That's where I'm best suited, on the ball and getting it moving," Hills, 21, told BBC Radio Norfolk's The Scrimmage podcast."Sometimes it's hard in the league with the pitches and the teams we are playing against."We are capable of being up there and we are there. That's the aim and that's why I came here in the first place, to get promoted."The Canaries academy graduate joined the Hatters on loan in January in a bid to gain more playing time.He has since started seven of his eight games for the League One side, being named Stockport's player of the month in February by supporters."I just want to keep myself in the team, keep building on performances and take that into next season," he added."I just come here and do my thing and see where it takes me. At the minute, I'm lucky enough I'm playing so I know if I play my best game, I've got every best chance of playing each week."You can listen to the full episode and more on The Scrimmage: A Norwich City podcast.

Argyle fans have right to air frustration

Head coach Tom Cleverley said Plymouth Argyle supporters are entitled to voice their frustrations after his side were booed off following a fourth successive League One went down 1-0 at home to Leyton Orient on Tuesday, to remain pointless and second-bottom of the third tier final whistle at Home Park was greeted with jeers and Cleverley told BBC Radio Devon: "They [supporters] pay their money, they can voice their frustrations and I think they've got the right balance of being demanding as well as not turning on their team and supporting them."I've been there as a young player when it really can turn and it's hostile and it's not easy to perform under those circumstances."I would say thanks for the support and keep being demanding as well as backing the team, the best you can." Despite suffering another setback, Cleverley said he was not as "burning angry" as he had been following their previous 3-2 loss at Lincoln City and could see some positives to cling to against Orient."You can probably tell by my body language I'm not as burning angry as I was on Saturday. I saw a group of guys who were focused, were organised, were trying their best," he said."We just fell short and that's where we're at at the minute. I thought that the Lincoln and the Barnsley performances were similar in terms of we offered attacking threat but conceded three really soft goals [in each game]."The Bolton and Leyton Orient performances were similar in that we looked a bit more solid and in control, but that final part, we were just off it."Putting the two aspects of all those four performances together is what we're striving for."It's my job to try and figure out the balance of the team in the best way to do that."

Hatters boss Challinor angry at 'inexcusable' goal

Stockport County boss Dave Challinor said his side "shot themselves in the foot" after letting a half-time lead slip to lose at home to Bradford Hatters had dominated the first half and led through Owen Moxon's strike but efforts from Will Swan and Antoni Sarcevic saw them fall to a first defeat this was especially aggrieved at the nature of Swan's goal, which he felt was a "carbon copy" of the one scored by Leyton Orient in the second leg of the play-off semi-final in May that the O's ultimately won on penalties."What we've done is absolutely shot ourselves in the foot by another lack of concentration from the same person that cost us the same goal in a play-off semi-final," he told BBC Radio Manchester."For it to happen is inexcusable. That then changed the momentum and we never really wrestled it back until the last 10 minutes."It's the cheapest goal... If it hadn't happened previously in a moment that hurts us here in a play-off game, then you maybe go ok but for it to be almost a carbon-copy is nowhere near acceptable and can't happen."He added: "If it is a concentration thing then ultimately it will cost people their position in the team, maybe the squad and ultimately the club." Tuesday's defeat by the unbeaten Bantams was the second time this week that Challinor's side have failed to win having been leading at the break after Leyton Orient came from 2-0 down to draw on his frustration, he is not worried that it is a pattern that will continue."You look at the last seven games of last season, we conceded the first goal and didn't lose one of them," he said."I think last season we started in a similar ilk to this. There were things where we put ourselves in leading positions and didn't go about it in the right way."I wouldn't say we did that tonight. We put ourselves in a leading position and then not done our jobs. That's a big frustration and it will change."

Michael Skubala praises ‘monster' defensive display as Lincoln beat Northampton

Freddie Draper's superb volley in the 20th minute ultimately proved the difference as the Imps withstood heavy pressure to make it three wins from four League One games to start the season. 'We had to dig really deep,' said Skubala. 'It wasn't a pretty game at all. But we have a group of great characters and they saw it out brilliantly. 'I thought we started the game really well, we worked it well and scored a superb goal and there were a couple of other chances, but we just stopped playing a little bit and that played into their hands. 'It became a war of attrition in the second half but there were some magnificent performances at the back – I thought Sonny Bradley in particular was a monster. 'Northampton put it on us and landed on seconds but the defence is a proper unit who want to defend well and there's nothing better than a clean sheet. 'George Wickens made some fantastic saves in goal and in the end it's a brilliant win away from home. 'There are still things we can improve on and I'd like to see us play a bit more but it's a good job well done.' Northampton remain winless this season but manager Kevin Nolan saw a lot to like from his side's performance. 'We haven't scored a goal but we should have,' he said. 'We need to be more ruthless. We gave them a few moments in the first half but the opportunities were there and I thought we were by far the better team throughout the game, especially in the second half. 'The lads grew in confidence but we just couldn't put the ball in the net and sometimes it's like that and at the moment we're going through one of those periods. We've just got to find a way. 'Lincoln stood up to it and made blocks so fair play to them and for all the good things we did, it doesn't matter if you don't put the ball in the net. 'Even if we scored and took a point, I'd still be frustrated that we hadn't won the game. I think everyone inside the ground knows we should have taken something but that's the cruelty of football. 'We've played some good teams but we've matched them all and now we need to take it that step further and make sure we punish teams when we have the opportunity.'
