Drake Rents Club & Plays Sabrina Carpenter's Songs
Drake rented out a club on Tuesday. As seen in online footage, he was sitting on a sofa and gambling on the website Stake, while also drinking a beverage. Moreover, while he was gambling, he had Sabrina Carpenter's song 'Espresso' playing in the background via loudspeakers.
Making Drake's quality time all the more interesting was the fact that he used the nightclub's three big screens to show off the gambling website. While gambling, Drake was shown winning several bets.
Social media was rife with mixed fan reactions. Many of them expressed sympathy for what they viewed as odd behavior on Drake's part. Some even speculated if Drake's behavior was all part of an act. Meanwhile, several commenters also criticized the rapper for using his wealth in what seemed to be a wasteful manner.
'I kind of feel sorry for him, this is not a flex, it's a cry for help,' one fan posted on X (formerly Twitter).
'Is Drake having a mid-life crisis?' another fan wrote.
Some fans even brought up the influence Stake had on Drake.
However, some fans seemed supportive or understanding of Drake's odd way of winding down and relaxing, even finding fun in it. 'Idk what y'all say this looks fun as f—,' one fan posted.
Though some commenters have pointed to the behavior as odd, there is a precedent for wealthy people hiring out nightclubs for alone time like this.
In February 2025, internet personality Bobby Saptura rented out a nightclub supposedly to cope with the sadness he experienced after a breakup. While there, he also ate several of his brand's burgers while passing the time.

'Aura farming?': Veteran Chiefs DL called out by Gen Z teammate at training camp practice
Use of the term "aura farming" is on the rise, despite the fact that many who hear or read it are wholly ignorant of its meaning. Usually attributed to the extremely-online lexicon of Generation Alpha, aura farming "refers to an act of constantly trying to look 'cool' or 'badass' to build 'aura moments,'" according to the experts at Know Your Meme. The expression officially became part of the zeitgeist in Chiefs Kingdom on Tuesday, August 5, when star defensive lineman George Karlaftis accused veteran pass-rusher Charles Omenihu of "aura farming" at one of Kansas City's recent training camp practice sessions. Take a look at this clip of Karlaftis calling out Omenihu, which was posted to Twitter by the Chiefs' official account: Karlaftis, a native of Athens, Greece, was born on April 3, 2001, placing him squarely in the Generation Z demographic cohort with Omenihu, who originally hails from Houston, Texas, and was born a few years earlier on August 20, 1997. While neither player necessarily fits the description of a person who would be expected to know what "aura farming" is (let alone one who would be able to use it in context in everyday conversation), this interaction may be a sign that a new "rizz king" or "skibidi toilet" might emerge from Kansas City's training camp activities. And, if that happens, God help us all (I think?).

How ‘Wednesday' Season 2 explained Percy Hynes White's exit after sexual misconduct claims
Xavier has left Nevermore. Actor Percy Hynes White, who played Xavier Thorpe on Season 1 of the hit Netflix show 'Wednesday,' didn't return for Season 2 following sexual misconduct allegations made against him. Xavier was a main character on the first season of the Tim Burton Addams family series, and he was presented as a possible love interest for Wednesday (Jenna Ortega, 22). 6 Jenna Ortega and Percy Hynes White in 'Wednesday.' ©Netflix/Courtesy Everett Collection 6 Jenna Ortega attends the Wednesday S2 NY Fan Screening at Paris Theater on August 5, 2025 in New York City. In the first episode of Season 2, new principal Barry Dort (Steve Buscemi) reveals that Xavier has transferred to 'Reichenbach Academy in Switzerland.' Later in the episode, Wednesday gets a present from her former friend and would-be beau. He sends her a painting of 'a creepy crow on a headstone' and a note reading, 'I tried texting but I guess you lost the phone I gave you. Consider this my goodbye gift.' Xavier says in the note that he painted the crow because, 'The image suddenly flashed in my head. Don't ask me how I know or what it means but it's connected to you, I'm sure. Who is Wednesday Addams without a mystery to solve, right? Xavier.' Season 1 of 'Wednesday' premiered in November 2022, following the Addams family daughter, Wednesday, as a teen attending Nevermore Academy for outcasts. 6 Jenna Ortega as Wednesday. In January 2023, a Twitter user alleged that White had assaulted her at a party he hosted in Toronto. In now-deleted tweets, she claimed he also assaulted other women, and provided alcohol and drugs to underage girls in order to have sex with them. White released a statement denying the claims that June. 'Somebody I've never met started a campaign of misinformation about me online,' he wrote on Instagram in June 2023. 'Because of this, my family has been doxxed, and my friends have received death threats.' The Canadian native said that the 'false' and 'harmful' rumors about him 'can create mistrust toward victims.' He wrote, 'I can't accept the portrayal of me as someone bigoted, or criminally negligent of people's safety. These are the kind of baseless, harmful claims that can create mistrust toward victims. It's very distressing to know that this misinformation has upset people. I'm really thankful for everyone who's stood by me and helped share the facts.' 6 Jenna Ortega as Wednesday. They did not comment on whether the allegations were the reason for his exit. In an interview with Vanity Fair that September, Ortega called his departure from the show 'a weird redirect.' 'But we're introducing so many different characters that I think it kind of will get lost,' she added. 'Wednesday' has already been renewed for a Season 3. Season 2 Part 1 is now streaming on Netflix. Part 2 premieres Sept. 3.

Delicious in Dungeon Season 2: Release date rumors, cast updates and plot details
If you've been missing Laios and his party's monster-cooking madness, you're definitely not alone. Delicious in Dungeon —or Dungeon Meshi for the purists—was one of 2024's surprise anime gems, serving up a wild blend of fantasy, humor, and oddly appetizing monster meals. And now, with Season 2 officially in the works, fans are hungry for every little scrap of info they can get. So when's it coming? Who's returning? And what's next for our favorite dungeon explorers? Let's dig into everything we know so far—rumors, facts, and fan theories included. Release Date Rumors: When Will Season 2 Hit Screens? Right now, there's no official date—but we've got some decent clues to go off. Season 1 aired from January to June 2024, delivering 24 episodes and ending with a cliffhanger that had fans practically banging their forks on the table for more. Right after the finale, Studio Trigger dropped a teaser confirming Season 2 was in production. Then, in August 2024, the official Dungeon Meshi X (formerly Twitter) account confirmed that things were indeed moving forward. If you're hoping for a 2025 release, well… that might be a stretch. Anime production—especially of this quality—takes time, and a 2026 release window feels like a safer bet. Cast Updates: Who's Back for the Feast? Let's be real—the voice cast played a huge role in why Season 1 worked so well. From Laios' unshakable optimism to Senshi's deadpan food wisdom, these characters felt alive because the voices behind them nailed it. Here's who's likely to return for Season 2 (though nothing's officially confirmed yet): Kentarō Kumagai as Laios, the dungeon-diving foodie with a soft spot for monsters. Sayaka Senbongi as Marcille, the overdramatic mage with both magic and sass. Hiroshi Naka as Senshi, the stoic dwarf chef with serious culinary chops. Asuna Tomari as Chilchuck, the party's dry-witted locksmith. Mitsuho Kambe as Izutsumi, the mysterious beastwoman who showed up late in the game. Rina Hidaka as Falin, Laios' sister and the heart of the group's mission. On the English dub side, Damien Haas (Laios) basically confirmed his return by sharing the Season 2 announcement, so it's safe to assume the dub cast is coming back too. We'll also likely meet some new faces, like the Canaries—the elf government's secret police. Expect some fresh voices to stir things up. What to Expect from Season 2's Story Season 1 adapted around 52 chapters of the manga (which has 97 in total), ending right as the story was getting seriously intense. If you thought things were wild before… just wait. Here's a taste of what's coming: Bigger, Badder Monsters: The party will go even deeper into the dungeon, facing tougher enemies—and finding new ways to cook them up. Remember mandrake soup? That was the easy stuff. The Canaries Arrive: These elf investigators will bring political drama, tension, and maybe some new alliances or betrayals. The Lunatic Magician and Winged Lion: Yep, the big bads are about to take center stage. Expect some heavy lore drops and explosive fights. Backstories and Emotions: We'll learn more about Marcille, Falin, and even Chilchuck. It won't just be laughs and lunch—get ready for some emotional gut punches. Ancient Secrets and Dungeon Origins: The show will finally start peeling back the layers of what the dungeon really is—and why it's so dangerous (and weirdly tasty). If Season 2 follows the same pace as the first, it could very well wrap up the rest of the manga in 24 more episodes. Whether it's one long season or split into two parts again, there's definitely enough story left to go out with a bang. Ahmedabad Plane Crash
