The teenager flashed a big smile as he celebrated his big win with a gold medal around his neck.
Knox, who's twin sister Vivienne also turned 17 over the weekend, was in the crowd alongside her Hollywood mum to cheer her brother on.
Angelina posed for a photo with one of Knox's Muay Thai coaches.
The actress looked as chic as ever in a black jumper and matching trousers with dark sunglasses.
In one video shared by Born To Win's social media page, Knox can be seen landing kicks on his opponent.
But the Fight Club actor, 61, was nowhere to be seen, despite reports that he's desperate to reunite with his estranged kids.
Angelina and Brad share six children - their three biological children are Vivienne, Knox, and Shiloh.

In December, it was confirmed that Angelina and Brad had agreed to a divorce settlement after their bitter eight-year legal battle.
Angelina Jolie's rarely seen son Knox looks exactly like dad Brad Pitt as he walks the red carpet for first time in three years
But the divorced couple remain locked in a legal battle over Château Miraval vineyard in France.
Brad alleged Jolie sold her $62 million stake of the winery to the Stoli Group without his approval.
Both sides are reportedly willing to take the Miraval case to a jury trial or mediation.
Angelina first filed to end the marriage in September 2016, just two years after tying the knot.
The couple had been together for 10 years before deciding to get married.
Jolie claimed in court filings that Pitt had a "history of physical abuse".
It was alleged that Bradd became physically abusive on a private jet with Jolie and their six children.
Jolie also claimed Brad tired to make her sign a $8.5million (£6.8million) NDA to cover up his "years of abuse".
Pitt has always denied the abuse claims, and was cleared by cops following a probe.
The couple were declared legally single in 2019, despite their ongoing divorce battle.
Brad has been dating Los Angeles jewellery designer Ines de Ramon, 34, for almost two years.

Secrets of Brad Pitt's 'facelift' shared by top plastic surgeons
With Brad Pitt's F1 movie thrilling fans, talk of his youthful looks have taken pole position. One person boldly to social media to declare: 'Brad Pitt got a facelift,' while a second added: 'The surgeon who did [his] facelift should be the richest person on Earth.' has spoken to three plastic surgeons to uncover the procedures the actor may have received. Despite the suggestions, each said he likely did not receive a facelift, saying they couldn't see the typical giveaway signs of taut skin, squinting eyes, and scars around the ear. Instead, they suggested it was much more likely that he had received fat transfers or fillers into the mid-face to boost volume and make him appear younger. Dr Michael Bassiri-Tehrani, a facial plastic surgeon in New York City, said: 'This is a subtle touch-up procedure that tends to be more desirable, especially if you are in the public eye. 'This is because it means... a less drastic change in your appearance, which is important, especially for someone who is in movies and whose face is their identity and their brand.' Brad first debuted his incredibly youthful new looks in September last year, which again sparked speculation from fans about a potential facelift. Sources close to the star denied rumors that he had had a facelift, or received any other procedures to The plastic surgeons did not treat or get the chance to examine Brad in person, and instead based their comments on photos and videos of the star online. Dr Barry Weintraub, a top facelift surgeon in New York City who examined two pictures of the star, said: 'Looking straight at these images, it is clear that he is handsome as hell. 'But I do also notice that in the later photo his face is fuller, and that would either be from fat transfers or a variety of fillers that were used. 'It could also be simply because he gained weight, because that can also lead to more fullness appearing in the face.' He added: 'As you get older, you start to lose volume in your own face... so placing volume back into it is a great way to add youth, and I think that is what was done here.' Surgeons said he'd likely received the filler or fat transfers into the cheeks and jawline to add volume to these areas. They said that overall it was more likely this was fat, typically taken from the abdomen or thighs, because this is longer lasting and can trigger a more natural result. Many celebrities also opt for blepharoplasties, a procedure to remove skin above the eyes to make someone appear more youthful. But all three surgeons said Brad had avoided this. Dr Gary Linkov, a plastic surgeon also in New York City, said: 'I still don't see great proof that he's had a facelift. His hairline area looks ok to me, and I don't see any clear evidence for me. 'But it is possible that he might have had a fat transfer or filler to the mid-face. 'I mentioned a few years ago that he may have had that procedure, so it's definitely possible that he did something like that again.' Dr Adam Scheiner, a cosmetic surgeon in Florida and author of 2017 book The True Definition Of Beauty, said Brad may appear so youthful because of how someone views a person's face. 'When we look at a person's face, our brains focus on the eye and mouth region first and the skin and facial contours area second. 'So it tends to be much more dramatic when someone has the eyes or mouth worked on, whereas if it's on other areas it tends to be much more subtle - like the work we see here.' Brad has not commented on any recent work he may have, but he has repeatedly spoken about aging - saying after he turned 60 years old that he was starting to feel his own mortality. Surgeons have previously suggested that Brad has been receiving fillers and Botox during the years to maintain his youthful appearance but this has never been confirmed. Surgeons suggested too that Brad may be maintaining his skin using moisturizers, micro-needling, and other procedures.

Knock Out Season 1 Review – Slow Moving BL that Dodges the Prize-Winning Punch
Season 1 Episode Guide Episode 1 – Tiger Taming Canon – Review Score 2.5/5 Episode 2 – Don't Hold Back – Review Score 3/5 Episode 3 – The Heartless Left Hook – Review Score 2.5/5 Episode 4 – The Fix – Review Score 2.5/5 Episode 5 – Hero vs Hero – Review Score 2.5/5 Episode 6 – For Us – Review Score 3/5 Episode 7 – Evidence – Review Score 3.5/5 Episode 8 – Betrayal – Review Score 3.5/5 Episode 9 – The Ring Rage – Review Score 3.5/5 Episode 10 – Safe House – Review Score 3.5/5 Episode 11 – Trap – Review Score 2/5 Episode 12 & Ending Explained – Always By Your Side – Review Score 1.5/5 Slow-Moving Anti-Climactic BL Based on the novel Knockout (หมัดน็อกล็อกหัวใจ) by Dawin (ดวินทร์), the story follows Keen as he hears the news of his father's death and, having used his entire savings on the funeral, is not prepared when debt collectors show up. He hides out at a traditional Muay Thai gym trying to figure out how to make fast money. There he meets renowned fighter, Thun – 'The Tiger Taming Cannon.' But Thun refuses to step foot into the ring. Thai BL, Knock Out, is led by newcomers, Nice Boripat Jamsat as Keen and Gunner Natsakan Chairote as Thun. The rest of the cast offers familiar faces, including Guide Kantapon Chmpupan of Bake Me Please, Dech Narongdet Rungarun of Playboyy and Gap Jakarin Puribhat of Cat Man and The Legend of Nang Nak. It was produced by Earnie Jantawong, who brought you Hello No One and wrote Thai BL, Monster Next Door. Keen and Thun quickly find themselves thrown together as it's not just Keen but the whole gym that needs a financial injection. He manages to get Thun on board, but that's quickly out the window as he brings in Thun's former friend for a revenge match. As the cinches tighten, Thun finally agrees to fight Typhoon. But things don't go as any of them expected. With a glimpse into the Muay Thai Boxing world, including a public naked weigh-in plus a novel behind the story for depth, I expected a bit more than Knock Out was ultimately able to deliver. No shade to the actors specifically, but the chemistry wasn't there in any of the relationships, except maybe for the blood-crazed Yut. He did seem crazy. And Phuwish, who played his double role well, though I struggled to picture a crime boss who would enjoy feeding his enemies to his German Shepherd. Perhaps I don't get out enough. Apart from the connections, the storyline didn't seem to offer many opportunities for the protagonists to truly form bonds, feeling a bit superficial from the start and never able to tame that trail into genuine relationships. Instead, it just pushed couples together in less-than-realistic situations and left them to it. The storyline around loan sharks feels fairly tired, too, popping up in so many Thai dramas. It makes me wonder just how many people are in debt for it to be such a regular theme. The interesting twist was that the moneylender was actually a politician in disguise, something that may feel cheekily relevant in more than one country. Ultimately, though, BLs are about the chemistry. While it wasn't horrible and had potential, it didn't really live up to its romance genre. If you're on the fence about Knock Out, check out our episode reviews linked above. If you loved it, I'd love to hear why in the comments below.
