For Rashmika, foot care is non-negotiable, even on the most hectic of schedules. 'With all the travel, shoots, and dancing, foot care becomes super important. I make sure to soak my feet in warm water with Epsom salts regularly to relax and reduce stress and especially with my injury post-fracture, which really helps,' Rashmika tells us.
'Moisturising is non-negotiable, and of course, I am also picking footwear which gives my feet the comfort and recovery time they need without compromising on style,' adds the actor, who has become the global ambassador of Crocs.
Rashmika sustained a leg injury while she was working out at the gym on January 12. Her foot has suffered three fractures and a muscle tear. She was seen attending the Chhaava trailer launch in Mumbai while limping due to her foot injury.

While footwear trends come and go with each season, Rashmika's priority remains finding the perfect balance between comfort and style.'
Opening up about the same, Rashmika says, 'Right now, I'm loving elevated casuals - shoes or sneakers that strike the perfect balance between comfort and style. Platform silhouettes, bright colours, and customisable details are huge favourites'.
She mentions that she doesn't have a set footwear for any particular outing. That's because she likes to mix and match her footwear with 'everything - whether I'm stepping out in denims, athleisure, or even dressing up for a quirky red-carpet moment'. And sometimes accessorize with metallic stuff to 'give that extra spark'.

"Additionally, Hollywood has seen significant growth, with its Jan-Jun box office collections nearly doubling compared to the same period in 2024." Industry executives also pointed to the encouraging performance of smaller-budget and mid-scale films, which are increasingly holding their own in theatres.

2025 began with chatter around a dull phase for the Indian film industry, as several star-studded films featuring the likes of Salman Khan, Kamal Haasan, Ram Charan, Kangana Ranaut, and Shahid Kapoor failed to pull audiences to theatres. However, defying those predictions, a new report reveals that the Indian box office collected a staggering ₹ 5,723 crore in the first half of 2025, marking a 14% year-on-year growth. While several underdog films emerged as surprise hits at the ticket window, one film stands out as the highest-grossing Indian film of the year so far — Chhaava. This film, despite being mired in controversy, continued its theatrical run for nearly two months. Its success was so massive that the Hindi film was eventually dubbed and released in Telugu as well. It also had 24-hour running shows owing to its demand among the audience. India's highest-grosser of 2025 so far is Chhaava. Chhaava stars Vicky Kaushal in the lead as Chhatrapati Sambhaji Maharaj. It also features Rashmika Mandanna and Akshaye Khanna. The film is based on the life of Sambhaji Maharaj, the second ruler of the Maratha Empire. According to the latest India Box Office Report: Jan–Jun 2025 by Ormax Media, Chhaava emerged as the winner of this year at the box office, earning ₹ 693 crore. In total, 17 films crossed the ₹ 100 crore mark at the Indian box office between January and June this year. However, Chhaava is the only film to cross the ₹ 250 crore mark within the timeline. Coming in next on the list is the Telugu-language film Sankranthiki Vasthunam, headlined by Daggubati Venkatesh, which recorded impressive nationwide earnings of ₹ 222 crore. 'The cumulative box office for Jan–Jun releases stands at ₹ 5,723 crore, which is 14 per cent higher than the same period in 2024 and just ₹ 12 crore short of the 2022 record for Jan–Jun box office,' the report mentioned. Coming to the success of Chhaava, the Vicky Kaushal film released on February 14, 2025. The film continued to run in theatres until March 21, 2025, marking its 36th day. As per multiple reports, the film held 24-hour screenings in Maharashtra due to high demand. Reportedly, 6 am and midnight shows were added for the film right after its release, recording about 97% occupancy. A little less than a month after its release, Chhaava also released a Telugu dubbed version in theatres to keep up with the demand. Later, the film made its OTT debut on Netflix on April 11. The film is directed by Laxman Utekar, and produced by Dinesh Vijan under Maddock Films.

Saiyaara Box Office Collection Day 3: Bollywood newcomers Ahaan Panday and Aneet Padda's first film is flying high in success since its release. As expected, Sunday delivered big numbers at the box office. The film has recorded its highest earnings so far on day 3. According to industry tracker Sacnilk, Saiyaara has minted ₹ 27.08 crore on day 3 so far. These are the early estimates based on morning, afternoon and evening shows. Post night shows, the film is expected to cross ₹ 30 crore easily. The film recorded a growth of about 19.05% in its earnings from Saturday to Sunday. On Saturday, it earned ₹ 25 crore. With the latest earnings, the total business made by the film at the domestic box office is ₹ 73.08 crore. Not only will the film cross ₹ 75 crore on Sunday, but it is also expected to hit the ₹ 100 crore mark soon if it continues to draw the audience to the theatres. Saiyaara is helmed by Mohit Suri. The film witnessed massive footfall in theatres across tier I, II and III cities in India. Several footage from the jam-packed theatres have surfaced on social media. Saiyaara had an overall 68.46% occupancy on Sunday. Its occupancy was as follows: Saiyaara recorded the highest number of screenings in Delhi NCR region with 1,120 shows. The same region also had the highest occupancy percentage. Following closely are Mumbai, Pune, Bengaluru and Hyderabad. On day 2, Saiyaara's India Net Collection was ₹ 46 crore. While its Worldwide Collection was ₹ 64 crore, its Overseas Collection was ₹ 9 crore. On the same day, the film's India Gross Collection stood at ₹ 55 crore. Talking about Saiyaara's first weekend performance, film trade analyst Taran Adarsh posted on X, formerly Twitter, 'SENSATIONAL SATURDAY – 'SAIYAARA' BLOCKBUSTER TREND CONTINUES… After hitting it out of the park on Friday, #Saiyaara posted phenomenal numbers on Saturday… In fact, the numbers would've been even higher had it received a wider release. 'What #Saiyaara is achieving is both UNIMAGINABLE and UNPRECEDENTED… The film is in rampage mode – not just across metros, but also in Tier-2 and Tier-3 centres... Midnight shows are being added to meet the overwhelming demand. Sunday is expected to surpass both Friday and Saturday... A ₹ 75 cr [+/-] weekend is very much on the cards – HISTORIC, especially for a film headlined by newcomers.
