Amy, below, who already has three young kids, told The Sun: 'I didn't notice at first but my eldest said: 'Why does the baby look like Claudia Winkleman?'
"As soon as she said it, I couldn't unsee it. Every time I look at it, I just laugh.
'Claudia is a national treasure but I'm not sure I want to give birth to her!'
Influencer Amy then shared the image with her 70,000 TikTok followers.
Among the viewers was Gogglebox star Scarlett Moffatt, who posted: 'Claudia's cute, so your baby will be.'
X Factor stars Jedward also joined in, quipping: 'Middle name or first better be Claudia.'
But others reckon the foetus looks more like lanky-haired comic Noel Fielding.
Amy, from Hastings, East Sussex, added: 'The comments have kept me entertained for days.'
It's not the first time a baby scan has caused a laugh.

Another woman was stunned after her baby flicked a V-sign at her in a very cheeky 4D ultrasound scan.
We recently shared how Claudia Winkleman looked totally different as she went bare-faced after eye op and revealed she was banned from wearing her trademark eyeliner.
The Traitors host, 53, gushed about her doctor following a successful procedure.
Claudia revealed she would be forced to go without her trademark eyeliner for weeks after her June op as she recovered.

Although she didn't go into detail about what she had done, it was thought to be laser eye surgery, which is used to correct vision problems.
Posting a snap of her cuddled up to her eye doctor Julian, Claudia wrote on social media: "This amazing human makes me see.
"He's operated on my eyes before and he did it again today.
"No eyeliner for weeks and I sleep in googles (no words) but I'm eternally grateful.
"Do NOT zoom in on my left eye - it's wonky.
"Thank you Julian. I paid for the treatment, this isn't an ad.
"I just love him. It's very possible I'm still a bit sedated. Night night."
In May, pictures were leaked of Celebrity Traitors being filmed in the Scottish Highlands with what looked like a Trojan horse.
The 19 celebs on the show, hosted by Claudia, include Stephen Fry, Charlotte Church, Kate Garraway, Jonathan Ross and Celia Imrie.
They have all had to hand over their phones to crew to prevent them from discussing game plans on the show, expected to air in October.

The brand specialises in men's swimwear as well as women's bikinis, swimwear, and sunglasses before branching out in wider resort wear. Ms Nolan O'Slatarra's social media also gives a snapshot into her jet-set life in New York. The 33-year-old took a plane to Nashville for a concert in 2021. Last October, she enjoyed a helicopter trip with a male companion with the caption: 'Heli on up'. RENTED OUT A source has told The U.S. Sun that the luxury house is currently being rented by Jurassic World star Chris Pratt, 46, and Katherine Schwarzenegger, 35. The source added that, ironically, "Shriver initially put in a bid for the same house in 2020." Westcott's attorney returned to court last Tuesday ahead of a "likely attempt to subpoena Pratt because he is a material witness," she said. "For example, to establish when he started renting? Chris Pratt (the tenant at the property, concerning its condition or problems and the terms of his lease agreement with Perry), and Orlando Bloom, Perry's boyfriend and father of her child, whose deposition testimony showed would personally be in charge of repairs." They alleged, "Now that we know Perry just rented out the house to a famous actor, conducting a trial on the real merits... means that this court's discretion should be exercised to allow the few and very short depositions requested and to allow Mr. Norris to spend 3 hours re-inspecting the property. "Another reason for allowing the short and few depositions is to allow Westcott and this court to know who owns the house after the recent split between Perry and her boyfriend Orlando Bloom." Their filings also alleged, "The current issues were caused by Perry/Gudvi waiting until after the September 2024 discovery cutoff to perform repairs, unless they did no repairs yet were still able to rent out the house as-is to Chris Pratt, which would tend to show the alleged repairs were exaggerated to drum up damages. Advertisement "Either way, Perry's conduct is unfair and without the requested house inspection and short depositions requested by Westcott deprives him of a trial on the real merits." PERRY TO TESTIFY The source told The U.S. Sun today, "Judge Lipner confirmed that Katy will have to testify for at least an hour or more to the damages claim."
