Someone Has a $3.2 Million Lotto Winner and Doesn't Seem To Know It

Someone has a multimillion-dollar winning lottery ticket and doesn't appear to know it yet. According to the Missouri Lottery, a lucky player who won $3.2 million in Wednesday's Lotto drawing has yet to claim the prize. The ticket was sold at a QuikTrip at 9951 Big Board Blvd. in Oakland. The winning numbers for the drawing were 1, 5, 10, 13, 20 and 30. Missouri Lotto winners have 180 days from the date of the drawing to claim their prize, which sets the deadline for this ticket at Jan. 12, 2026. "Any prize money that is unclaimed 180 days after the draw date of a ticket's last winning play will go to benefit Missouri public education," writes the Missouri Lottery. That isn't the only significant unclaimed prize in Missouri at the moment. The official website lists four others, all of which come from the Powerball. One unknown Powerball winner hit for $50,000 on the March 26 drawing after buying a ticket at a West County Phillips 66 on Clayton Road in Town and Country. Two other $50,000 Powerball winners bought their tickets from the Red X in N.W. Platte in Riverside for the May 24 drawing and at the Walmart Supercenter on Grindstone Parkway in Columbia for the July 7 drawing, respectively. Last but certainly not least, there's an unclaimed $250,000 winner from the July 7 Powerball drawing, a ticket that was sold at Rocket on Olive Blvd. in Has a $3.2 Million Lotto Winner and Doesn't Seem To Know It first appeared on Men's Journal on Jul 20, 2025 Solve the daily Crossword

Saturday's only lottery jackpot winning ticket was sold in Miami-Dade

The usual Saturday lottery drawings — Florida Lotto, Powerball, Cash4Life, Fantasy 5 — produced only one moment of jackpot happiness. It didn't come from Powerball, which will have a $308 million jackpot on Monday. Nor, did it come from Florida Lotto, which will have an $18 million jackpot on Wednesday. The lone big prize win actually came in Saturday's first drawing, the Fantasy 5 midday draw. Someone who played at a West Kendall Shell, 12195 SW 152nd St., chose 11, 14, 28, 29 and 33. That quintet won $57,124. This ticket has to be cashed at the Florida Lottery main office in Tallahassee or one of the district offices. The office in Miami-Dade is in Miami Lakes, 14621 Oak Ln. Appointments can be made, but aren't required, by emailing MIARC@ or calling 305-364-3080.

You can do this at a variety of locations, including your local convenience store, gas station, or even grocery store. In some states, Powerball tickets can be bought online. Once you have your ticket, you need to pick six numbers. Five of them will be white balls with numbers from 1 to 69. The red Powerball ranges from 1 to 26. People can also add a 'Power Play' for $1, which increases the winning for all non-jackpot prizes. The 'Power Play' multiplier can multiply winnings by: 2X, 3X, 4X, 5X, or 10X. If you are feeling unlucky or want the computer to do the work for you, the 'Quick Pick' option is available, where computer-generated numbers will be printed on a Powerball ticket. To win the jackpot, players must match all five white balls in any order and the red Powerball. Powerball drawings are held on Monday, Wednesday and Saturday nights. If no one wins the jackpot, the cash prize will continue to tick up. Where to buy lottery tickets Tickets can be purchased in person at gas stations, convenience stores and grocery stores.
