Caprice, 53, flashes her underwear in a dress inspired by her 90s heyday as she attends the National Film Awards after revealing the secret to her sexy lad's mags looks

She's still got the same physique that sent fans wild back in the 1990s. And Caprice showed that even in her 50s, she can still recreate the same sexy looks that made her a favourite in lads mags, as she attended the National Film Awards in London on Wednesday. The model, 53, flashed her underwear in a racy sheer white fringed dress as she joined a slew of stars at the glitzy event. Flaunting her jaw-dropping figure in the daring dress, Caprice set pulses racing as she made her grand entrance, with the look eerily similar to one she sported in 2001. The former Celebrity Big Brother star was joined by names including Strictly Come Dancing professional Nadiya Bychkova, Jess Impiazzi and Anita Dobson. In a recent shoot with Loaded, Caprice threw it back to her lads mags heyday, during which she starred on 250 covers. The model flashed her underwear in a racy sheer white fringed dress as she joined a slew of stars at the glitzy event The model has revealed she's had to work for her jaw-dropping physique, admitting she has been on a strict diet and fitness regime for decades. 'Honestly, it's discipline,' she confessed. 'I play a lot of tennis and I go running when I can. I try to stay active most days, even if it's just a long walk.' Her biggest hack though is cutting out carbs, revealing how she recently 'eliminated carbs and lost 20 pounds'. 'The first month was rough, but now it's second nature. I feel stronger, I sleep better, and I've got so much more energy—it's been a total game-changer The California-born star has also bought in to the wellness hype, championed by the likes of Gwyneth Paltrow, as she gushed: 'I'm a big believer in overall wellness too. I start every morning with a smoothie and a ridiculous number of supplements. Wellness is part of my life.' Whilst Caprice is enjoying the trip down memory lane with her new bikini shoot, she has plenty of other ventures that have boosted her bank balance and kept her busy in recent years. She made her first million at 25 and after a wise property investment in Surrey, has continued to build her property portfolio alongside her booming lingerie business which is said to have bagged her £24million. The model has revealed she's had to work for her jaw-dropping physique, admitting she has been on a strict diet and fitness regime for decades (pictured in a 2000 swimwear shoot) Her childhood dream though was to act and after realising she wasn't getting cast in lead roles, she simply decided to make her own movies, launching her own film company, JJLove Productions 'named after my boys Jett and Jax.' She shoots multiple films a year, with her latest movie, A Scottish Christmas Secret, hitting Channel 5 later this year. She has also moved on from her reality TV years, which saw her appear on everything from Celebrity Big Brother to Celebs On The Farm. Now a mother of 11-year-old boys with her film producer husband Ty Comfort, she says she won't let them watch reality shows, declaring: 'I'm done with toxic TV.' 'I'm blessed to have this platform, and I want to use it for good—to make a positive difference in people's lives,' she said. She previously admitted she would not have had the guts to start making movies and pursue new business ventures without the courage gained from surviving a brain tumour. Caprice was training for the winter sports reality show The Jump in 2017 when a scan revealed the terrible news. She later underwent an operation which involved surgeons taking off part of her skull to remove the tumour. The star is now a proud patron for Brain Tumour Research.

Humiliated Travis Kelce names the 'worst thing I ever did' during his career

Travis Kelce has claimed that his now-infamous dating show 'Catching Kelce' is the 'worst thing' that he's ever done in his career. Kelce was just 25 when he agreed to film the seven-episode series, which followed his attempt to find love out of a pool of 50 women, with one from each US state. 'Catching Kelce' was released in 2016 and came out just after the Kansas City Chiefs star had made his first Pro Bowl, in his fourth year in the NFL. Now, reflecting on the show during a recent appearance on the Bussin' With The Boys podcast, Kelce admitted that it's the biggest regret of his career. He explained: 'The worst thing I ever did was the dating show. It didn't set me up for anything. I didn't realize what reality TV really was. 'I don't even think anybody watched it,' he later admitted. Travis previously hosted the show 'Catching Kelce' back in 2016 when he was single It's not the first time that Kelce has talked down on his former dating show, having previously made mention of it in another interview. 'I don't really look back on the Catching Kelce era,' he admitted in an interview with WSJ magazine last October. While Kelce is no longer on the dating market - having been with popstar Taylor Swift since September 2023 - it appears that all reality shows are out of the question now. In July last year, Kelce said he turned down an offer to appear in a new Netflix docuseries. The streaming giants had announced the follow-up to its smash hit Quarterback, titled Receiver, followed five of the best pass catchers in the NFL and debuted last summer. The Kansas City superstar was approached about the show, after his teammate Patrick Mahomes appeared in the 2023 series Quarterback. 'After [ Patrick Mahomes ] did [Quarterback], I did get asked about it,' Kelce said during an interview on Bussin' with the Boys. 'I just — I don't know. I'd rather just play ball, man,' he went on. 'I'm already doing enough with the podcast and everything. I'm way over the reality s*** dude. I'm out on that s***.'

HGTV show's 'horrendous' home makeovers go viral

An old HGTV show is going viral on social media thanks to its 'horrendous' home makeovers and 'criminal' interior design work. Decorating Cents, hosted by Joan Steffend, aired from 1997 to 2007 on HGTV. The popular series saw interior designers attempt to redecorate a room in just a few hours on a paltry $500 budget. The series has now resurfaced on TikTok thanks to comedian Rob Anderson, with many users shocked by some of the flamboyant and garish design choices. In another episode, a wooden kitchen is haphazardly whitewashed over to create a 'farmhouse' look. One of the most egregious designs saw the decorator decoupage a wall unit with 'sacred Indian prayers' that had been dipped in tea and torn to give it 'an aged look.' Anderson called the series 'the most horrendous decorating you'll ever see' and said some of the redecorating deserved a 'prison sentence.' Social media users now can't stop talking about the show either, with one writing, '$500 budget to do $5,000 worth of damage to any room they step into.' Another commented, 'You know what? Maybe millennial gray was a trauma response.' A third wrote, 'I would press charges if someone did this to my house.' Steffend, who hosted the series until it went off the air in 2007, has now spoken out following its resurgence on TikTok in an interview with Entertainment Now. 'I mean, it's from the late 90s, early 2000s, and the designer's job was to be as wildly creative as they could be,' she explained of the show's questionable design work. 'There were hits and there were misses. And it didn't matter to HGTV. If it didn't look quite like we all thought it was going to, it didn't matter — I still needed to be encouraging. It was still gonna air.' She also said that the beauty of the show was allowing people to be creative and to enjoy their weird and wacky design work without judgement. 'We've gotta stop pointing and laughing at what people think is pretty, what people love at that moment in their life,' she said. She added, 'We did the best we could at the time.' Since Decorating Cents went viral, HGTV fans are now calling for its revival on Reddit. We are all clamoring for it. It's so hilariously bad that it deserves a revival. Gone too soon,' wrote one viewer. 'Oh lord no lol. I've been watching Rob Anderson's recaps on social media and those women were criminal,' another commented. A third wrote, 'Joan Steffend's voice is so calming. I completely understand how she hypnotized homeowners not to riot after her interior decorators destroyed their homes.' A fourth commented, 'Those shows were hilarious for the viewers, but devastating for the poor souls who sacrificed their homes on the altar.' Since Decorating Cents wrapped in 2007, former host Steffend has turned her attention to projects outside of design. Now 70-years-old, Steffend is focused on being a grandmother to her four grandchildren. She's also a published author with two inspirational self-help books under her belt. Decorating Cents is currently available to stream on Discovery+.
