Selena Gomez sizzles in pink lingerie as she poses for bedroom selfie

Selena Gomez stunned as she donned pink lingerie for a new selfie that was shared to her main Instagram page on Friday. The 33-year-old actress - who recently glammed up to celebrate the launch of her Rare Beauty perfume - took the snap in the reflection of a vanity mirror inside what appeared to be a spacious bedroom. She wore a pink slip with lace details and allowed her dark locks to brush her shoulders in natural waves. Selena additionally sported a pair of pink-rimmed glasses as she showed off the look before settling in for the evening. Behind her was a television that seemingly had the series How I Met Your Mother playing in the background. A lit candle could be seen on the vanity while a light above the star created an orange hue. The selfie was included in an Instagram carousel, with another image showing Selena enjoying a dinner with her fiancé Benny Blanco and other pals. The former Disney channel star donned an all-black ensemble as she took the picture while the group was seated outside. The Wolves singer continued to give her fans a glimpse at other recent moments from her life, such as another mirror selfie she took inside a public bathroom. Selena wore a cropped, black tank as well as black trousers as she held a big smile on her face. She also snapped another selfie as she lounged on a comfy couch, and revealed that she was indulging in a Pedialyte freezer popsicle. The Pedialyte popsicles can help with dehydration while also replenishing lost fluids and electrolytes. Selena included a rare image with her younger half-sister Gracie as they spent time on a rooftop together that was decked out in disco-themed decor for the star's 33rd birthday bash last month. Other recent moments in her busy life included a visit to a Tiffany & Co. cafe and promoting products from her Rare Beauty brand. Selena also included a rare image with her younger half-sister Gracie as they spent time on a rooftop together that was decked out in disco-themed decor for the star's 33rd birthday bash last month Earlier this month, the star celebrated the launch of perfume for her brand and rang in the milestone during an event in Santa Monica. Selena put on a glamorous display in a $2,298 Cult Gaia Renata dress that clung to her frame and fell down past her ankles. Her hair was parted in the middle and pulled back into a chic up do and the actress also opted for a nude-colored tint to her lips. Other celebrities were also spotted at the event last week, including fellow singer Becky G. The songstress has been keeping busy as the summer season begins to wind down to a close, and recently attended a wedding with her fiancé Benny. Selena jumped to Instagram to share moments from the nuptials of rapper-comedian David 'Lil Dicky' Burd and producer Kristin Batalucco. The star made a bold statement wearing a $498 backless red Cult Gaia 'Katara' dress for the ceremony while Benny kept it casual in a blue tracksuit. Selena also included pictures of both the bride and groom, and in another snap, the actress laid a loving kiss on the side of her fiancé's face. The couple are also preparing for a wedding of their own - after announcing their engagement late last year in December. At the time, the former Disney channel star revealed that Benny had proposed to her during a romantic picnic on a set. She posted a series of snaps to her main Instagram page that had captured the special moment. In one image, the star only showed her left hand to give her followers a close-up glimpse of the eye-catching diamond ring. Last month in July, details of Selena and Benny's alleged wedding was also revealed to Daily Mail. A source stated that the couple plan to allegedly tie the knot later this year in September in Montecito, California. A source said, 'Selena and Benny's wedding is going to be a two-day event in Montecito in September.' Close family and friends will be invited, including the actress's BFF Taylor Swift and her boyfriend Travis Kelce. 'Everyone invited has been asked to bring overnight bags to stay for the weekend,' the insider also added. Due to Selena and Benny's busy schedules, a wedding in September was the 'ideal' time for the two stars. 'Selena loves being engaged but she has been dreaming of being married forever,' a separate source told Daily Mail. 'At the end of the year, it gets busy, not only for them, but also for everyone they want to attend.' Another insider also shut down speculation that the wedding date was to 'accommodate' Taylor's own schedule. 'Selena is not having her wedding to accommodate Taylor, but she wants her to attend and she would love for her to be able to go with Travis.' The Only Murders In The Building actress has also revealed an unconventional menu item that she wants at her upcoming wedding. In a TikTok clip that was shared to Rare Beauty's account last month, the star said, 'My preferred dessert would be biscuits and gravy.' Selena continued, 'My Nana's biscuits and gravy. That sounds like dessert to me. Whenever that day comes, I do know I don't want a big cake.' In regards to what kind of cake she would want, the singer explained, 'I think I'd want a mini one, for just us, that we can freeze.' However, Benny also revealed in July that both he and Selena have yet to start making wedding plans. During an episode of Therapuss With Jake Shane, he explained, 'Not yet, that's why we both need to chill. We've both been working so much. 'We got engaged and then we were filming music videos for our album, then then it's holidays, then right after the holidays we had to start all the promo for our stuff, do that.' The record producer later said that they have been both 'working on so many things that we hadn't even had time to get into it but we're so excited.'

Michelle Obama weighs in on Caitlin Clark-Angel Reese rivalry after WNBA racism investigation

Former First Lady Michelle Obama has given her verdict on Caitlin Clark 's rivalry with Angel Reese and the 'hate' that follows two of the WNBA 's biggest stars. Clark and Reese have helped catapult women's basketball to new heights - both during their college days and since they joined the WNBA. The last time they faced off, in the Fever-Sky clash on Week 1 of this season, the rivalry between Clark and Reese ratcheted up another notch. The Indiana star knocked Reese to the ground, prompting a furious reaction from the Chicago forward. Following the game, the WNBA launched an investigation into alleged 'racist' comments directed at Reese. This week, Obama discussed the rivalry during an appearance on the 'All the Smoke' podcast with Matt Barnes and Stephen Clark. 'I think the tough thing is the social media element to it - but that's true across the board,' the former First Lady said. View this post on Instagram A post shared by All the Smoke (@allthesmoke) Ex-First Lady Michelle Obama has given her verdict on Caitlin Clark's rivalry with Angel Reese 'These young kids today, what they have to go through, what they have to be able to withstand, because social media is such a huge part of the world.' Obama, who recently compared ESPN and Stephen A. Smith to ' Real Housewives of Atlanta,' added that athletes today now can't escape 'the hate' that is bred by a rivalry such as this. 'Now the hate is in your room, on your phone, with you all the time. And you can't, for whatever reason, tell these kids to turn it off, because they're making their living that way. 'Now they are expected to stay engaged. So, I think that makes it feel even worse. But I think, as you point out, that's happening in sports across gender. It's just harder not to withstand other people's horrible, horrible opinions.' Clark and the Fever beat Reese's Sky 93-58 in the season opener, with Clark called for a flagrant foul for her part in their confrontation. Ten days after the game, the WNBA announced it could not 'substantiate' reports of 'racist fan behavior' at Gainbridge Fieldhouse in Indianapolis. 'Based on information gathered to date, including from relevant fans, team and arena staff, as well as audio and video review of the game, we have not substantiated it,' the league said in a statement. Clark and Reese have not faced off since that May 17 game, with both battling injuries in recent months.
