Son Heung-min's emotional farewell to Spurs after completing record £19.5m transfer exit
Tottenham Hotspur have confirmed the sale of Son Heung-min to Los Angeles FC. The South Korea international has moved for the highest fee in Major League Soccer history, costing the Californian side around £19.5million, and shared an emotional farewell message to Spurs' fans. Southampton youngster Tyler Dibling is reportedly training away from his team-mates amid the uncertainty over his future on the south coast. The 19-year-old has been on the radar of several teams this summer following a solid debut season in the English top-flight, showing flashes of talent despite the Saints' historically poor campaign. The England Under 21 international has a year left - with an option to extend until 2027 - on his current deal with Southampton, who will seek an immediate return to the Premier League under new boss Will Still. Dibling revealed in April that his Southampton team-mates would joke about his reported £100m price tag, with Aaron Ramsdale - who is set to join Newcastle - particularly taking great pleasure in doing so. 'Rambo loves it,' said Dibling. 'I'll miss a shot in training and he'll just go: "£90million! £80million!" as it keeps going down. It's all good fun. There's a few nicknames going around.
