He noted that the late scholar was a beacon of knowledge, mentoring numerous esteemed scholars and students who benefited from his profound wisdom. Al-Rahwi also highlighted Sayyed Badr al-Din's approach in confronting those who distorted religious teachings, seeking to misguide the nation with baseless rulings. "Sayyed Badr al-Din al-Houthi's foremost concern was to seek the pleasure of Allah Almighty and to extend support to the nation in all that is good, fulfilling its need for correct Islamic and jurisprudential knowledge," Al-Rahwi stated. He added, "He was a pious ascetic in this worldly life, with his greatest mission being to raise people's awareness, clarify the essence of religion for their benefit in this life , the hereafter, to champion truth and defend it." The Prime Minister also addressed recent developments in occupied Palestine, particularly in Gaza, condemning the daily injustices, massacres, deprivation of food, water, and medicine faced by its people as a disgraceful reflection of an era where falsehood and oppression prevail over truth. He described the ongoing blatant aggression against the Islamic Republic of Iran as part of the Zionist cancerous entity's attempts—backed by Western and American imperialism—to impose its dominance over the entire region with arrogance and oppression. Al-Rahwi denounced the Zionist attack on Iran as unjustified and blatant, stressing that Iran possesses the strength, civilizational depth, humanitarian resolve to defeat this Western-implanted entity designed to harm the Muslim Ummah and sow discord among its people. "For the first time, we witness the destruction of vital Zionist installations due to the missiles , drones launched by Iran's armed forces, and greater victories are yet to come, God willing," he declared. The Prime Minister called on everyone to follow Sayyed Badr al-Din's path in confronting falsehood, defending truth, and standing against injustice. The event was attended by Deputy Speaker of the Shura Council Dhifallah Rasam, Minister of Transport and Public Works Mohammed Qaheem, Minister of Oil and Minerals Dr. Abdullah Al-Amir, Minister of Culture and Tourism Dr. Ali Al-Yafai, and several members of the Parliament and Shura Council. He stressed the importance of commemorating the late scholar's life as a model of asceticism, jihad, and dedication to his nation. Naji noted that Sayyed Badr al-Din sacrificed his own children in the path of God and truth, embodying piety, humility, and righteousness. Naji also highlighted Sayyed Badr al-Din's role in reviving Islamic sciences, clarifying religious concepts, and countering misleading ideologies, as well as his contributions to the Quranic movement. He emphasized how the scholar's children inherited his knowledge, righteousness, courage, and commitment to truth and justice. Cultural activist Yahya Abu Awadha, one of Sayyed Badr al-Din's students, spoke about the scholar's efforts in combating foreign ideologies and false cultural narratives, as well as his opposition to takfiri (excommunication) projects that incite strife and hatred. He praised Sayyed Badr al-Din's courageous stances in advocating freedom, integrity, and justice, enriching Yemen's libraries with numerous religious and reference works. Abu Awadha described him as a spiritual guide whose teachings transcended narrow confines, addressing society's need for correct knowledge and understanding.
