Ahaan Panday is currently basking in the success of his recently released film 'Saiyaara'. Amid the film's success, several throwback videos of Ahaan and Aneet Padda are resurfacing on social media. One such throwback video that is going absolutely viral shows Ahaan and his cousin Ananya Panday recreating an iconic scene from Karam Johar's 1998 film 'Kuch Kuch Hota Hai'. The cousin-duo channelled their inner Shah Rukh Khan and Kajol to portray the beloved characters Rahul and Anjali, and left fans impressed with their acting skills!
The video that is now making the rounds again shows Ahaan Panday mimicking Shah Rukh Khan from Kuch Kuch Hota Hai. He lip-syncs SRK's iconic line, 'Yeh joke tha?" while Ananya Panday, channeling Kajol's character, responds with a playful 'Tha toh." Ahaan continues with, 'I don't like jokes," prompting Ananya to deliver Kajol's cheeky comeback: 'I don't like you!" Check out the viral video below!
This isn't the first time a throwback video of Ahaan Panday mimicking Bollywood stars has gone viral. Interestingly, years before his Bollywood debut with Saiyaara, he gained popularity through Dubsmash videos where he frequently recreated memorable Bollywood scenes. He would often recreate his favourite Bollywood stars Ranbir Kapoor and Shah Rukh Khan's scenes from their films. From mouthing the lyrics of Channa Mereya to dancing on Bachna Ae Haseeno and Dilliwaali Girlfriend, Ahaan seemed to be an unabashed Ranbir fan in those early videos.
A few days ago, a throwback video of the actor went viral on Reddit, showcasing a younger Ahaan, just 18 years old, channeling raw passion during an acting workshop. In the resurfaced clip, Ahaan is seen in character as 'Tiwari', complete with a rustic Eastern UP/Bihari accent. The video begins with him getting into makeup, followed by his animated delivery of lines like, 'Arey tumko kaahe bataye bhaiya?" while interacting with another actor dressed as a cop.

I still haven't watched Saiyaara," he revealed. Commenting on the viral videos, Badola didn't hold back: 'By the third or fourth day, the film was being talked about. I saw the euphoria on Instagram. Log jo chudiyaan tod rahe hai, chaatiyaan peet rahe hai (People were breaking bangles and beating their chests). I think the promotions team went a little overboard… putting IV drips. Those people must have been told to give content. Thank god, people didn't get their legs broken and go crawling to see the film." Despite his candid remarks, Badola acknowledged the film's real impact. 'It's okay. We understand promoting the film, but it's good only up to a certain level. However, the film cannot earn so much money just based on Instagram promotions. People have gone and seen the film, and they have loved it," he concluded.
