Seating at Caddo Common Park, 869 Texas Avenue, begins at 7 p.m. The movie is scheduled for 8 p.m.
According to SRAC, WICKED is scheduled for 8 p.m. However, in the event of rain, the movie will be shown in the Engine Room of Shreveport Regional Arts Council, 801 Crockett Street. Their website says the 'space comfortably fits 60 – 120 guests.'

Update: The Walt Disney World website has now been updated and states that reservations for the Beak and Barrel will not go live today, August 14, "due to technical difficulties." A new date will be shared later. When something new opens at Walt Disney World, you expect it to be popular and crowded. Long lines at Disney World are part of the cost of doing business. However, the newest addition to Magic Kingdom, the Pirates of the Caribbean-themed Beak and Barrel Tavern, doesn't open for another two weeks, and getting in is already a complete mess. The Beak And Barrel Tavern Broke Disney World's Website The first reservations for the Beak and Barrel Tavern were supposed to go live on the Walt Disney World website this morning. Unfortunately, as of this writing, I can't confirm that anybody has been able to make a reservation for it or any other dining location in all of Walt Disney World. Just before reservations were set to go live, the entire dining reservation system crashed, and things have yet to be resolved. If you access the Walt Disney World dining reservation system right now, there's a good chance you won't be able to make any reservations. Error messages are popping up on a regular basis as one tries to select dates, times, and locations. It seems everybody must want that cool pirate skull mug as badly as I do. Even if you're able to get into the reservation system, The Beak and Barrel is currently showing zero availability, as if reservations are completely booked out. However, it appears that rather than all reservations being taken, they simply aren't actually available yet. Reservations might go live at any moment, or they may get postponed to a new date. Right now it's unclear. Disney Parks' Website History Is A Comedy Of Errors If this were a rare, one-time situation, then it would be frustrating and unfortunate but understandable. Unfortunately, that's not the case. If anything, this was entirely expected. Anytime Disney World or Disneyland has tried to use the internet to let guests get access to anything, it's a safe bet that something will go haywire. From booking space to a RunDisney event to buying tickets to a Disney After Hours event to joining a virtual queue for a brand new attraction, systems completely breaking down is the rule, not the exception. It's frustrating because Disney Parks have recently made upgrades to the dining reservation system that have been very welcome. They've relaxed cancellation rules, and guests can now search for availability over a range of dates and times rather than just searching one day at a time. It makes booking dining much easier than it once was, but only if it all works, of course. The good news is that guests looking to visit the Beak and Barrel when it opens may still have a chance, though it's unclear exactly when reservations will be made available. I Didn't Expect to Be Into J.Lo's New Movie—But The Trailer Changed My Mind
The trailer for Kiss of the Spider Woman just dropped—and yes, you're going to want to see it. But first, a little backstory. In this new film adaptation, Kiss of the Spider Woman centers on Valentín (played by Diego Luna), a political prisoner who ends up sharing a cell with Molina (Tonatiuh), a window dresser imprisoned for public indecency. As they spend time together behind bars, Molina captivates Valentín with the retelling of a lavish old Hollywood musical starring his favorite screen siren, Ingrid Luna—played by Jennifer Lopez. Now back to the trailer, it's really good. is seen sporting blonde locs as she sings and dances her way through dreamy musical numbers. As someone who walked into this trailer knowing nothing about the story, I can confidently say this is going on my watchlist. And given that musical films aren't usually my go-to (Wicked being the exception), I was genuinely surprised by how into it I was. This one feels right on key. And I'm not alone. Fans in the comments are already hyping the film up, with some even calling it Academy Award-worthy. 'Looks absolutely PHENOMENAL Expect this to rule the Oscars,' one user wrote. Another added, 'Awards contender on the horizon,' while a third chimed in, 'Oscar nomination for 2026.' The musical version of Kiss of the Spider Woman made its Broadway debut in March 1993. It became a critical success, earning seven Tony Awards, including Best Musical and a win for Chita Rivera, who originated the iconic title role. The first film adaptation of Kiss of the Spider Woman hit theaters in 1985. Now, the story is being reimagined by director Bill Condon—best known for Dreamgirls and Beauty and the Beast—with Lopez taking on her first-ever movie musical role. Watch Oklahoma QB John Mateer give Sooners teammates Beats By Dre
When the Oklahoma Sooners added quarterback John Mateer via the transfer portal, the hope was that he'd help resurrect an offense that was one of the worst in the nation in 2025. Not only has he done that, but he's also been a big part of building team 131 from a leadership standpoint. Players and coaches have spoken of Mateer's leadership and how he's not only built relationships with everyone on the offensive side of the ball, but he's also built a strong rapport with the guys on defense as well. He's sat in on meetings with each position group and has gone above and beyond to build confidence and camaraderie. Mateer recently entered into a name, image, and likeness agreement with the worldwide brand Beats by Dre. Oklahoma football released a video of Mateer walking into Gaylord Family Oklahoma Memorial Stadium sporting the Oklahoma Sooners-themed Beats. But that wasn't all. Mateer also gifted his teammates with a pair of Beats. The reaction will leave you smiling, as teammates could be heard in the video shouting, "We love you, John!!!" The gesture had the players smiling and cheering after practice let out.
