Game, set and match.
Indie iconoclasts Tennis are currently midway through their 'Face Down in the Gardens' farewell tour that's sent them to music halls, theaters, rooftops and festivals all over North America.
At each and every show, husband and wife duo Alaina Moore and Patrick Riley run through their deep, atmospheric catalog, delivering well-known tracks like 'Runner' and 'Matrimony' as well as cuts from their recently-released record that shares a name with the tour.
On Sunday, June 1, The New York Post sent fans Alyssa Hargrove and Anissa Boukourizia to the group's gig at NYC's The Rooftop at Pier 17.
'The muted set with the backdrop of the Brooklyn Bridge was perfect,' Hargrove raved. 'It didn't upstage the musicians or their woozy music.'
'Their video work was really well done,' Boukourizia added. 'Hypnotizing, dissolving visuals from the live feed that helped you feel apart of the concert whether you were standing near or far.'
As for the crowd, it truly was an all-ages affair.
'We literally saw a child under one strapped to their father's chest as well as people well into their greying years,' Hargrove pointed out.
Most importantly though, given that this might really be 'match point' for Moore, Riley and Tennis, there was an added emotional weightiness to the evening.
'You could hear a pin drop during the final song,' Hargrove noted. 'Somehow people knew how special the moment was. So rarely do we get to say goodbye to things, people and musicians we love. There was this reverent acknowledgement in the air, and it was really meaningful to be a part of that.'
As of now, Tennis has 15 concerts remaining on their 2025 run with special guests like Billie Marten, Cults, Real Estate and Hovvdy joining them.
If you'd like to see them live, here's everything you need to know about catching Tennis live on their farewell tour in 2025.

How to get Penn and Teller tickets: Las Vegas, London, and Chicago

Iconic comedy and magician duo Penn and Teller are about to embark on their 50th Anniversary Tour, which will be interspersed with jaunts back to Las Vegas to continue their ongoing 2025 residency. The majority of their shows will be in the United States; however, the tour will bring the magicians to London for 11 shows in September. If you're excited to see the mind-blowing magicians live, I've got the details on how to get Penn and Teller tickets below. Originally a trio including Weir Chrisemer, the group operated under the name 'The Asparagus Valley Cultural Society' when they debuted at the Minnesota Renaissance Festival in 1975. After the group lost Chrisemer in 1981, the two continued performing to this day. Since then, they've written multiple books on magic, appeared on TV, film, and video games, and even cameoed in music videos. If you're looking for how to get tickets to see Penn and Teller live, then I've got you covered. Here's our breakdown of the 59th Anniversary Tour and Las Vegas residency schedules, purchasing details, and price comparisons between resale and original tickets. You can also browse performance and ticket specifics at your convenience on StubHub and Vivid Seats. The majority of Penn and Teller's 2025 performances will take place in Las Vegas at their namesake theater in Rio. In between Las Vegas stints, the pair will travel around the continental US, hitting destinations like Boston, Chicago, and Los Angeles. As of this writing, the pair's only international destination is London. How to buy tickets for Penn and Teller's 2025 concert tour You can buy standard original tickets to see Penn and Teller live on Ticketmaster. Tickets to Penn and Teller's Anniversary Tour can also be purchased through verified resale ticket vendors like StubHub and Vivid Seats. You may find better luck with seating variety and prices on these sites. Tickets for the Minnesota Renaissance Festival on August 16 can be purchased through the festival's website. These tickets are not available through resellers, so if you're looking to attend the festival, this is the only option. There are currently no VIP packages being offered on Ticketmaster for Penn and Teller's Anniversary Tour or for their Las Vegas residencies. How much are tickets? Ticket prices for the 50th Anniversary Tour and Las Vegas residency dates vary depending on the date, location, and demand for each show. Resale ticket prices for the comedy duo's coming shows are generally comparable to or cheaper than the available standard original tickets. The lowest-cost tickets to see Penn and Teller's shows on StubHub range from $58 for the November 21 show in Boston to £387 for the London show on September 14. The shows in London are notably more expensive than average, with most tickets falling between $140 and $160 on average Vivid Seats offers slightly lower prices than StubHub, with the least expensive tickets ranging from $41 for the August 21 show in New York to $178 for the January 2 show in Las Vegas. The Last few shows for 2025 are more expensive than average, however, with most tickets costing between $60 and $80. Tickets for the Minnesota Renaissance Festival on August 16 are $20 for children, $29 for adults, and $27 for seniors. Who is opening for Penn and Teller's tour? As of writing, no openers have been announced for Penn and Teller's 50th Anniversary tour. The duo has not had openers for their Las Vegas residencies, so we aren't expecting openers to be announced. Will there be international tour dates? The comedy duo will be in London for 11 shows starting September 13, with the final show scheduled for September 24. All 11 shows will be at the London Palladium. As of writing, no other international dates have been announced, and given the busy Las Vegas residency schedule, it is unlikely more will be added for 2025.

Just days after ESPN released a docuseries following a celebrity-owned European soccer team, Prime Video dropped their own. In 2023, five-time Super Bowl champion Tom Brady became a minority owner of Birmingham City F.C., a soccer team in the English football league system. Prime Video's new doc, 'Built in Birmingham: Brady and the Blues,' follows Birmingham City's 2024-25 season as Brady takes on a more active role as owner. Birmingham City currently plays in the Championship, the second tier of English football below the Premier League, but when Brady came on as owner, they played in League One and were promoted after a successful season.
