Ellie Bamber's new boyfriend revealed as handsome Danish actor and model Oliver Overgaard Reichhardt - after the pair packed on the PDA at Wimbledon

Daily Mail08-07-2025
's new boyfriend has been revealed as handsome Danish actor and model Oliver Overgaard Reichhardt.
The actress, 28, who famously dated Game Of Throne's Richard Madden, put on a cosy display with Oliver at Wimbledon on Monday.
She couldn't wipe the smile off her face as she cuddled up to the hunk while Novak Djokovic took on Australia's Alex de Minaur.
Despite the action on the court the lovebirds only seemed to have eyes for each other as they giggled and chatted intently while holding hands.
And now he has been unveiled as a trendy model who has a fair few acting credits to his name as well.
He starred in Danish TV series Salsa from 2023 to 2025 as character Karl where he acted alongside the likes of Safina Coster-Waldau and Filippa Navarana.
Before this he worked on two other projects - short films called The Shepherd in 2023 and Parat in 2022.
He has also worked as crew on other Danish projects including series Kometernes jul and was a runner for the series Tinka og sjælens spejl.
Oliver is currently signed to Lindberg Management an agency which 'represents some of the most renowned and talented Scandinavian and European actors, directors and scriptwriters.'
His last Instagram post is from 2024 when he shared a series of stylish snaps with pals in London.
Further back on his feed he shared some of his modelling shots including a sleek campaign for Mismo Bags.
The new lovebirds are yet to post each other on their social medias and it is not known when they began dating. Wimbledon was their first public appearance together.
Ellie was spotted packing on the PDA with Oliver at day eight of Wimbledon on Monday.
Ellie looked chic on the outing in a dark grey co-ord which boasted a halterneck top and matching wide-legged trousers.

Shielding her eye behind £195 Mulberry Raffy Sunglasses she toted her essentials in a pre-loved £500 Mulberry bag.
Meanwhile Oliver wore a blue shirt which he teamed with shades and silver jewellery and also slicked back his blonde locks from his handsome face.
MailOnline have contacted Ellie's representatives for comment.
Ellie and the Bodyguard's Richard Madden, 39, split in early 2019 following an 18 month relationship.
The pair were believed to have gone through a rocky patch where they 'argued every day' before splitting after deciding that their problems weren't fixable.
The couple, who were once rarely seen without one another, had apparently become 'worlds apart' following Richard's acting success, an insider told The Sun at the time.
The source added that the split came as a huge blow to Richard and Ellie, but they believed the decision was in their best interests.
They told the news outlet: 'They were arguing almost daily towards the end and, despite considering couples' therapy, it became evident there were far too many issues that could not be fixed.
'Ellie is a bit quieter, and wants to focus purely on her work. It felt like their day-to-day lives were increasingly becoming worlds apart.'
They continued that Richard and Ellie were never apart during the early days of their relationship, which meant that their families became close too, therefore those close to them were also devastated by the break up.
Ellie will soon be starring in an upcoming Kate Moss biopic focusing on her now iconic collaboration with celebrated figurative painter Lucian Freud.
Kate was 28 years old and well-established as one of Britain's most successful fashion models when Freud painted her in the nude, an arduous nine-month project carried out at the artist's Holland Park home in 2002.
The painting would be sold privately for £3.5million some three years later, but its waif-like subject and her relationship with Freud will be reenacted for a wider audience in a forthcoming film.
Directed by James Lucas, the appropriately titled Moss & Freud will feature rising star Ellie as the supermodel in what could arguably be her most challenging role to date.
The task at hand is all the more daunting given she was handpicked by Kate, but those charting her career - including the supermodel, a self-confessed fan - will know the role is in safe hands.
Ellie was born in Surrey to investment banker father David and mother Zoe, who now works as her manager.
She then developed a keen interest in acting from the age of 12 after being inspired by her drama teacher at Hawley Place School, now Hurst Lodge School, in Berkshire.
Mainstream success would soon follow, with the then 15-year-old starring alongside Cold Feet star Hermione Norris and Martin Clunes in 2012 miniseries A Mother's Son.
It would be the first of many carefully chosen TV roles, with Ellie taking another small part in The Musketeers before emerging as a star in her own right with the lead in a 2018 adaptation of Les Misérables.
She would play Cosette in an ensemble cast featuring Dominic West, David Oyelowo, Lily Collins and Derek Jacobi - who reunites with Ellie by playing the enigmatic Freud in her latest film.

BBC Strictly Come Dancing star admits 'it's terrifying' as she marks career first

Our community members are treated to special offers, promotions and adverts from us and our partners. You can check out at any time. More info Former Strictly Come Dancing star Annabel Croft admitted, "It's terrifying", as she marked a career first. The former tennis player competed on the 21st series of Strictly with her professional partner Johannes Radebe. The fan-favourite pair made it to the semi-final, finishing in fourth place behind winning couple Ellie Leach and Vito Coppola. Now, Annabel is hitting the road for a 28-date tour across England, Scotland and Wales. Her debut tour, which is titled From Tennis Balls to Glitter Balls, begins next month, and will take audiences behind the scenes of the world's greatest tennis tournaments, as well as exploring Annabel's time on Strictly. (Image: BBC) Annabel appeared on The One Show on Wednesday (August 6), where she spoke to hosts Alex Jones and Vernon Kay about her new career venture. "I've been asked to do a speaking tour around the country from middle to late September till November, and it's new territory for me because I've never done anything like that before," she explained. "I have done speeches and things, but it's a chance for me to talk about what does it take to go from being a little girl as I was at nine, picking up a racket for the first time. "What does it take, sort of the apprenticeship of going on that journey to then make it to Wimbledon, and then retiring at 21 and moving into broadcasting, interviewing all these wonderful great champions. "And how did that lead me to Strictly Come Dancing. So, it's kind of a tour to look back and reflect on my life." (Image: BBC) The 59-year-old went on to share her pride at embracing public speaking after previously struggling with her confidence, which she described as "terrifying". "When I look back at speaking, it was actually something I was very fearful of when I was younger. I used to almost hyperventilate and have a complete panic attack about speaking publicly," she candidly said. "It's funny for me now thinking, 'Well, I'm going to do a speaking tour'. And it's like, 'How on earth have I come such a big circle?' To be able to have the confidence." Ahead of this year's series, speculation has been mounting about which celebrities will grace the dancefloor. Current cast rumours include Love Island's Dani Dyer, Olympic legend Mo Farah and Corrie star Helen Flanagan. Strictly Come Dancing returns to BBC One and BBC iPlayer this autumn

US Open announces record prize money purse for 2025 competition

The US Open is set to offer a record $90 million in prize money this year, marking the largest purse in tennis history and a 20% increase from 2024. Compensation increases at Flushing Meadows, following last year's $75 million total, come amidst a concerted effort by leading tennis players. They are in discussions with all four major tournaments – the US Open, Wimbledon, French Open, and Australian Open – to secure a higher percentage of their substantial revenues. At Wimbledon, which ended last month, prize money went up about 7% to about $73 million at the exchange rate when the All England Club announced its player payments. The singles champions were paid about $4 million apiece. The prize pool for the US Open surpasses 2024's $75 million, the previous highest-ever purse. Men's and women's singles winners will earn $5 million each, up from $3.6 million last year. Organisers confirmed double-digit percentage increases across all rounds and events, citing a "strategic focus on redistribution to the early rounds and qualifying tournament." Singles action has been expanded to 15 days, from 24 August to 7 September, reflecting booming attendance. A new mixed doubles format will be introduced over two days before the main competition at Flushing Meadows, aiming to feature more big-name singles players. Last year, attendance topped one million fans for the first time.
