Ahan Shetty
and

, and entrepreneurial ventures round out a life lived with intention and style.
The most striking feature of
Suniel Shetty
's farmhouse isn't the house—it's the breathtaking panoramic view of the surrounding forest and endless greenery.
Perched atop a hill, the property offers stunning vistas. Suniel recalled that when he first saw the land, it was barren with just a few trees and cactus plants. He envisioned its potential and gradually transformed it into a lush, thriving green estate.
In a chat with Bharti Singh on her YouTube channel, Suniel Shetty opened up about why he chose to invest in a barren hilltop years ago. 'People now say, 'You must see Suniel Shetty's farmhouse,' but I built it 16 years ago,' he said.

At the time, it held little financial value, but for Suniel, it was always about creating a space to grow with his children, Athiya and Ahan. He spent weekends farming and planting trees with his family—over 400 of them now thrive where there were once only rocks.
The property's current value, he said, is just a bonus.
The interiors of Suniel Shetty's farmhouse reflect his deep love for nature, with abundant use of wood, rustic furniture, and earthy tones throughout.
High ceilings and expansive doors and windows blur the line between indoors and outdoors, letting natural light and greenery flow in. The space is dotted with houseplants, and one courtyard even features an open ceiling to allow trees to grow freely. Cozy, oversized sofas and traditional rural artifacts add warmth and charm to the serene, nature-inspired home.
Suniel Shetty revealed that he preserved several of the original large rocks from the land and thoughtfully integrated them into the home's interiors—both as natural design elements and a tribute to the property's transformation.
One striking wall in the living room showcases his personal collection of masks, while the wooden-toned marble flooring adds to the home's seamless blend of rustic charm and modern sophistication.
Adding to its charm, the farmhouse features a natural water body that flows through the property. Suniel Shetty shared that the house was designed around this stream, with a bridge built over it to connect various sections of the farm.
Each room opens out to a distinct outdoor area, creating a seamless connection between indoor comfort and the surrounding nature.
While the farmhouse embraces a natural, rustic aesthetic, it doesn't compromise on modern comforts. The property includes a spacious swimming pool on the front lawn, nestled beside a lush garden. Suniel Shetty also added a private theatre room, perfect for cozy movie nights with the family—blending luxury with laid-back countryside living.
But perhaps the most eye-catching part of the house is the outdoor sitting area, which features a convertible roof that opens and closes at the touch of a button — offering a spectacular view of the night sky.
Suniel Shetty's luxurious Khandala farmhouse—where daughter Athiya married KL Rahul—is valued at around Rs 20 crore. He also owns a Rs 15–20 crore apartment on Mumbai's Altamount Road and has invested in high-end properties in Khar and Thane with his son and KL Rahul. A pioneer in celebrity entrepreneurship, Suniel has dabbled in hospitality, runs a real estate firm (S2 Realty), a production house (Popcorn Entertainment), and has invested in startups like SQUATS.
His estimated net worth stands at Rs 125 crore.

Ramayana: Ranbir Kapoor-Yash-Sai Pallavi starrer becomes costliest film at Rs 4000 crore, Namit Malhotra says 'All the films they saw us as were victims &...'
Ever since the title glimpse of Ramayana featuring Ranbir Kapoor, Yash, Sai Pallavi, Ravie Dubey, and Sunny Deol among others has been released, the jaw-dropping visuals have created excitement among the audience. While the world eagerly awaits the epic face-off between Ranbir Kapoor as Lord Rama & Yash's Ravana, the producer of Ramayana and the creative mind behind this humongous project shared that the combined budget of the two parts is Rs 4000 crore, which is about $500 million. While the Ramayana: Part 1 budget equals _Black Panther: Wakanda Forever_ and Guardians of the Galaxy: Vol 3, it is also higher than _Superman_ ($225 million) and Jurassic World Rebirth ($180 million). STORY CONTINUES BELOW THIS AD Namit Malhotra is the founder and non-executive director of Prime Focus Limited & DNEG, the VFX company behind masterpieces like Inception, Dune, and Interstellar and others. 'So, when we set out to make it, six, seven years ago, just after the pandemic, when we started to really get serious about mounting it and producing it, and budget-wise, it was like everybody thought I'm a lunatic. Because no Indian film, by a long distance, comes close to it. So, to put it simply, it'll be about $500 million by the time we're done, on both films put together, part one and part two, which is over Rs 4,000 crore,' said Namit while talking to Prakhar Gupta. 'So, I say it like this: we're making the largest film in the world for the greatest story, the greatest epic, that the world should see. And I still think it's cheaper than what it cost to make some of the biggest Hollywood films. So I think we're making a bigger film at a lower cost. Because that Indian in me still believes that we're not being irresponsible financially. We're not being irresponsible with money,' he added. 'I'm taking the greatest belief system of our country. We're taking something that we have pride in. It's a foundational piece of our culture. And I'm going to mount it and present it in the grandest form possible. And it's going to cost whatever it costs. Why is that a risk? When I think about Ramayana, I'm like, is it really a risk? All I'm doing is, I have to just make sure we do justice to people's expectations, and beyond. There has to be pride that must come through, in every Indian first, and then every other person in the world, to say: that's a great piece of culture. I genuinely think the relevance of Ramayana today in the world, not just India, is massive. Look at the wars in the West. Look at the way the countries are operating. I've lived in America. I've lived in the UK. I've hesitated to send my kids abroad to study,' said Malhotra, sharing that Ramayana is his way to honour India's foundational cultural ethos.
