Noemí Hopper claims the expensive watch was nicked from a bedroom while her household was sleeping in the swanky Benahavís villa.
Hopper, who has more than 1.4m followers on TikTok, posted a clip to social media about the theft.
She gave a tour of the luxury home and showed where the Rolex owned by a pal and a Chanel bag of hers was stolen from.
The group had been staying in the villa since July 15, but woke up on the 21st to find the missing belongings.
She said: "I just woke up and just realised that last night some thieves broke into the house we're staying and got my friend's watch and my Chanel bag.
"We didn't realise at all. We were asleep, I was sleeping here and they entered through here and got the bag."
Hopper walks into one bedroom in the clip and shows where the watch was sitting just meters from where her pal would have been sleeping.
"They must be professionals, here is my friend's room, they got in while I was asleep here, and they got the watch.
"They told us we have to make a report to the police but I'm freaking out.
"And on top of that they left us the photo that I had inside the bag. Thank you very much, very nice, thank you. Couldn't you have left me the bag as well?"
Burglar leers over a sleeping woman's body while creeping through home
At the end of the clip the group speculate they could have even been gassed to keep them asleep during the robbery.
The Chanel bag was valued at £7,500, according to Diario Sur.
The group have now lodged a complaint with the police and the Civil Guard is investigating the crime.
It comes after footage emerged of a deviant creeping through a home on CCTV in nearby Marbella.

The thief was seen creeping around in a tracksuit with his face covered as he looked to raid a sleeping couple as they were fast asleep.
At one point, he flashes his torch over the pair who were in bed before focusing in on Pilar.
The traumatised mom was sleeping naked on her front with the majority of her body uncovered by the duvet due to the Spanish heat.
In a blood-curdling moment the sordid burglar bent over and moved closer to Pilar to shine the torch on her body further.
After watching back the sickening footage - which lasted for 32 minutes - Pilar told local media: "He entered our bedroom eight times to look at my private parts."
The brave victim released the video shortly after taking it to the police as she said it was the only way to get justice and catch the "sick predator".
Pilar and Alex said they first knew something was wrong when they woke up to see 300 euros had been taken from their home.
Their valuables and expensive goods were all exactly where they left them including in the couple's 18-year-old son's room next door.

Teen rushed to hopsital in critical condition after incident at Tenerife hotel
A 19-year-old man was pulled from a hotel swimming pool in Arona, Tenerife by a lifeguard after showing signs of drowning, he was rushed to hospital in critical condition for further treatment A teenager has been rushed to hospital in critical condition after an incident at a hotel swimming pool in Tenerife. The horror incident happened on Saturday, July 26 at shortly after 5pm. Emergency services were called to Rafael Puig Lluvina Avenue in Arona following reports a young man was in need of medical assistance. Canary Islands Emergency Service (SUC) sent one medicalized ambulance and one basic life support ambulance. Officers from both the national and local police were also in attendance. The emergency call, which was made by a lifeguard at the hotel, suggested a man was in cardiorespiratory arrest and had symptoms of drowning from the pool of a hotel complex. Upon arrival medics found a 19-year-old man unresponsive so SUC personnel continued the CPR begun by the lifeguard. After stabilising the victim, he was evacuated in critical condition and rushed to Hospiten Sur hospital. It is not known if the tenager was a tourist or a local. It comes just days after Stan-Lee Connor, 20, from Birkenhead, died while on holiday in Ibiza with his friends. He had jetted off to the Spanish island with a mate on Tuesday, July 1, for a six-night break but became unwell on his second evening. Stan, as loved ones knew him, was enjoying a night out at Amnesia in San Antonio when he appeared to take ill, his sister Ellie McSherry said. His friend took him back to their accommodation at Aparthotel Vibra Monterrey. But when his friend awoke the next morning, he discovered Stan had passed away. The 20 year old's death is now being investigated by police. In a heartfelt tribute shared with the Liverpool Echo by sisters Ellie and Sally, they said: "We lost our beautiful younger brother and son, Stan-Lee Connor, a kind-hearted soul whose heart overflowed with love, and whose life held so much promise. His sudden and heartbreaking passing in Ibiza at just 20 years old has left an immeasurable void in our lives. "Stan wasn't just our brother, he was the light in our family. He brought warmth, laughter, and kindness wherever he went, and his presence made everything brighter. "Stan was a proud and passionate supporter of Everton Football Club, loyal through every win and every heartbreak. He also found deep comfort in music, especially the timeless sounds of Pink Floyd. Their lyrics became a lifeline, especially after the heartbreaking loss of our dad last year. Music gave Stan strength, and in those melodies, he began to find his way back to peace."

Sources claimed the culprits were acting under the orders of caged hitman Barry Harvey, 37, when they targeted the pad in Bishopbriggs, near Glasgow. The feared gun thug is said to have had a bust-up with Fleming — jailed for almost ten years for smuggling coke into the UK in solar panels alongside Scots cartel boss James 'The Don' White. An insider said last night: 'Fleming was only home half a day when four guys burned two of his cars and his house. 'Harvey has a personal gripe with Fleming and he's said to be behind it. Harvey was jailed for at least 29 years in March last year for shooting dead gym boss Gary More, 32, in Airdrie in 2018. He was part of a crew also nailed for murdering Rafal Lyko, 36, in Blantyre, plus a bid to kill Scott Bennett, 43, in Rutherglen, near Glasgow. He was ordered to pay back just £126,000 during a proceeds of crime hearing in February — despite amassing at least £2million from the plot. White got almost a decade in jail in 2023 for masterminding the global operation. Police said: 'We were called to a report of a wilful vehicle fire in Bishopbriggs. Enquiries continue.' The Scottish Prison Service said: 'We do not comment on individuals.' 6 Fleming was the right-hand man to cartel boss James 'The Don' White Credit: PA 6 It happened less than 12 hours after he was freed from Castle Huntly nick on leave

Brit socialite Maxwell, 63, is serving 20 years in Florida after being convicted of offences including sex trafficking. The meeting came after President Donald Trump faced questions over his own links to Epstein, who killed himself in jail awaiting trial in 2019. A source, quoted by The Mail on Sunday, said: 'Ghislaine has never told her story to anyone in government before. 'At times it was very emotional but she answered every question asked of her. 'She was asked about a list of people including Prince Andrew, Bill Gates, Bill Clinton, Alan Dershowitz and powerful Wall Street financiers. 'It's ironic that Elon Musk kicked this whole thing off when he fell out with Trump and then made that post on X about Trump allegedly preventing the release of the full Epstein documents as some sort of 'cover-up'. 'Well, Elon is in there, as is his brother. "It was a monumental moment for Ghislaine to finally be asked about these people and to tell the truth.'
