The league has promised to immediately eject any fans who throw objects onto the court, as well as pursue criminal charges and hit them with a one year ban. So far, one arrest has been made regarding the very first incident in Atlanta, and a second arrest was made at the Sun versus Mercury game when a man was caught on video attempting to throw an object onto the court, but instead hitting a man who was there with his nine year old niece.
