The 10 ASOS new-in pieces that flatter every shape for summer – according to a fashion pro & they start at just £12
There are so many real gems on there and I've lost count of the amount of times I've said 'thanks, it's from ASOS '.
As well as own in-house brands, including ASOS Design, ASOS Edition and most recently a new premium line, Arrange, it also offers hundreds of other external brands to shop.
In February 2021, it brought out high-street giant Topshop, previously a part of the Arcadia group which is now designed in house and stocked online- only (but maybe not for long as there has been speculation that it will be coming back to the high-street - hurrah!)
However, with all these brands comes a lot of products, with plenty of newness dropping online each day.
So it's safe to say shopping the site can be pretty overwhelming.
And it's true, who wants to spend time tirelessly scrolling trawling through thousands of products to find exactly what they're looking for.
Whenever I mention Asos, the usual response is 'How did you find that?'
And my simple answer is that I scroll the 'new in' section every single day.
Every morning, on my commute to work, i'll check what's new and add anything I love to my favourites, it's just become a part of my morning routine.
So as a true ASOS super-fan, I've handpicked a curated selection of my top new-in arrivals for spring/summer which are well worth nabbing before they sell out.

In my opinion, no wardrobe is really complete without a pair of bermuda shorts and this tailored chocolate brown pair are no exception.
Their tailored look makes them super versatile - smart enough for the office yet effortlessly cool for the weekend and the light-weight fabric is comfortable even on hotter days.

When I saw this piece, I actually gasped!
Brown suede jackets have been trending since last autumn but this lighter beige one is a much better alternative for Spring.
While it does come with a slightly higher price tag, I do think it's well worth the investment.
The embroidered floral detail is jaw-dropping and it's real suede so it's built to last.
If you're heading to any festivals this year and want to make a statement then this is the way to do it, pair with some cowboy boots and you're good to go.
it's a great layering piece that'll take you beyond festival season and well into autumn.

Everybody needs a good pair of summer sandals, so if you need to upgrade then now's the time.
This thong-style pair are a great throw on and go style, but it's the gold detailing that really makes feel a little bit more special and adds versatility.
They'd look lovely with a linen trouser suit for work or paired with a summer dress at a garden bbq.
Plus, if you're travelling light they'll be just as perfect by the pool as they will be on an evening on holiday, the possibilities are endless.
And if you're not a gold girl, they come in a silver colourway too.

The best thing about a co-ord is that it makes getting dressed so much easier.
So if you're looking for your next festival outfit, something for girls trip to Ibiza or planning what to wear to that all important concert, then look no further.
This set by ASOS design will have you shimmering like a disco-ball all night long.
If you're into the idea but not quite sure if you'd rock the whole set, they'd look equally as great as separates.
Pair the skirt with a simple white vest top or t-shirt or team the shimmering vest with some denim shorts for a parred down, yet still sparkling look.

If you're anything like me, shopping for a beach bag often means I'm faced with the overwhelming dilemma of choosing between practicality and style.
This circular straw bag is part of Topshop's latest summer collection and proves that you can have both.
It's fringe detail makes a stylish statement and it's roomy enough to fit everything you need inside.
Plus it sits comfortably on your shoulder so that you can carry it all with ease.
Whilst it would look great on the beach, this bag is not made to be a one-trick-pony.
It's spacious and stylish enough for a day out in the city, a stroll through the park or even a supermarket dash.

Graphic tees are really thriving right now and ASOS is absolutely stacked with so many to choose from.
It can be tricky to find the balance between cool and cringe with these but I think this one gets it just right.
It feels fun without trying too hard, ideal for dressing down with jeans or layering under a blazer for a cool off-duty look.
Just yesterday, ASOS' in-house premium brand, Arrange launched their latest spring/summer collection and it's safe to say it's full of some seriously stunning pieces.
At the top of my wish list is this gorgeous pleated maxi skirt in off-white.
I've recently hopped onto the maxi-skirt bandwagon myself, and I can't stop wearing mine, they're so easy to style.
But this one feels a step above, the pleats make it look high-end.
It's the sort of skirt that you can dress up and down, and still look put together each time.

Looking for some accessories to amp up your spring/summer wardrobe?
I've always been impressed with ASOS' selection of jewellery and this pair in particular instantly caught my eye.
The resin drop style is everywhere at the moment, and at just £12, these are a bargain.
Plus they'll add a subtle pop of colour to your neutral outfits, without clashing.
Linen trousers are a summer essential, in my eyes no wardrobe is truely complete without a pair.
This striped style have been everywhere on my 'for you page' recently, they're blowing up right now and have just been restocked in this gorgeous new colourway.
These stripes really make a statement, plus they're so easy to style.
Just pair them with a simple white vest or oversized shirt and you've got a look that feels considered but in reality is so simple to create.
Fashion Assistant Emily's top tips on how best to shop ASOS
As a self-proclaimed ASOS expert, here's my top tip for shopping the site, stress free.
The Golden Rule:
My number one rule and top piece of advice that I always share is this…
If you want to get your hands on the best finds, and before they sell out (the good stuff goes fast!) then make a habit of checking out the 'new in' section daily.
I've been doing this on my morning commute into the office for as long as I can remember, and honestly, it's saved me hours of scrolling.
So much so that it almost just feels like a little piece of daily admin now.
The next step is to 'favourite' anything that you like, or check-out immediately if you don't want to miss out.
This way, when payday rolls around or if, say, in a few weeks you need a dress for a special event, you'll already have a collection of your favorite pieces ready to choose from.
And, if you want to take your organisation to the next level, the app even has a 'boards' feature (it works a little bit like Pinterest) which allows you to group your favourite products together. I've currently got one going for Ascot next month!
I've got a few dresses saved, and the best part is, if I want my friends advice on which one to pick, I can even forward my board onto her.
It's such a great way to keep all of your outfit options in one place.
By staying on top of the latest arrivals every single day, you'll never miss out on those must-have items and with a little patience, you'll be able to snag up your sought-after pieces whenever you need them.
So make it a part of your routine and thank yourself (or me!) when the perfect piece is just a click away.

I haven't cut my hair for 313 days and it's Man Utd's fault… it's a nightmare but I'm planning perfect ending
ASK any Manchester United fan how the last 12 months have been supporting the team, and they will tell you in no uncertain terms how bad it has been. But for Frank Ilett, the Red Devils ' poor form has quite literally been an increasingly heavy burden weighing on his head. 14 14 14 14 That's because back on October 5, 2024, Frank set himself the challenge of not cutting his hair until United won five games in a row. But with United struggling to even put two wins together last season, Frank, the man behind The United Strand, is now over 10 months - or 313 days - into his challenge. Speaking exclusively to SunSport, the 29-year-old who lives in Spain told us about the hairy challenge his ever-growing barnet represents, saying: "It's been a very tough summer. "It's been very hot, especially here in Spain, where I am at the moment, it's absolutely boiling. "That's been the biggest difficulty for sure. And then even things like when I shower, having to dry my hair in the heat in the heat and then having to use a hairdryer next to my head is too much. "It naturally takes hours to dry... I've been using a headband to try and keep it off my face. "I recently tried some curl cream, and that seemed to calm it down a bit, which is great, but obviously it takes time to do those things, whereas this is how it is more naturally." Frank previously spoke to SunSport in March - just as his challenge was really growing out - when he had just hit 60,000 followers on his Instagram page alongside the millions of views he had received. But Frank is now also bearing the weight of being a mini-celebrity, having appeared on outlets such as Sky Sports, BBC and CBS, all while his Instagram page has boomed to more than 200,000 followers. Curl cream companies have approached him to use their products, and fans have asked him for autographs around Old Trafford when he visited at the back end of last season, including the thrilling Lyon clash in the Europa League. EXCLUSIVE: I trained with an EFL team - I almost fainted and the drills were so complex, it's a far-cry from Sunday League Frank, who jokes the description of his fame should be used "loosely", explained: "I have had a few companies that have got into contact with things like curl creams and there are a few more talks with other hair brands. "There are a lot of barbers who do get in contact. They would love to be involved in some way, but it's tough to know what day (cutting it off) that will be... "Every interaction I've had has been positive. I'm living in Spain, where I don't think as many people know me, but there are still a few who come up to take photos with me, and when I visit England it's a different world. "I went to the United-Lyon game - seriously the best game I've been to live and I'm not sure it will ever be beaten - and I reckon while I was there I probably took over 200 photos with different people." At the latest measurement, Frank revealed his hair is 18cm long. However, that is still not long enough for the perfect ending Frank is planning when he is eventually able to say goodbye to his now iconic curly locks. Frank told SunSport he has been raising money for the charity MindUK, even doing an ice bucket challenge earlier in the summer. When United do eventually manage to win five games in a row, he aims to cut it off at Old Trafford and plans to donate the money raised from his freshly sheared hair to the Little Princess Trust. 14 14 14 14 Also speaking about the reaction of his loved ones to his challenge, he explained: "Everyone's just supportive and laughing along with everyone else. "Nothing has changed there, they know I'm committed until the end and so they have to be too… "That's been the plan [to donate to charity] for quite a while, if it gets long enough. But believe it or not, it isn't long enough to donate yet. "At the moment, my hair is 18cm long and it has to be at least 25cm to 30cm to be able to donate it. But either way, I'd love to raise some money for charity. "I've been raising money for MindUK, but when it gets nearer the time, I'm going to do something. I think it's going to be the Little Princess Trust. "I think the perfect ending would be to cut it at Old Trafford." Frank believes United have had a positive summer, with big money spent on the likes of Bryan Mbeumo and Matheus Cunha being what was "needed at the moment". He has also backed Diego Leon and Benjamin Sesko to come good, but emphasised the need for fans to give them time to grow, as they are far from the finished article. That being said, a new midfielder and goalkeeper would be very welcome additions to the squad, according to Frank. However, Frank is not a Baleba in Carlos Baleba, at least not for the reported asking price of over £100million, while he also feared Gianluigi Donnarumma - who United sources have now categorically ruled out a transfer for - would be another Andre Onana, who he describes as "not being good enough". 14 14 14 The main issue for Frank is getting players out, with United yet to make a single permanent sale, with players only departing on loan or by free agency. But Frank believes the likes of Kobbie Mainoo and Mason Mount can be shining lights in the upcoming season, urging Ruben Amorim to give Mainoo a run in the team while also predicting Mount to be the most improved player in the squad from last season, if he stays fit. In terms of the season, Frank believes this United team won't be title challengers, but should be pushing for European football again. He said: "I'm optimistic, but my realistic prediction would be sixth. I think if we come any lower than that, it's another failure. "And I think if we can do any better than that it would be unbelievable compared to last season. "Obviously these things take time, but yeah, I think realistically Europa League places are probably what we should be aiming for as a stepping stone..." On Amorim, Frank added: "If we came seventh, there's an argument there (to keep him). But if we finish 15th again then it's not happening and it's not gonna work in the Premier League. "I really like Amorim, but I do think my one criticism of him - the same of Ange [Postecoglou] when he was at Spurs - is this obsession with one system. "I don't think one size fits all is possible in football. I would like to see different ideas. I completely get it's the main system, but it would be nice to see every now and then, 'oh hang on a minute, we're doing something different for this game'." United start the season against Arsenal, who Frank reckons are beatable on the opening day at Old Trafford despite his expectation for them to be a tough customer. Hair We Go - best hairstyle winner stays on The United Strand was asked to give his verdict on the best footballer's hairstyles in a winner stays on game. Read below to see his verdict Paul Gascoigne or Cole Palmer - Gascoigne Gascoigne or Marcel Sabitzer - Gascoigne Gascoigne or George Best - Best Best or Ronaldo (R9) - Ronaldo Ronaldo or David Beckham (buzz cut) - Beckham"When I was younger I did that because of Beckham so it has to be Becks." Is Taylor Swift the modern day William Shakespeare? Pop star makes multiple references to iconic playwright on new album
Taylor Swift has made a number of references to iconic playwright William Shakespeare on her upcoming album, The Life Of A Showgirl. The singer, 35, released the cover and tracklist for her 12th studio album on Wednesday, while appearing on boyfriend Travis Kelce 's, 35, New Heights podcast. And notably, she made several mentions of the renowned 16th-century English playwright, who is widely regarded as one of the greatest writers in history. The Grammy winner alluded to Shakespeare with the opening song on her record as well as the album cover. Swift also revealed that she had to give Kelce a crash course on the plot of Shakespeare's tragedy, Hamlet, as he never read it. While showing off the vinyl to Travis and his brother and co-host, Jason, Swift — who has previously been praised by a Shakespeare scholar as 'a real poet' — shared that the first track is titled 'The Fate Of Ophelia.' Ophelia is a character from Hamlet. She is the love interest of Prince Hamlet, and tragically dies by drowning in a brook. Fans noted that Swift appeared to also reference the character in her cover artwork, which shows her almost fully submerged in water, in what looks like a bathtub. The imagery brought to mind the iconic 1851 painting by John Everett Millais, which depicts Ophelia floating in a river just before she drowns. After Swift announced the name of the first track on the podcast, her boyfriend jokingly asked his brother, 'Do you know what Fate of Ophelia is?' Meanwhile the singer looked at the athlete while smiling and asked, 'You want to talk about Hamlet?' 'I don't want to get Jason all riled up,' the Kansas City Chiefs tight end replied. Swift then told Jason that her boyfriend 'might not have read Hamlet' but that she 'explained it to him.' 'Don't tell my middle school English teacher I didn't read it. Because I definitely was supposed to,' the athlete quipped. After his brother poked fun of him, Kelce replied, 'It's alright, I watched the Lion King.' 'See, he knows what Hamlet is,' Swift concluded, referencing how the Disney animated musical was inspired by the play. Fans noted the similarities between the cover and Millais' painting The football star's brother was surprised by this, asking, 'Wait, Lion King is based off Hamlet?' 'Yes!' Swift exclaimed. Interestingly, Swift's former best friend, Blake Lively, 37, also once starred as a character named Ophelia in the film Savages. The two have fallen out in recent months, after Swift got dragged into the actress' legal battle with her It Ends With Us co-star and director Justin Baldoni, 41. In one now infamous and toe-curling exchange, Lively appeared to refer to herself as the character Khaleesi – from Game of Thrones – and to Swift as one of her 'dragons.' The whole furor reportedly left Swift - who is godmother to Lively's three daughters – feeling 'exploited' by her pal of ten years. And it's possible Swift will address the friendship breakup on her new album, as another of the 12 tracks is titled 'Ruin The Friendship.' The singer also shared that the album was inspired by events happening behind the scenes in her life during the Eras tour. This is not the first time Swift has referenced Shakespeare. In her 2008 song 'Love Story', she famously alludes to the playwright by weaving a narrative that draws from his famous tragedy, Romeo and Juliet. 'You were Romeo, you were throwin' pebbles/ And my daddy said, "Stay away from Juliet,"' she sings. In 2023, Shakespeare scholar Jonathan Bate praised Swift's writing prowess, calling her 'a real poet' in an article from The Times. He also noted how Swift's songs have alluded to other famous authors, including William Wordsworth, Emily Dickinson, and Charlotte Brontë. Swift's inspiration is no surprise, as Shakespeare is widely believed to have been the greatest dramatist of all time, and Swift is considered by her fans to be a master of storytelling. Shakespeare's plays are studied for their timeless themes of love, betrayal, ambition, and revenge, and Swift's music explores many similar themes. The playwright continues to occupy a position unique in world literature as someone whose reputation transcends that of all other popular writers. He is credited with producing 39 plays, 154 sonnets and three long poems. His plays, the most famous of which include Romeo and Juliet, Hamlet, and Othello, have been translated into every major language. They are performed thousands of times a year by actors all across the world and studied by millions of students. Meanwhile Swift's adoring fandom is anxiously awaiting the release of her upcoming record, which is set to come out on October 3 — just over a year and a half after the release of her 11th studio album, The Tortured Poets Department. The album's cover art has a collage-like look as cropped, close-up photos of Swift's bedazzled body are used as a border. 'The Life Of A Showgirl' is spelled out in glittery orange lettering. The busty starlet stares stoically at the camera in the striking image captured by famed photographers Mert Alas and Marcus Piggott, who she last worked with on the album artwork for her 2017 album Reputation. She said she wanted to go 'all out' on the imagery for The Life Of A Showgirl because she is 'so proud' of the music. The Life Of A Showgirl marks a major musical departure for Swift as it is her first album in over a decade that will not feature production by her go-to collaborator and co-songwriter, Jack Antonoff. Instead, Swift confirmed she co-produced her new album with pop music heavyweights, Max Martin and Shellback.
