Halsey lists historic home for $5.5 million
The news of the listing comes less than two years after the Without Me singer bought the historic home in September 2023.
The singer-songwriter, who announced her engagement to actor Avan Jogia in September, paid about $5 million (£3.96 million) for the elegantly restored house at the time.
The grand residence has certified Historic-Cultural Monument status. It was built by architect Arthur W Larson in 1928 for restaurateur Clifford Clinton, the founder and namesake of the theatrical Clifton's Cafeteria near Downtown Los Angeles, which closed in 2018.
The singer's LA home comes complete with a home cinema, a swimming pool, and a bucket-load of original 1920s charm, including many Spanish Colonial accents such as a wrought iron staircase, decorative archways, vaulted ceilings and stained glass windows.
Prior to buying the Los Feliz home, Halsey lived in a Calabasas mansion that she bought from Liam Payne for $10.2 million (£8 million). She lived there for two years before moving into the Los Feliz property.
Last week Halsey announced her For My Last Trick tour that will kick off in Concord, California, on 10 May.
"My funeral was cancelled, so I'm taking the show on the road instead," she declared as part of the video trailer.

Halsey abruptly cancels Istanbul show, leaving fans boiling over ruined travel plans: ‘So disappointed'
Halsey fans are not happy. The 'Ghost' singer, who uses 'she/they' pronouns, took to social media Thursday to announce that her Aug. 28 show in Istanbul, Turkey, has been canceled. 'I'm heartbroken to share that the show in Istanbul won't be happening,' Halsey, 30, whose real name is Ashley Nicolette Frangipane, wrote on her Instagram Story. 8 Halsey performs at the Talking Stick Resort Amphitheatre in Phoenix, Arizona, on May 12, 2025. Getty Images for Halsey 8 Halsey shared this statement to her Instagram Story on Thursday, just days before the scheduled show in Istanbul, Turkey, on Aug. 28. Instagram/@halsey 'There were logistical limitations that presented themselves recently, making it impossible to move forward in a way that would deliver the show – and the safe, fun experience – you deserve,' the pop star continued. Despite being 'so excited' about the concert for months, the 'Without Me' singer and her team were forced to cancel the upcoming Istanbul performance after trying 'every option to give you the experience you deserve.' 'I love performing in Turkiye and it's very important to me to come back in the future and do it right,' Halsey ended her message. 'Refunds will be available at point of purchase.' 8 Halsey performs a show at the Talking Stick Resort Amphitheatre in Phoenix, Arizona, on May 12, 2025. 'Canceling the Istanbul concert exactly two weeks before the show, when everyone had already bought their hotel and flight tickets, was one of the most unprofessional things you've done in your career,' one jilted fan wrote on X. 'You could have done a simple show and respect us.' 'For us is important to see you perform, even in a small venue with no light other than the iPhone flash, and also not to lose our money we paid on the plane tickets,' added another. 'You can't cancel a show 2 weeks ahead due to 'logistical limitations.'' 8 Halsey performing at the Talking Stick Resort Amphitheatre in Phoenix, Arizona, on May 12, 2025. However, others came to the 'Americana' star's defense and argued that the 'Graveyard' singer wouldn't have canceled the gig if it wasn't absolutely necessary. 'Halsey's fans don't deserve her. It's valid to be disappointed when a show is cancelled but h rarely cancels anything, and she stated they tried everything they could to make it work,' one fan tweeted. 8 The Grammy-nominated singer performing at the Talking Stick Resort Amphitheatre in Phoenix, Arizona, on May 12, 2025. 'Halsey has every right to want their art presented and experienced a certain way and if the show can't be done the way they want it done they have every right to cancel y'all are entitled as f–k,' commented another. The 'Manic' artist has faced several health woes in recent years. 8 The 'Manic' artist at the Talking Stick Resort Amphitheatre in Phoenix, Arizona, on May 12, 2025. 'I told myself I'm giving myself two more years to be sick,' the New Jersey native said in a video at the time. 'When I'm 30, I'm having a rebirth and I'm not going to be sick.' Halsey later revealed she was diagnosed with Lupus and a rare lymphoproliferative disorder.

The Cuba Libre – a World-Famous Cocktail That Originated With BACARDÍ Rum
Part cocktail, part rallying-cry, the story behind the original Cuba Libre cocktail is preserved in the Bacardi Archives and can be traced back to a celebratory moment in Cuban history at the end of the Spanish-American war. American soldiers stationed in Cuba – birthplace of BACARDÍ – brought Coca-Cola® with them for a taste of home which, soon became an island favorite soft drink. One August day in 1900, while celebrating Cuba's victory at The American Bar in Havana, a U.S. Army Signal Corps captain decided to ask the bartender for his favorite Cuban BACARDÍ Rum mixed with Coca-Cola® and the squeeze of a fresh lime, sparking interest among others bar patrons. Soon the entire bar was drinking this enticing, new combination. The captain proposed a toast of '¡Por Cuba libre!' (For a free Cuba!) ─ a phrase exclaimed frequently by Cuban revolutionaries and Americans soldiers. The name caught on, and stuck. The cocktail soon spread beyond Cuba to become an international hit, beloved for its simplicity and refreshing taste. 'A favorite among both bartenders and consumers alike, few rum cocktails have been able to stand the test of time like the Cuba Libre,' said Dickie Cullimore, Global Brand Ambassador for BACARDÍ. 'It's easy to master the Cuba Libre and make it your own. By simply combining just three ingredients – the world's most awarded rum brand, the world's favorite cola brand and a squeeze of fresh lime – a delicious taste of cocktail history is available at your fingertips at virtually any bar, anywhere, and even at home.' The Cuba Libre cocktail was itself a product of a revolution in rum-making. In 1862, in Santiago de Cuba, Don Facundo Bacardí Massó developed BACARDÍ, the world's first smooth light-bodied spirit. Designed to be the ultimate mixing spirit, as it never dominates or dilutes the taste of the drink, BACARDÍ rum inspired the creation of other legendary cocktail recipes like the authentic Mojito, the original Daiquirí, and the Piña Colada. For more than 163 years, through seven generations of Don Facundo's descendants, family-owned Bacardi has focused on innovation, consistency, quality, taste and excellence in rum-making. Today, sipping this cocktail made with two iconic drinks brands still summons the same feelings of celebration, liberation and national pride as it did in 1900. In fact, the Rum & Coke® remains one the most ordered drinks worldwide, claiming the #6 spot on the 2025 Bacardi Cocktail Trends Report. More than a century after the Cuba Libre's origins, Bacardi and Coca-Cola® continue their relationship and in 2025 launched BACARDÍ & Coca-Cola® Ready-to-Drink pre-mixed canned cocktails currently rolling out across the world. To make the perfect Cuba Libre cocktail and take your drink beyond a Rum and Coke®, remember the squeeze of fresh lime makes all the difference.
