ABU DHABI (WAM)Sheikh Nahyan bin Mubarak Al Nahyan, Minister of Tolerance and Coexistence and Honorary President of the Future Rehabilitation Centre, officially inaugurated the newly developed Inclusive Library at the Centre's campus in Abu Dhabi.The event took place in the presence of Khaldoon Al Mubarak, Managing Director and Group CEO of Mubadala Investment Group; Mohammed Abdul Jalil Al Fahim, Chairman of the Future Rehabilitation Centre; alongside dignitaries from Mubadala, representatives of various institutions, students, educators, and staff, highlighting a shared national commitment to inclusive education and community empowerment.On this occasion, Sheikh Nahyan bin Mubarak stated, 'The inauguration of the Inclusive Library at the Future Rehabilitation Centre is not merely a ceremonial event, but a clear expression of our collective commitment to building a society that values every individual and equips them with the tools to learn, innovate, and contribute meaningfully to the progress of the nation.'The late Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan laid the foundations for a society rooted in justice, compassion, and human dignity. Today, under the wise leadership of President His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, we carry forward this legacy, guided by a national vision that places human development at its core, prioritises inclusive education and ensures that People of Determination are fully integrated across all aspects of life.'He added, "In alignment with the Year of the Community 2025, announced by His Highness the President, the Inclusive Library stands as a living embodiment of that vision. It is a space that fosters belonging, sparks curiosity, and affirms that every person in this country has a role, a voice, and an opportunity to thrive. I would also like to express my sincere appreciation to Mubadala Investment Group for their support and active contribution to this impactful project. Students will manage the library themselves, giving them opportunities to enhance their leadership skills and develop a stronger sense of responsibility and community participation.After the inauguration, dignitaries toured the library and attended an art exhibition prepared by students of the Centre. Guests commended the creativity, thoughtfulness, and talent demonstrated throughout.

Since the establishment of relations between the two nations in 1971 under the leadership of the late Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan, the United Arab Emirates has consistently pursued the development of its relations with Pakistan across multiple sectors. In June of this year, a strategic partnership in governmental modernisation was initiated between the UAE and Pakistan, reflecting a mutual commitment to collaboration, the exchange of successful governmental practices, expertise, and the development of institutional capacities to support modernisation efforts. The UAE is also recognised as a significant investor in Pakistan, particularly in telecommunications, services, tourism, information technology, oil and gas, housing, banking, and real estate.
