Emmerdale's Dylan returns as fans 'convinced' of family link
Dylan played a vital role as April Windsor's friend when she ran away from home earlier this year.
However, fans believe that the character's return may lead to upset among one of the soap's families.
In a new interview with actor Mark Charnock, who plays Marlon Dingle, on Emmerdale's Facebook page, Fred spoke of his delight at being back.
And sneaky fans were quick to speculate that he's part of the Dingle clan.
Suggesting he could be a "long-lost Dingle" relative, one user said: 'I'm happy he's back, but I think he could be one of the Dingles' children.
'I think it's Marlon's wife, Lydia's son who she thought died.'
Another added: 'Aww loved Dylan, fantastic actor, he's going to go a long way. And I'm convinced he's Eli's son.'
While another added: 'Is he Marlon's nephew?' and in response, one fan commented: 'I think that's what a lot of us are hoping.'

While a third said: 'I notice they're bringing Dylan back! Wouldn't it be funny if Dylan ended being a long-lost Dingle!'
Speaking to The Mirror last month, actor Fred Kettle said he couldn't wait to be back on the ITV soap.
"I am so glad to be back,' he said.

Emmerdale boss Laura Shaw also previously hinted at what's ahead for Dylan.
She said: "The lovely Fred Kettle who played Dylan, is coming back to the show.
"He is going to be bringing his past back to the village with him and that's going to cause huge problems for April and the family there.'

Coronation Street legend Dev Alahan (Jimmi Harkishin) broke down in tears after his wedding to Bernie Winter (Jane Hazlegrove) took a dramatic turn on the latest episode of the ITV soap Dev Alahan was left in tears after his wedding day went awry on Wednesday night's episode of Coronation Street. The Weatherfield businessman was set to tie the knot with Bernie Winter on the latest instalment of the ITV soap. But things didn't exactly go to plan when the bride-to-be was late and then collapsed on the spot as they were about to say their vows, and that was just the beginning of their troubles. It was set to be a flamboyant day full of bright colours and costumes at the Street's token restaurant, but ambulance had to be called when Bernie struggled to breathe and she was quickly whisked off to hospital. It soon transpired that Bernie had had an allergic reaction to the lilies that were in her wedding bouquet, and had been supplied by Preston's Petals. It comes after bosses confirmed that a Coronation Street legend will be returning to the cobbles after seven years away. While all this was going on, Debbie Webster (Sue Devaney) took it upon herself to entertain the congregation with a rendition of the Grease classic Hopelessly Devoted To You, and she then proposed to boyfriend Ronnie Bailey (Vinta Morgan). Meanwhile, Bernie (Jane Hazlegrove) eventually became the second Mrs Alahan when she and Dev said their vows as she sat in the hospital bed and she was discharged later that day. As viewers will know, Dev, who was previously married to the late Sunita Alahan (Shobna Gulati), had been kept in the dark about the fact that his son Aadi (Adam Hussain) has ran up £6,000 worth of debt in the shop, which he was left in charge of when his dad took a break a few months ago. But Dev managed to get it out of his son later in the episode. Furious, Dev, who has been played by Jimmi Harkishin since 1999, told him: "You are pathetic. Why did you keep all that from me? All those debts. I purposely kept my eyes and hands of the books so that you could prove yourself. And now, you are the definition of a failure. Shame on you! And you've brought shame on me." However, Bernie was aware of just how much her long-lost grandson Brody Michaelis (Ryan Mulvey) had been involved in the situation having staged a robbery as a failed insurance scam, and she had spent weeks trying to cover things up. Earlier in the day, Brody and Aadi had a violent confrontation after it became apparent that he had held her up in getting to the venue on time as he asked her for advice on how to take care of his sisters now that both of his parents are in prison. After Bernie overheard the confrontation between Dev and Aadi, she explained to Dev: "Two words. Insurance scam. Aadi got Brody to stage a robbery, and when that went belly-up, I tried to help. I got you to bring the wedding forward so we could get our hands on Aunti Rani's cash. I thought we could pay off the debt that way. " As viewers will know, Aunty Rani (Josephine Lloyd-Welcome) was due to present Dev and Bernie with thousands for the wedding, and Bernie had hoped to use most of the money to pay off Aadi's debts whilst keeping it all from her significant other. Deciding that now was the time to tell the truth, she told Dev: "I did the wedding on the cheap so there'd be a bit left over, otherwise, you'd be head-to-toe in Saville Row." In disbelief, Dev simply shook his head and muttered "No, no..." as he walked straight out of number seven. He headed over to the now-empty Bistro, where Bernie followed soon after. She told him: "I thought I could fix everything without you knowing, keep everything sweet between father and son. I've ruined our wedding, haven't I?" Dev was on the verge of tears as he put his head in his hands, and he begged his now-wife that the lies had to stop. She promised this would be the case, and the pair finally got to have their first dance together as husband and wife. But just moments later, Brody confronted Aadi on the Street and warned him: "Don't ever get in my face like that again because I won't be held responsible for my actions. I know we're like relatives now but stay as far away from me as possible. Laters." Fans will know that Aadi is set to leave the soap, but no exit date has been announced as yet. Could he face prison, or might he be kicked out by his relatives? Viewers certainly think so and that somehow it's all linked. They have wondered if a sad exit is on the cards as he burns bridges with those on the cobbles. One fan posted online: "Aadi is out of his depth with this robbery and love life. Everything is getting on top of him," as another predicted: "I wonder if this will be when Aadi exits the show?"

Emmerdale fans 'work out' Ray's love interest and it could spark ultimatum
Emmerdale viewers have shared the theory that new villain Ray will end up with someone in the village after a cryptic comment from actor Joe Absolom about the ITV soap role There could be romance on the way for Emmerdale baddie Ray. Amid his plans for teenagers Dylan Penders and April Windsor, fans think Ray will end up with someone in the village. The love interest could be none other than a character linked to April and others in the Dales, and it could spark an ultimatum if it was to happen. Fans can't help but question whether Ray will be caught up in a romance, taking his dealing storyline into another direction. It comes as Ray made it clear who he was targeting this week, with a drug drop planned for one terrified teen. So if the female in question dopes embark on a romance with the villain, it would definitely divide villagers. Fans think that unlucky in love Laurel Thomas will be Ray's love interest. It's not yet clear how long Ray is on the show for and what will happen with the storyline. It comes as he was heard telling a mystery person about April "being of use" for their dodgy dealings. It wasn't revealed who he was on the phone to, but fans think they know the identity of the caller. Some fans have gone back to the Joe Tate theory about a possible teaming up, believing they are working together. Another theory speculated that fellow newcomer Celia might be linked to Ray. One theory said: "Anyone else curious as to who Ray was on the phone with? I reckon it's someone we know like Joe." Another post echoed this theory saying: "Is Ray working with Joe?" Meanwhile another fan commented: "Imagine if Ray was working with Celia." EastEnders' Joel branded a ‘disgusting little pervert' as Ross makes a discovery
Ross Marshall (Alex Walkinshaw) has finally flipped over Joel's (Max Murray) disgusting behaviour in EastEnders. It became immediately clear when the father and son arrived in Walford alongside Vicki Fowler (Alice Haig) earlier this year that they were hiding a fair few skeletons in their closet. They couldn't return to their home in Australia, as Joel had upskirted a pupil in his class, and Ross had paid her family $50,000 in exchange for their silence. He's since enacted havoc on the residents of Albert Square, impregnating Avani Nandra-Hart (Aaliyah James) and introducing new mate Tommy Moon (Sonny Kendall) to dangerous adult content online. Later, Joel showed Tommy videos made by a disgusting influencer, who degrades women. Joel thought this was an appropriate way to talk about the opposite sex, branding his own mum a 'slapper', talking about how she abandoned him as a child. He also sexually assaulted a passenger on the London Underground in an utterly vile move, with Vicki paying off the victim. Earlier this week, Joel discovered some big news about his estranged mother Cleo, that left him reeling. Other than Joel's derogatory comments about his mum, we don't know an awful lot about her. She contacted Ross to inform him that she was remarrying, and despite us finally finding out her name, fans are still convinced that she is none other than Zoe Slater (Michelle Ryan), using a pseudonym. This was fuelled by him yelling: 'Well, you ain't my mum, you don't get to tell me what to do!' during a row with Vicki, which seemed to echo a very famous 'Enders quote. As long-term fans will remember, back in 2005, Zoe screamed: 'You can't tell me what to do, you ain't my mother!', as her mum Kat (Jessie Wallace) howled back: 'Yes I am!' Joel's version coincidentally aired in the same week that Zoe returned after 20 years. Well, rather unsurprisingly, he hasn't taken it well. As we saw, he headed to The Vic to catch up with Tommy – and suggested they make things more exciting by stealing some booze from the barrel store. It didn't take long for the lads to be discovered, and Ross dragged Joel home. As he was being carted out of the pub he spurted a number of derogatory and extremely concerning comments about Kat. Back at home, Ross made another worrying discovery… In tonight's episode, Ross attempted to worm his way into Joel's mindset and learn the extent of his issues. Joel told his dad that as a man he has no rights, and continued to tear strips off Kat. Ross was at a loose end with what to say, and suggested they have a beer together and a heart to heart.
