WWE Smackdown results: Wyatt Sicks strike again and flatten Street Profits, Fraxiom, and other tag teams
The Street Profits started the conversation with a confident promo in Knoxville, Tennessee. Montez Ford and Angelo Dawkins reminded everyone they had the tag division on lock before Wyatt Sicks ruined their last match. Then came the Motor City Machine Guns. Chris Sabin and Alex Shelley stepped up and said they wanted a title opportunity as well.
Fraxiom joined the mix with Nathan Frazer saying they never got a fair chance and that they were ready to run it back. Axiom backed him up and said nobody beat them last week. That led to more arguing until Johnny Gargano and Tommaso Ciampa showed up. With Candice LeRae speaking for them, DIY claimed that none of the other teams deserved a shot.
The lights go out, and the Wyatt Sicks send a strong message

In the middle of all the noise, the arena went black. When the lights returned, Uncle Howdy was standing on the turnbuckles. One by one, the Wyatt Sicks tore through everyone in sight. Erick Rowan pulled the Motor City Machine Guns to the floor and left them out cold. Dexter Lumis attacked the Street Profits with no hesitation. Joe Gacy blindsided Fraxiom while Nikki Cross launched herself off the announce desk to take out Candice LeRae.
Nathan Frazer tried to get back on his feet, but walked right into a devastating Sister Abigail from Uncle Howdy. It was a chilling scene as every tag team lay broken in and around the ring. The Wyatt Sicks stood tall without saying a single word.
With Money in the Bank 2025 only a week away, this segment shook up the entire tag division. No one knows who will get a title shot now, or even who is left to challenge. What is clear is that the Wyatt Sicks are not just here to haunt the show. They are here to take control.

(Image Credit: WWE) WWE Raw's Monday night episode promises a stacked lineup, headlined by Naomi defending the Women's World Championship title against IYO SKY in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. CM Punk is set to open the show, with fans eager to hear what's next for 'The Best in the World'. Other announced matches include Becky Lynch, WWE Women's Intercontinental Champion, facing Maxxine Dupri in their first-ever singles meeting. Raw General Manager Adam Pearce also provided an updated lineup for Monday night's card with Sami Zayn, who is riding the momentum of a win over US champ Solo Sikoa in Friday's SmackDown, will take on Rusev. History favors Zayn, who boasts a perfect 3-0 singles record against The Bulgarian Brute. The two will collide one-on-one for the first time since SKY gets another opportunity at the Women's World Championship when she battles Naomi in a high-stakes rematch. Earlier this year, SKY lost the title to Naomi after Ms. Money in the Bank cashed in following SKY's exhausting showdown with Rhea Ripley. At SummerSlam, Naomi retained the championship in an electrifying Triple Threat against SKY and Ripley, but she still hasn't defeated SKY in a singles match. The winner of this bout will have little time to celebrate, with Stephanie Vaquer awaiting at WWE Clash in Paris. Paige Bueckers gives hilarious reaction to Azzi Fudd's failed first pitch at MLB game (Image via Getty) Paige Bueckers and Azzi Fudd have wowed basketball fans for years. But this time, the spotlight wasn't on a hoop, it was on a baseball mound. In July 2025, Azzi Fudd stepped up to throw the ceremonial first pitch at an MLB game, and let's just say, it didn't exactly go as planned. Following Paige Bueckers's response that fans had never anticipated. The entire narrative told by Azzi Fudd herself exposes a moment that was uncomfortable, funny, and a little bit sweet. Azzi Fudd's first pitch and Paige Bueckers' reaction During a sunny July afternoon at Nationals Park in Washington, D.C., UConn guard Azzi Fudd was given the honor of throwing the ceremonial first pitch before the Cincinnati Reds were introduced by the Washington National team and the national team. — theuconnreport (@theuconnreport) Later, the 22-year-old renowned for her smooth shooting on the basketball court joked that her pitch failed to even arrive at the catcher and merely rolled along the ground. She disclosed the background during the first episode of her new podcast, Fudd Around and Find Out, which premiered late July. At the time, Paige Bueckers, her girlfriend and former UConn teammate who now plays for the Dallas Wings in the WNBA had publicly rated the throw an '8 out of 10' on social media, making it sound like it went well. According to Fudd, Paige laughed and said, 'You know what? At least you're pretty.' The lighthearted roast quickly became a fan-favorite moment from the podcast's debut episode. Paige Bueckers and Azzi Fudd's connection Paige Bueckers, 23, is having a strong rookie season with the Dallas Wings, scoring over 20 points in four straight games despite the team's struggles in the standings. Azzi Fudd, in the meantime, is heading into her last year at UConn and also managing her new podcast produced by Stephen Curry's Unanimous Media and iHeartMedia. The couple confirmed their relationship amid WNBA All-Star Weekend in Indianapolis in July 2025, and since then Azzi Fudd has been quite visible sitting courtside at Wings games to support Paige Bueckers. The pair's friendship began years ago at UConn, but moments like the first pitch story show just how comfortable and playful they've become in the public eye.
