The World Naked Bike Ride returns to London this weekend
The World Naked Bike Ride is an event that has been happening since 2004. It's purpose is five-fold: protest against the global dependency on oil, curb car culture, obtain real rights for cyclists, demonstrate the vulnerability of cyclists on city streets and celebrate body freedom. You can get an idea of the kind of sights to expect here.

What's the weather looking like?
Cycling is a pretty weather dependent activity at the best of times, but when you're cycling in nothing but nipple tassels, you're definitely going to be hoping for optimal weather conditions. You can breathe easy, because generally the forecast is pretty good.
There will be sunny and rainy intervals, but most of the day will be grey-ish and moderately windy. The temperature will range from lows of 18 to highs of 23, so it should be a pretty pleasant day overall.

Here's what to look for . . . BERRY NICE: It is the start of blackberry season — they can be used to make delicious jams and crumbles, or eaten on their own with cream and a dusting of sugar. You will find brambles along hedgerows, on the side of country roads and even in wasteland. Just watch out for the prickly branches and pick berries that are dark purple for the best taste. Elderberries are also ready for picking now. Find Elder trees in woodland or hedgerows with the berries hanging in little clusters. The dark purple berries can be used to make cordials or jams. NOT SO WEEDY: Many plants that are considered weeds found in gardens and woodland areas can actually be eaten. The Woodland Trust says that greater plantain can be eaten at this time of year. Look for its small oval leaves with veins running down it. Blanch, then sautee with butter for the best taste. Young dandelion leaves can be picked, washed and added to salads. Nettle leaves are also packed with vitamins and minerals. Use gloves to avoid being stung and pick the tips for the best flavour. You can wash and use with hot water for a health-boosting tea or try rustling up a delicious soup. I get $60 meals for FREE by foraging - I scored oysters and clams during my last trip FEELING FRUITY: Crab apples trees are found across Britain with apples ready for picking from now until autumn. The fruit turns red or orange when ripe. The Woodland Trust recommends using the apples for a glowing jelly that is delicious on bread or to accompany meat. Major bank offers Brits £200 boost but there is just one catch
The Co-op Bank is offering the first three months free on its Everyday Extra packaged account - a current account that comes with extra perk but not for everyone Customers of the major banks can save £200 with a new offer from Co-op Bank. The bank is offering the first three months free on its Everyday Extra packaged account - a current account that comes with additional benefits. This account usually carries a £18 per month charge but includes various extras such as travel insurance and phone insurance. Co-op suggests that customers could save around £200 a year compared to purchasing these types of insurance separately. And if you open a joint account, both individuals can access the benefits. The new offer introduced by Co-op allows new customers to utilise the account, and receive the benefits, free of charge for the first three months. But once the period is up - they will need to start paying the £18 charge, reports Birmingham Live. John Ward, Chief Commercial Officer, said: "This is a great choice of bank account for couples or for anyone travelling several times a year. "So whether you're planning a romantic city break in Paris or a week by the pool in Spain, with Everyday Extra you can be sure that you're covered." "With the price of everyday insurance climbing, we're giving our customers the first three months of perks on us to help make the summer holidays that little bit more affordable."
