Suniel Shetty Wishes Paresh Rawal Birthday Amid Ongoing Hera Pheri 3 Conflict
Taking to his Twitter handle, Suniel Shetty described Paresh Rawal as a "powerhouse of wit and wisdom" while extending a sweet birthday wish for the actor.

The actor shared a picture from their last appearance at the Mumbai International airport in November last year. They were joined by Bollywood superstar Akshay Kumar.
The beautiful birthday wish by Suneil Shetty came amid the ongoing dispute between Akshay Kumar and Paresh Rawal after the latter actor's sudden departure from 'Hera Pheri 3' earlier this month.
Rawal's sudden exit from the popular franchise was also a big blow to actor Suniel Shetty, who played the calm and collected Shyam in the classic comedy.
Suniel, while speaking to ANI, expressed his "shock" over Rawal's exit. He said he was left "completely heartbroken" after hearing the news.
"I mean, it's an absolute shock to me, and I'm here because I heard it yesterday, and then today, some more news came about. So, I need to call and find out, and I'm completely heartbroken because if there was one film that I was looking forward to, it was Hera Pheri, you know," Shetty said.
Suniel also made it clear that he feels a third instalment cannot happen without 'Babu Bhaiya.
'"It cannot happen. 100 per cent cannot happen without Paresh Rawal. It can have a1 per cent chance without me and Akshay, but 100% can't happen without Paresh ji. No, it doesn't. Raju and Shyam, if they're not hammered by Babu here, it doesn't work," he added.
Paresh Rawal played the role of Shyam in Hera Pheri, while Akshay Kumar donned Raju's character, and Paresh Rawal played Baburao's role in the movie.

SRK, Rani Mukerji, Vikrant Massey win top honours
Superstar Shah Rukh Rukh Khan and Vikram Massey shared the best actor award and Rani Mukherji got the best actress title as the 71st National Film Awards, for 2023, were announced in Delhi on Friday. Khan won the award-- also a first for him-- for director Atlee's Hindi debut Jawan and Massey for Vidhu Vinod Chopra's 12th Fail (Hindi). Jury head and filmmaker Ashutosh Gowariker annnounced the awards. In the feature film category, Sudipto Sen bagged the prize for best direction for The Kerala Story, which also was chosen for best cinematography. Jawan also earned singer Shilpa Rao the best female playback singer award for the song 'Chaleya', while the best male playback singer award went to PVN S Rohit for the song 'Premisthunna' from the Telugu film Baby. Malayalam actor Vijayaraghavan was named the best supporting actor for his depiction of a nonagenarian in Pookkaalam, along with Muthupettai Somu Bhaskar for the Tamil film Parking. In a Facebook post, the Kerala CM said the film was 'built on lies to defame the state and spread communalism'. 'By giving awards to such a film, the jury has disrespected the noble traditions of Indian cinema which has always stood for religious brotherhood and national integration,' he wrote. This year, the selection panel received 332 entries in the feature film category, 115 in non-feature films, 27 books, and 16 critics' submissions. Films certified by the Central Board of Film Certification between January 1, 2023, and December 31,2023, were eligible. The awards are broadly divided into the Swarna Kamal and Rajat Kamal categories, each with a cash prize of ₹3,00,000 and ₹2,00,000, respectively.

The award, for Best Actress, was announced for her powerful role in 'Mrs. Chatterjee vs Norway,' where she played a mother fighting to bring her children back home. Her first National Award feels like a full-circle moment, one that her fans and the film industry will remember for a long time. Calling it a big moment in her long journey in cinema, the 'Mardaani' actress shared her feelings in her statement, where she reflected on the "incredible films" she has done and thanked the jury for recognizing her work. Rani also shared the joy of the win with the team behind the film, calling it a "truly special project." "I'm overwhelmed to have won the National Award for my performance in Mrs. Chatterjee vs Norway. Incidentally, this is the first-ever National Award in my 30-year career. As an actor, I have been fortunate to have some incredible films in my body of work and have received so much love for them. Rani's role in 'Mrs. Chatterjee vs Norway' is based on the real-life case of Sagarika Chakraborty, whose children were taken by the Norwegian government in 2011. Rani plays Debika, the mother who fights the foreign legal system to bring her kids back. Since her debut in 'Raja Ki Aayegi Baraat' in 1996, Rani has built a strong career. From winning hearts with 'Kuch Kuch Hota Hai' in 1998 to playing bold and fearless women in many films, she has always chosen roles that show strength and emotion. (ANI)
