Situated 2km from Noosa Heads CBD, the lavish spread is located minutes away from famed holiday destination Little Cove Beach.
Known as 'Wyuna', the property combines Mediterranean design features, such as soaring 'Cathedral ceilings' and grand archways, with what the couple have dubbed 'Zen Minimalism'.

There's also a sunken lounge with a gas fireplace and decorative landscaping featuring native plants.
Other features include cathedral ceilings, archways, a sunken lounge room with a gas fireplace, expanses of glass and feature landscaping featuring native plants.
Designed to create a 'wellness experience', the home boasts a hot and cold hydrogen plunge, hot coal sauna with red light and Cell State infrared therapy.
In addition, the couple fitted out the home with a sophisticated 'Circadian' lighting system that mimics natural light throughout the day.
The technology is intended to be in sympathy with a homeowner's natural sleep cycles.
According to the listing, the home last sold in 2022 for $5,500,000, while the median price for a house in Noosa Heads is $2,350,000.
It comes after Nick's ex Dina Broadhurst, 48, recently sold off a luxury Sydney property for $8.4million.
Dina, who owned the Darling Point home with her ex-partner Max Shepard, originally listed the three-bedroom, two-bathroom home for a whopping $11.5million.
Having first hitting the market in November 2024, the pad finally went under the hammer last month, after the high-flying artist was forced to slash the price to lure buyers.
Earlier this month it was revealed that Dina and Shepard took out two mortgages and a personal loan just to fund the renovation of the home.
According to realestate.com.au, Dina and Max, 32, originally financed the renovation project with a standard NAB mortgage.
Max also took out a $260,000 loan with veteran Sydney businessman Basil Sellers in 2022, with the amount owing at $358,000 just last month.
The home then underwent a 'Cinderella transformation' by designer Josh Knight from Glebe.
Dina and Max then split in mid-2023 after more than four years together, with the duo securing a second mortgage on the house the following year.
When Daily Mail Australia reached out to Dina for comment, she said: 'Despite reducing the price to meet the market, the property sold for more than the cost of acquiring it and renovating.
'Both Max and I were very happy with the result and we are both excited to move on to new ventures.'
The Etham Avenue garden apartment was originally meant to be sold at auction in December for double the $5.2million they paid in 2022.
The listing was soon pulled amid insider predictions the price tag would fall.
Dina exclusively claimed to Daily Mail Australia in January she made the move to yank the listing because she was not sure she wanted to part with it.
'The property has been pulled for a few months as I am considering retaining the property for myself,' she said.
'I'm doing a trial living here over the summer until I work out if I will keep it or buy overseas next year instead.
'The property has had ample interest and a decision will be made shortly as to whether we proceed with the sale or not.'
Dina pulled the newly renovated pad from the market just two months after it was listed, and one month before it was set to go to auction.
However, the socialite made headlines when she dramatically slashed the listing price by $3.1million this year.
The three-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment was set to go to auction in June with a price guide of $8.4million.
However, it reportedly sold for $8million in pre-auction negotiations just hours before it was set to go under the hammer.
Dina shares a 19-year-old son Leo with musician ex-husband Nick Broadhurst.

I'm frugal with my money but live a luxury life – I still manage to shop at M&S but using a simple hack
WE all love a bit of luxury, but let's be real, our wallets don't always agree. WIth the cost of living still high in the UK, many families will be struggling to make ends meet. However, there are lots of ways to get financial freedom. Enter Monica, who is known as ' themonicaway ' on TikTok. She revealed her top tips on how she lives a lavish life without breaking the bank. In her recent TikTok video, which has gained 31.9k views after two days of being posted, Monica shared her top five "frugal things I do to live a luxurious lifestyle," proving that high-end living is more about smart choices than endless spending. Monica kicks off her tips with a bold move that might make your hairdresser gasp: DIY hair trims. For regular trims and maintaining layers and fringes, she grabs the scissors herself in the comfort of her home. The ultimate luxury for her? Not having to leave the house. She still gets an annual professional trim, but her at-home snips save her "a couple of hundred pounds a year." Next up, Monica champions what she believes is the ultimate luxury in life: your health. For her, "health is wealth," and that means prioritising high-quality food. I bought huge swimming pool in Aldi Ireland at bargain price - it's perfect for heatwave and best money I've ever spent Her secret weapon? Marks and Spencer. She debunks the myth that M&S is always pricier, noting their basic range is comparable to budget supermarkets. The real game-changer, though, is their "yellow sticker sales." Monica has even cracked the code for her local store, finding mass reductions between 5:30 and 6:00 PM and on Saturday mornings. High quality food This allows her to enjoy "high quality, high grade food, finding bargains and on a budget." For those of us who love a chic workout, Monica has a "little bit cheeky" trick: ClassPass free trials. If you're looking to try a new bougie workout class, she advises taking advantage of their trials, like a current offer for "14 days of credits" for just one pound. The key? Just make sure to set a reminder in your calendar to cancel the trial so that you don't get charged. Boujee meetups She loves using this for "boujee" meetups with friends, enjoying a free Pilates class before heading out for a smoothie or breakfast. Monica's passion for secondhand fashion is no secret, and she's got a brilliant Vinted hack. Instead of withdrawing the money she makes from selling clothes, she keeps it in her Vinted account. This becomes her "spend allowance for buying new clothing," which she says feels "a little bit like free money." This ingenious method not only motivates her to declutter and sell items she no longer wears, but also helps her "fine tune what you have in your wardrobe," creating a truly luxurious feeling of curated style and space. Home decor Finally, Monica advises against mass-produced home decor. She finds the quality lacking and prefers to seek out unique, more special pieces. Her go-to spots are charity shops, Facebook Marketplace, Gumtree, and eBay for "secondhand or antique" finds. She emphasises that you don't need to spend a fortune to find high-quality antique items, and that your home will look "so much more luxurious if you have unique pieces that really demonstrate your personality and your style." 2 Monica's video gained 38 comments, as many people rushed to share their thoughts. One wrote: 'Love this can't believe you cut your own hair though.' A second added: 'Finally someone who loves to live bougie but also save money.' A third commented: 'M&S is the best by far all the way there. 'It's better quality and there is not much price difference. Don't mind a few extra pennies for good food that doesn't get wasted.' Money saving challenges Here's some of our favourite money saving challenges. Weather saving challenge - Save the amount equal to whatever the highest temperature was that week. £1 = 1C. 1p challenge - save 1p a day for everyday of the year, but it increase the amount by 1p each day. So day one you save 1p, 2p on day two and 3p on day three. When you reach 100 days you start adding a £1 coin each day too, while this increases to a £2 coin each day plus pennies at 200 days, and £3 each day on top of pennies at day 300. 20p a day challenge - Start by putting 20p in savings, then increase the amount by 20p every day. For example, the first week will look like this: 20p, 40p, 60p, 80p, £1, £1.20, £1.40. £5 a week challenge - Like the 20p challenge, put aside £5 a week and increase it by a fiver each week. Eg £5, £10, £15, £20 Round-up challenge - Every time you buy something, round up the purchase to the nearest £1 and put the difference in a savings account. Eg. You pay £2.60, so you put 40p in savings. You can use an app such as Monzo or Starling to do this. Bingo challenge - Here you have a bingo card with different numbers on it and you tick them off when you've put that amount in your savings account. It can be ad hoc but you have to tick them all off by the end of the month. Monday to Sunday challenge - With this challenge, you simply save £1 on Monday, £2 on Tuesday and so on until the weekend where you don't save on Saturday or Sunday. 365 day challenge - Every Sunday you put aside £1, followed by £2 on Monday, £3 on Wednesday and so on. On Saturday you'll put away £7, and then the process repeats and you'll put aside £1 on Sunday as the new week begins

Serial dating and push presents: love in the age of the algorithm is complex
Sitting in a hospital bed, pregnant Campbell Puckett, known as 'Pookie', is handed a Craie Kelly Epsom 25 Hermès bag (retailing around £20,000) by her husband, Jett. 'It's time for her push present,' he says behind the camera. The husband and wife are arguably the internet's favourite heterosexual couple at the moment, and if they are anything to go by, the standards for modern romance are high. Jett recently gave Pookie a single instruction on one of their European getaways: 'Do not leave Paris without a Birkin.' Luxury unboxings are a staple on their #relationshipgoals have increasingly influenced viewers' standards and expectations in their own relationships. The spectacle of lavish gifts and experiences can shift expectations and expressions of love towards the more demonstrable aspects of romance. 'If my husband doesn't get me a Hermès Kelly as my push present, he will be fired,' reads one TikTok comment. Sometimes, the deepest connections you feel toward a partner come not from the giving of gifts, but the smaller moments of kindness: preparing a favourite snack or a foot rub on the sofa. Growth and connection can come after the reconciling of a fight. Sometimes, love is just spending time together in silence. To their credit, Pookie and Jett also share more candid moments of love. 'In case any of you are wondering what Pookie's favourite thing to do is, it's cuddle,' says Jett, with a sleeping Campbell lying on his bare chest. Although one of their shared moments of breakfast in bed, sipping pink champagne and dancing together in PJs, was professionally filmed to launch their new merchandise line. These exceptionally high relationship goals are also found on the other side of the spectrum in the content of serial daters. 'Dating influencers' are predominantly young women who reveal all about their love lives to eager followers. Take TikToker estéeisonline, outlining her ideal man, she claims to just be looking for a '6ish foot, dark haired, good haired, moustached or bearded man … maybe with tattoos, who's funny (my kind of funny), creative, thoughtful, emotionally available, ambitious, makes money, wants kids, likes cats … and is my biggest fan'. In a later viral TikTok, she tearfully relays her disappointment at her date's request to split the bill. 'I just want a gentleman,' she says through tears. In this world of dating, if idealised standards aren't met, it doesn't matter that the date was 'good'. There is a personal cost to this style of dating. Hannah Zaslawski began a TikTok series where she tried to go on 50 first dates in pursuit of love. After experiencing major fatigue and burnout, she would suddenly call it quits at date number 38, and in doing so ended her virality. Influencers are almost obliged to keep drearily dating because the TikTok algorithm demands it. More uncomfortably, there is the question of our relationship to their relationships. Many of their viewers appear to live vicariously through them; something that becomes especially apparent when the relationship ends. Recently, when popular influencer The Wizard Liz called off her engagement to fellow YouTuber Landon Nickerson over his messaging of another woman, swathes of her fans had their own lives altered. 'If [Liz] had to go through this, us mortals, us little peasants … how are we going to survive?' declared another of her fans. In all of this content, it's apparent that influencer couples and daters make a deal – in exchange for sharing their lives with an audience, they are able to make an income through advertising and commerce. A couple becomes in effect a throuple – creator, partner/love interest and audience. Their audience buy what they sell because, in buying into their brand, they're buying into the ideal of romance being sold. Pookie wanted to be an influencer since 2017 and hit what the Cut called 'algorithm gold' when she introduced her husband into her content, after years of consistently posting with modest success. Items from their clothing line, Quintessential Love, are often sold out. Jett gives TED talks on how to 'authentically love out loud' like he does. Although, the business of likes has, at times, come between couples. Former Instagram it couple Jay Alvarrez and Alexis Ren's wanderlust relationship ended abruptly in 2016, when in spectacular public fashion ( destroying the facade entirely), Alexis told a fan that 'the relationship wasn't good for [Jay's] business any more'. Love in the age of the algorithm is complex – but creators and audiences would do well to remember that so is love in the real world. Zandile Powell is a video essayist and writer

Rosie Huntington-Whiteley shows off her incredible figure in a white bikini as she posts rare family snaps with her fiance Jason Statham and their kids during lavish Positano boat trip
Rosie Huntington-Whiteley showed off her incredible figure as she shared an array of sun-soaked snaps from her family trip to Positano, Italy. The model, 38, took to Instagram on Friday to give a rare insight into her family life with her fiancé Jason Statham and their kids - son Jack, eight, and daughter Isabella, three. The family enjoying a luxury day relaxing on a yacht and Rosie looked radiant as she posed up a storm for an array of holiday snaps. In one jaw-dropping shot, she showed off her incredible figure in a chic white bikini bra and matching trousers. Rosie also put her washboard abs on display as she relaxed in the crystal clear ocean while she enjoyed some downtime. She was also every inch the doting mother as she cuddled up to Isabella while she also enjoyed some fun activities in the son with Jack. Rosie also posted an adorable photograph of actor Jason, 57, sharing a hug with their two children. He sweetly cuddled them both on a sofa in the lavish vessel before he took Isabella on a jet ski and enjoyed a swim in the ocean himself. The action star proved himself to be every inch the daredevil as he also jumped head first off the top of the boat, perfecting a dive into the ocean. The family has been vacationing in the sun-soaked location in the southern coast of Italy for her brother Toby's wedding to his partner Noa. They were staying at five-star hotel Villa Treville, which boasts stunning views of the Amalfi Coast. Rooms start at £3,416 per night, which makes it a luxury place suitable for the stars. The high-profile couple seemed to enjoy some special family time together during the summer holidays. Rosie and Jason have been together since 2009 and got engaged in January 2016. The model revealed they had taken their relationship to the next level when she flashed her impressive diamond ring at the Golden Globes that year. The model, who grew up in Devon, recently revealed why she returned to the UK in 2020 and explained that it was always 'the plan' to raise her children in the UK. She told The Times: 'We love the schools, the education. They're growing up British with their little British accents, which was important for us, and we have a great support system here. 'Jay's parents live up the road and see the kids most days, my family come to visit every six or eight weeks.' Rosie said her kids are having a childhood not dissimilar to her own, even spending large amounts of time in Devon where she grew up. The mum, who only shares the occasional snap of her children online, added: 'In the summer we go down to Devon and our children have the same experiences running around on the farm that I had growing up, and it's very special.' While the pair have been together since 2010, and despite getting engaged in 2016 and welcoming two children, they don't feel the need to tie the knot just yet. According to a source close to the couple, they are on the 'same page' when it comes to their relationship. 'Jason might be 20 years older than Rosie but they are on the same page with each other in so many aspects of their lives,' the source told
