Judy Finnigan sleep separately when he has to appear on Good Morning Britain the next day.
Speaking to Kate Thornton on her White Wine Question Time podcast, he said: "When I'm doing Good Morning Britain I sleep in the spare room.
"I do probably sleep a little bit better in bed with Judy but I'm okay on my own.
On the notion of disrupting Judy's rest, he quipped: "I wouldn't think of doing that to Judy.
"Apart from anything else, Judy and her sleep, you do not mess with."
While comedian Katherine Ryan revealed she doesn't share a bed with her husband – and instead sleeps "like a dog'" at the foot of my kid's bed.
EMOTIONAL MOVE
In February, Lucy said an emotional goodbye to her home of 11 years.
The star shared a video of her packing up her London home after moving to Manchester with Ryan and their children.
But as she packed away her things, Lucy shared that she struggled with the memories of the house, which was her first home after moving away from her parents and first renovation.
Calling the move 'one of the most emotional weeks of her life' she told her followers: 'I really didn't expect to get so emotional, but I moved out of my home 11 years this week, that's how we spent half term.'
'It was such mixed emotions, because we outgrew this house so long ago,' she continued. 'We've made the big move to Manchester, and we're really happy, but there's so many memories I've hung on to in this house.
'I went from being single, it was my first big renovation project, it was my first real home since moving out my parents, I guess, and I bought both my babies back from hospital here.'

Second MasterChef contestant cut from series after scandals

It has been announced that another contestant has been edited out of the latest MasterChef series. Following scandals attached to Gregg Wallace and John Torode, it was announced that major editing would be taking place to the final series. This means that many of the jokes from Torode and Wallace have been edited out of the series, and in some cases, entire contestants. In early August, it was announced that one contestant requested to be edited out as they preferred not to participate following the reports concernig the hosts. It has now been announced that yet another contestant has made the same decision to be cut from the show. A spokesperson for the show's production company, Banijay, said: 'One other contributor decided that given recent events they would like not to be included. 'We have of course, accepted their wishes and edited them out of the show.' In July, an independent report into MasterChef upheld 45 complaints against Wallace, including claims of inappropriate sexual language and one of unwelcome physical contact. A racial language allegation against Torode – which he doesn't recall – was also upheld. The pair were swiftly removed from the show, but after a series had already been filmed withe a new batch of contestants. The BBC chose to air the series, as to not ruin the hardwork put in by the contestants. The BBC's statement read in part: 'After careful consideration and consultation with the contestants, we have decided to broadcast the amateur series of MasterChef on BBC One and BBC iPlayer from 6 August. MasterChef is an amazing competition which is life-changing for the amateur chefs taking part. The focus of it has always been their skill and their journey.' The statement added: 'This has not been an easy decision in the circumstances and we appreciate not everyone will agree with it. In showing the series, which was filmed last year, it in no way diminishes our view of the seriousness of the upheld findings against both presenters. 'We have been very clear on the standards of behaviour that we expect of those who work at the BBC or on shows made for the BBC. 'However, we believe that broadcasting this series is the right thing to do for these cooks who have given so much to the process. We want them to be properly recognised and give the audience the choice to watch the series.' A few weeks ago, it was announced that Sarah Shafi, a former contestant in the show, had asked to be removed from the series. She explained why on ITV's Good Morning Britain: 'For me, it didn't feel as faithful to food as I thought it would be, and at the same time, I felt it was uncomfortable around presenters.' Garraway asked if she was referring to Wallace and his controversial comments last year about 'women of a certain age' making complaints against him. More Trending She replied: 'It wasn't a big deal for me. I'm an older woman and a woman of that certain age, and I can kind of spot that creep, and you just go, I'll just get on with it. 'After I left the show, I think the main thing I felt was relief.' The former contestant explained that it 'isn't about her', adding: 'This isn't about a particular experience, although that gave me insight into the taste of that masculine toxicity, and I thought, I don't want to really be part of that.' View More » In an interview with Newsnight, Shafi also claimed to have been 'eyed up and ogled' by Wallace while appearing on the TV show, adding he had made a 'throwaway comment' about his reputation with women. He then told the hosts it still "doesn't feel real". The YouTuber then told hosts Sam MacGregor and Danni Diston that he'd been keeping the secret for around two to three months – and had to put his plans of a marathon on hold for the show. Following the news that George is joining Strictly, his famous family ties have now been revealed. George is the son of his very successful father who is the main man behind one of the largest film productions companies in Britain. George's dad is none other than Sean Clarke, the managing director of Aardman Animations. George said that he got 250,000 followers in a week from the first video. He shared that his parents had been prepared to support him, even before that success, whilst he pursued a career as a content creator after leaving university. He said: "At that point of my life, I don't really know what I was doing." ‌ George, who said that he hadn't shared his TikTok page with family initially, recalled his dad finding his account years ago. He said that they then had a conversation about it, which included him receiving the blessing of his parents over it. In the interview uploaded earlier this year, George said he was told that his parents had noticed he was "doing quite well" on TikTok and recalled his dad saying to him: "We'll happily support you if you keeps going up. Obviously if it starts to tail off you need to finish yourself a job." At-home laser device Sabrina Carpenter never travels without for ‘younger looking' skin

Sabrina Carpenter recently gave fans a glimpse at some of her beauty and wellness essentials when travelling, and it includes this skin-rejuvenating tool loved by the A-listers Sabrina Carpenter is certainly having a busy year. Following on from her sell-out Short n' Sweet tour and and headlining London's BST Hyde Park in July, it has just been announced that she has also collaborated with Taylor Swift on the latter's surprise new album, which was announced on Wednesday. We're keen to know how the Espresso singer does it, and stays looking for fresh-faced and glowing with such a hectic schedule – and, after a quick browse of her Instagram feed, we think we've discovered the answer. Sabrina recently posted up a snap or her of herself sitting on a bed, with with a selection of items clearly visible on her bedside table – and one of these is instantly recognisable as the LYMA Laser PRO, a powerful handheld facial tool that delivers a number of rejuvenating benefits: LYMA says that with regular use, 'skin is dramatically transformed, wrinkles are radically improved, elasticity is restored, sagging is reversed, and pigmentation is faded.' The LYMA Lasers – of which there are two varieties, the original and Sabrina's newer, larger PRO – deliver high-tech cold laser technology to the skin to repair and renew it, tackling everything from wrinkles and sagging skin to pigmentation and breakouts. We knew that Sabrina was a fan of the LYMA before this as her facialist has used it on the star before red carpet events, such as the 2023 Oscars and this year's MET Gala. And she's not the A-lister obsessed with this handy tool. The LYMA's fan base is a who's who of Hollywood, including Gwyneth Paltrow, Rosie Huntington-Whitely, Sienna Miller and Naomi Harris. And it's available for us mere mortals to purchase too. While Sabrina's preferred extra-large LYMA Laser PRO costs an eye-watering £4,995, the original is a cheaper (although definitely not cheap) £1,999, with monthly payment options for both also available. Although certainly still a huge expense, it is at the cutting edge of home beauty tools, and may save you money on pricey professional facials in the long run. Other at-home skincare devices proving hugely popular at the moment are LED masks, which deliver different benefits to a laser tool – LED is more for soothing inflammation and boosting collagen production (red light), or killing acne-causing bacteria (blue light). One of the most frequently talked about is the Shark CryoGlow LED Mask, £299.99, with the CurrentBody LED Light Therapy Face Mask: Series 2, £399.99, and UKLASH LED Dual Light Pro-Therapy Face Mask, £199, also very highly rated. You can read our tried-and-tested reviews of LED masks here.
