Amid this, a report is coming in about her casting in an upcoming mega project alongside Ranveer Singh and Bobby Deol. The yet-untitled film is said to be a big-budget film. Well, the report of this fresh pairing has already piqued fans' curiosity. However, there is no official confirmation till now.
Filmfare quoted sources saying, 'Sreeleela joins Ranveer Singh and Bobby Deol for a mega project. All three actors are deeply invested in reshaping themselves for their roles. The project demands a level of intensity and evolution never seen before from them."

While the details about the movie have been kept under wraps, the master himself, Anurag Basu, has shared some exclusive insights about the film with News18 Showsha. The ace director, in a chat with us, revealed that after Metro, he is quite focused on finishing the Kartik and Sreeleela starrer and has already completed shooting half of the film.
Earlier in February 2025, the team shared the first look of the yet-to-be-titled romantic film. The first-look video of Anurag Basu's romantic musical, shared by Kartik Aaryan, opened with a cheering crowd while the actor plays the guitar and performs on stage. He was seen singing Tu Meri Zindagi Hai, sporting a brooding lover's look with a heavy beard and rugged long hair. The video also featured a few glimpses of Sreeleela and Kartik's romantic moments, giving fans a sneak peek at the fresh pair's sizzling chemistry.
Ranveer Singh has recently impressed fans with his look from an upcoming action drama Dhurandhar.

Maharashtra's Cultural Affairs Minister Adv Ashish Shelar on Sunday made an emotional appeal to the people of the state to celebrate this year's Ganeshotsav with unmatched fervour and pride, declaring it a State Festival while warning of a 'well-crafted plot" by so-called urban Naxals to target Hindu traditions. Speaking in the heart of Pen — a small town that has, for generations, given life to millions of Ganesha idols adorning homes and pandals across the country — Shelar's message struck a deeply personal chord with the community of sculptors whose livelihoods are entwined with this beloved festival. Addressing a packed gathering of artisans, local leaders, and residents at Tambadshet, of Raigad district, which is also known as hub of artisans, Shelar did not mince words.
