Prop Boan Venter, centre Canan Moodie, wings Edwill van der Merwe (two) and Kurt-Lee Arendse, fullback Damian Willemse and flyhalf Handre Pollard also crossed for tries.
But the Springboks served up double-digit handling errors, were poor at the lineout in the second half and could not get the upper hand at the breakdown.
Though coach Rassie Erasmus will not look back with much fondness on the performance, it was minutes in the tank at the start of the international season for several players, including captain Siya Kolisi on his return from injury.
The hosts had three debutants in Venter, Marnus van der Merwe and Neethling Fouche as Erasmus stretched the number of players he has used in three games this year to 46.
Georgia made a fast start and scored the opening try from a driving maul following a line-out, with hooker Vano Karkadze powering his way over.
The Springboks hit back after a period of pressure in the Georgia 22 resulted in Venter diving over a ruck to score, before an attacking lineout lead to a driving maul that sliced through the Georgian defence for Van der Merwe to cross.
A sweeping Springboks move from their own half following a break by scrumhalf Grant Williams led to a try for Moodie and Van der Merwe got his second from another driving maul as Georgia could not defend against their forward power as the hosts led 22-10 at halftime.
They added a simple try for Edwill van der Merwe after his forwards created the space and sucked in Georgia defenders, and Willemse went over in the opposite corner.
When Edwill van der Merwe crossed for the final score, he took his tally of international tries to five in three games, before Arendse and Pollard dotted down late on.

Trump-owned courses to host PGA Tour, LIV events in 2026
COURSES owned by President Donald Trump will be hosting events on both the PGA Tour and LIV Golf for the first time in the same year in 2026. LIV Golf has announced it will return to Trump National Golf Club Washington D.C. in Sterling, Va., next year. The Saudi Arabia-backed tour has had an event on a Trump-owned course every year since its inception in 2022. It last held an event at the Trump National Golf Club in 2023. The 2026 event, scheduled for May 8-10, will be one of 14 events on the tour. The PGA Tour, meanwhile, has scheduled an event at Trump National Doral, just outside Miami, according to Sports Business Journal. The tournament is expected to be played April 30-May 3, which slots in three weeks following the Masters and two weeks ahead of the PGA Championship. Per SBJ, the tournament could be a signature event that includes a $20 million purse. Both LIV Golf and the PGA Tour have a history of hosting events at Doral. LIV tournaments were played there for the first four years of its existence, 2022 to 2025, before the circuit didn't return to the Blue Monster this year. Antonio leaves West Ham after contract not renewed
JAMAICA striker Michail Antonio has left West Ham United after his contract was not renewed at the end of last season, the Premier League club said on Thursday. The 35-year-old was involved a serious road accident in December when his car hit a tree on the way home from training, breaking his thigh bone in four places, and he did not play for West Ham again. Antonio joined the London club from Nottingham Forest in 2015 and made 323 appearances, scoring 83 goals to become West Ham's all-time leading scorer in the Premier League. 'Michail will always be a much-loved and respected member of the West Ham United family. As has been the case since December, the Club will continue to support and assist him in his ongoing rehabilitation, offering him access to training, facilities and medical care if needed,' West Ham said in a statement. 'Dialogue continues over his future involvement with the Club in an alternative capacity - including one that would enable others to benefit from his experience and leadership qualities - and he will forever hold a special place in our 130-year history.' Antonio helped West Ham win the Europa Conference League in 2023, ending their 43-year wait for major silverware. Antonio made his competitive action to return in June as a substitute for Jamaica in a CONCACAF Gold Cup game against Guatemala. (Reuters) -New Zealand did not take long to gain the upper hand over Zimbabwe on the first day of the second test, skittling out their hosts for 125 before reaching 174-1in reply in Bulawayo on Thursday. Opener Devon Conway (79) and nightwatchman Jacob Duffy (8) were unbeaten at stumps as New Zealand led by 49 runs. Conway and Will Young put on 162 for the first wicket before Young chopped on a delivery from Trevor Gwandu to be bowled for 74 just before the close.
