On Monday, Sunidhi set the internet on fire after dropping her stunning pictures on Instagram. She was seen flaunting her toned physique and washboard abs in the photos.
The image featured Sunidhi Chauhan standing next to a sleek black motorcycle on the city streets. She wore a black bralette with baggy denim pants. Keeping it cool and casual, the singer tied a sporty white jacket with blue-striped sleeves around her waist. For footwear, she opted for flip-flops.

Sunidhi's transformation over the past few years has been inspiring. The singer's fitness routine includes intermittent fasting, a protein-rich, calorie-conscious diet and consistent strength training.
In an interview with Mid-day, Sunidhi shared that fasting has become a key part of her lifestyle. She said, 'It wasn't just about weight loss. Fasting gave my digestive system time to rest. Snacking all day isn't healthy. On long shoot days or travel-heavy schedules, I've even gone up to 24 hours without eating. Surprisingly, I wasn't hungry – my work kept me going. Now, 16-hour fasts feel totally manageable. I sleep better and stay more focused."
Her fitness trainer, Viraj Sarmalkar, revealed that Sunidhi lost five kilos in 10 days. He said, 'She can lift 90 kilos, squat with 70 kilos on her back, and can pull off a few unassisted pull-ups. At one time, she completed a five-kilometre run in 25 minutes."
On the work front, Sunidhi Chauhan will soon embark on a world tour. Titled 'I AM HOME", the tour will take her across the USA and Canada, with dates already announced for Dallas, Los Angeles, Seattle, Atlantic City, and Fort Lauderdale.

The film, an official Hindi adaptation of the acclaimed Marathi film 'Sairat', featured Ishaan Khatter and Janhvi Kapoor in the lead roles, marking Kapoor's debut in Bollywood. Commemorating the milestone, Ishaan Khatter took to Instagram and shared a video featuring clips of his character from the film, expressing his gratitude. "7 years! Time truly does fly.
