The Confédération Africaine de Football's ('CAF') has announced the match schedule of the TotalEnergies CAF Women's Africa Cup of Nations (WAFCON), Morocco 2024 from 5-26 July, 2025.
The opening match will be played on Saturday, 5 July 2025 between hosts Morocco and Zambia at the newly built Olympic Stadium in Rabat at 21h00 local time (20h00 GMT).
On the following day, there will be three matches, including the most successful African Women's National Team, Nigeria, up against Tunisia at 17h00 local time.
Defending champions South Africa begin their title defence on Match Day 3 (07 July), facing Ghana in a Group C opener at the Honneur Stadium in Oudja, while Mali and Tanzania will round off the day's fixtures with an exciting evening encounter in Berkane.
The Final will be played on 26 July 2026 at 21h00 in Rabat at the Olympic Stadium.

Published: Tuesday, 05 August 2025 Following the overwhelming success of the previous TotalEnergies CAF Champions League leading to increased TV audiences, the Confédération Africain de Football ('CAF') is taking the Preliminary Draw to Tanzania's capital, Dar es Salaam for the first time ever. The Preliminary Draw will be conducted on Saturday, 09 August at 13h00 local time (10h00 GMT) and will be LIVE on CAF's YouTube Page and also CAF's broadcast partners. Azam Media, CAF's strategic partner in the region, will host the Draw in its studios – once again building from the previous success of hosting draws in TV studios. CAF has previously hosted the draws at SuperSport and beIN Sport studios – both key partners in the growth and development of the Interclub together with Canal+. East Africa continues to show tremendous growth in the accumulative audiences in both the TotalEnergies CAF Champions League and TotalEnergies CAF Confederation Cup. Saturday's event signals the kick-off of what promises to be another thrilling season of Africa's premier club competitions — the TotalEnergies CAF Champions League and TotalEnergies CAF Confederation Cup. The Preliminary Round is scheduled to kick off on 19 September 2025, followed by the Second Preliminary Round starting on 17 October 2025. The Group Stage of both the TotalEnergies CAF Champions League and TotalEnergies CAF Confederation Cup will begin on 21 November 2025, with the knockout phase set to commence on 13 March 2026. Published: Wednesday, 06 August 2025 The Confederation of African Football (CAF) has confirmed the group draw for the COSAFA zone qualifiers of the TotalEnergies CAF U17 Africa Cup of Nations 2026. The tournament will take place in Harare, Zimbabwe, from 11 to 20 September 2025. Group B has been labelled the group of death, featuring regional powerhouses Zambia and South Africa, as well as Madagascar and Malawi. Only the top team from each group and the best second-placed side will advance to the semi-finals. Group A is headlined by hosts Zimbabwe, who are the seeded nation in a pool that also includes Mozambique, Comoros, and Eswatini. Group C brings together 2024 finalists Angola, along with Botswana, Mauritius, and Lesotho. In the previous edition, the top three teams qualified for the final tournament of the TotalEnergies CAF U17 Africa Cup of Nations. That event also serves as the African qualifier for the expanded FIFA U-17 World Cup, which now features 48 teams, with 10 slots allocated to African nations. The TotalEnergies African Nations Championship (CHAN) 2024 – hosted jointly by Kenya, Tanzania and Uganda – has kicked off with thrilling action, passionate crowds, and early moments of brilliance that are shaping what promises to be one of the most unforgettable editions of the tournament. For each game, CAF's Technical Study Group awards an official Man of the Match trophy to the standout performer, whose impact goes beyond goals and assists – showcasing leadership, composure, and tactical intelligence.
