CRYSTAL PALACE will appeal Uefa's decision to remove them from the Europa League next season.
The Eagles earned a spot in Europe's second tier following their 1-0 FA Cup final victory over Manchester City in May - however last week they were officially banned and relegated to the Conference League.

At the time of the final, now-former Palace co-owner John Textor held stakes in both the south London club and Lyon, who are in the Europa League next season after finishing sixth and winning an appeal to avoid relegation from Ligue 1.
Eagles fans have already begun protesting the decision. Now, owner Steve Parish says the club isn't backing down either.
Speaking on The Rest is Football podcast, Parish said: 'We are still fighting. There's an appeal process, so we go to CAS (Court of Arbitration for Sport) which is the court for arbitration and, you know, we're very hopeful. We think we've got great legal arguments.
'We don't think this is the right decision by any means. We know unequivocally that John didn't have decisive influence over the club.

'We know we proved that beyond all reasonable doubt because it's a fact.'
Uefa rules state no owner or co-owner can have a controlling interest in more than one club competing in the same European competition during the same season. Palace dispute that Textor did not have sufficient enough control.
As it stands, Palace will be replaced in the Europa League by Nottingham Forest, who finished seventh last term.
Forest will be £3.9million better off as a result of the decision.

Parish continued: 'We feel that there are a lot of very genuine mitigating circumstances and more than enough wriggle room to put us in the competition.
'It does look bad. This is the dream right? This is what keeps football alive.
Crystal Palace fans protest against Europa League demotion
'This is why everybody goes, because they think one day they might win a cup and they might qualify for Europe.
'These things can be defining moments for a club and completely change the course of history forever.
'Hopefully when we go to CAS we get the right answer.
'We get the written version of (the ruling) with the detail then apparently the appeal is 10 days.'
In a statement, Uefa said its Club Financial Control Body confirmed the decision by French financial chiefs had cleared Lyon's path to take up their place in the Europa League.
The governing body said: 'Consequently, the CFCB pursued the assessment of the documentation submitted by Lyons and Crystal Palace and concluded that the clubs breached, as at 1 March 2025, the multi-club ownership criteria foreseen in Art 5.01 of the Uefa Club Competition Regulations.
'For this reason the CFCB First Chamber decided: To accept Lyons' admission to the 2025/26 Europa League.
'And to reject Crystal Palace's admission to the 2025/26 Uefa Europa League and to accept Crystal Palace's admission to the 2025/26 Uefa Conference League.'

Other European heavyweights are also interested in the teenager OLD FIRM FIGHT Celtic and Rangers in hunt for Serbian starlet Andrej Bacanin with transfer set to be completed 'in the next 10 days' Click to share on X/Twitter (Opens in new window) Click to share on Facebook (Opens in new window) RANGERS and Celtic are both said to be in the hunt for Serbian teenage prospect, Andrej Bacanin. And a deal for the central midfielder is expected to be completed 'in the next 10 days', with Euro giants Ajax and Udinese also credited with an interest. Image: FK Cukaricki Bacanin, 18, is a highly-rated prospect currently on the books of Serbian Super League side FK Cukaricki – but was left out of their league opener against Napretka as transfer speculation rises. Sporting director Vladimir Matijasevic revealed that Bacanin and defender Vojin Serafmovic are both expected to rake in millions for the club in the coming weeks. Bacanin is the one of the two more in demand, with Matijasevic claiming both Rangers and Celtic lead the queue for his signature. He told the Cukaricki website: 'There is a lot of interest in our young players, and currently the focus is on the transfer of Andrej Bačanin. 'He attracted the attention of numerous clubs by playing for our team last season but also for the Serbian national team at his age. 'We had calls from the Scottish giants Celtic and Rangers, Ajax, Udinese, and some other teams are interested. 'It is possible that some other options will appear, and I expect the transfer to be realized in the next ten days. "I expect that this will be another big outgoing transfer of Cukaricki, which would cover the budget of our club.' The Serbia under-19 cap is valued at around £430,000 (500,000 Euros) by football data specialists Transfermarkt although a transfer bidding war could see that price tag rise dramatically. The player was talked up glowingly last year by a Serbian football scout – who compared him to Bayern Munich's young star, Alexsandar Pavlovic. Edouard to return and Schmeichel's last year at Celtic Plus Munteanu LATEST They wrote on X: 'One of the most intriguing young midfield talents we have is 17-year-old Andrej Bačanin. 'A true midfield controller - the type of player our senior NT lacks and who could become a game-changer for us in time. 'A capable passer with both feet, including first-time passes. 'Mostly played short and medium passes here but has that range too. 'Comfortable with his back to goal, progressive, a line-breaker when possible. That's because the draw for the next round will be made on Monday at 11am with Martin's men seeded in the league path, meaning they will avoid the likes of Benfica, Club Brugge and Feyenoord at this stage. There are four possible options facing Rangers - the winners of Red Bull Salzburg v SK Brann, the winners of Viktoria Plzen v Servette, Fenerbahce or OGC Nice. Hibs will be seeded for the draw as they will inherit Midtjylland's coefficient ranking if they overcome the Danes, but will be kept apart from Rangers as teams cannot be drawn against an opponent from the same association. The list of possible third round opponents for David Gray's men includes FC Lugano or CFR 1907 Cluj, Sheriff Tiraspol or FC Utrecht, Panathinaikos, Servette or Viktoria Plzen, Wolfsberger, Fredrikstad and Brann or Red Bull Salzburg. Hibs and Dundee United Conference League draw Defeat for Hibs would send them into the Conference League third qualifying round, where they will join Dundee United, assuming Jim Goodwin's men make it past FC UNA Strassen in the second qualifying round. United travel to Luxembourg for the first leg this Thursday before hosting the return leg at Tannadice the following week. The list of potential opponents for both clubs at this stage is extensive, with UEFA set to finalise seedings, groupings and the draw procedure early in the morning on the day of the draw.
