How Gwyneth Paltrow Reacted To Brad Pitt, Jennifer Aniston
The pair were together from 1994 to 1997, with Gwyneth recalling in 2023 of Brad's proposal: 'One night we were on the balcony of this house we were renting in this little town in Argentina…I wish I remembered exactly what he said, but he proposed, it was fantastic, I was thrilled. We had talked about it, but I was surprised in the moment, I remember that. I must have been 24.'
Shortly after Gwyneth and Brad called off their engagement, he famously began dating Jennifer Aniston.
And now, a new biography about Gwyneth's life — titled Gwyneth: The Biography, by author Amy Odell — has shed light on her apparent reaction to Brad dating Jen soon after her.
According to E! News, Amy claims in the book that Gwyneth told her friends she felt sad when she found out that Brad and Jen had gotten engaged.
Amy also purportedly claims that Gwyneth enjoyed telling her friends that Brad had 'terrible taste in women.'

Brad Pitt's Late Mom Pictured With Angelina Jolie and Grandkids Before ‘Heartbreaking' Family Drama
Brad Pitt's mother, Jane Etta Pitt, was reportedly estranged from his children he shared with ex-wife Angelina Jolie in the years leading up to her death at 84. A resurfaced photo obtained by the Globe revealed Jane posing alongside Brad, 61, Angelina, 50, their kids, and other members of the family at a reunion that took place in Shawnee, Oklahoma, around 2009. Also pictured in the family snapshot is the Once Upon a Time…in Hollywood actor's late grandmother, Betty. Brad and Angelina began dating in 2004, and 10 years later, they tied the knot. They share six children together – Maddox, 23, Pax, 20, Zahara, 19, Shiloh, 18, and 16-year-old twins Knox and Vivienne. However, the Maleficent star filed for divorce in 2016 after an alleged incident that took place between her and Brad on an international flight from Paris to Los Angeles. Their tumultuous divorce and snowballing legal battles reportedly led to a 'heartbreaking' separation between the kids and their paternal grandparents in the years that followed, according to the Daily Mail. 'Prior to the separation, they were a part of the kids' lives and they all spent a lot of time together,' an insider revealed in 2024. 'It is just heartbreaking to see that this is no longer the case.' 'It is one thing for the kids to not see their father, but for Jane and Bill to not have any contact with their precious grandkids is sad,' the insider continued. 'They are in their 80s and to think that they would never be able to spend time with the kids again is just unbelievable.' Roughly one year later, Jane's passing was confirmed by her granddaughter, Sydney Pitt. 'We were not ready for you to go yet but knowing you are finally free to sing, dance, and paint again makes it a tad easier,' she wrote in a heartfelt tribute shared to Instagram on Tuesday, August 6. Sydney went on to fondly describe her grandmother as someone who 'cared deeply for everyone' and had the 'biggest heart.' 'She could keep up with all 14 of us grandkids without missing a beat. There was no limit to the love she gave, and everyone who met her felt it,' she said. 'I don't know how we move forward without her. But I know she's still here in every brushstroke, every kind gesture, every hummingbird. She was love in its purest form.' Solve the daily Crossword

Brooke Hogan did not attend Hulk Hogan's funeral: ‘He didn't want one'
Brooke Hogan, daughter of recently deceased pro-wrestler Hulk Hogan, did not attend her father's funeral Tuesday. The WWE star was estranged from his daughter for years prior to his death. Brooke Hogan said that while there was no 'big fight,' their estrangement was due to 'a series of private phone calls no one will ever hear, know or understand.' Instead of attending the funeral, Brooke celebrated her father's life with her husband and newborn twins at the beach. In an Instagram post the day of the funeral, she commented, 'My father hated the morbidity of funerals.' Further down, she wrote, 'I had to make my own decision to honor him the best and most genuine way I knew how … privately… the way that made me feel the closest to him.' According to a medical examiner's report, Terry Bollea — better known as Hulk Hogan — died July 24. An acute myocardial infarction, or a heart attack, caused his death, a consequence of atrial fibrillation and chronic lymphocytic leukemia, a kind of slow-moving cancer. The younger Hogan, however, carries doubts about her father's cause of death. According to E! Magazine, she said, 'They're saying, 'Oh, he had leukemia.' And I saw his blood work every time. One doctor, I quote, said his blood is like a 25-year-old's.' Later in the interview, she said that 'we don't have cancer that runs in our family. It just seems weird.'
