Priyanka Chopra is celebrating her birthday today and has been getting wishes from all corners. Actress Kriti Sanon also penned a heartfelt note celebrating the superstar's journey and influence. Taking to Instagram, Kriti shared a sweet message along with a photo of Priyanka, calling her a source of inspiration.
Taking to her Instagram stories, Kriti Sanon shared a photo with Priyanka Chopra and wrote, 'Happiest birthday @priyankachopra!! You inspire me every single day!! Keep being the amazing YOU and keep making us proud !!" The actress celebrated her birthday with a beach vacation. She took off with husband Nick Jonas, daughter Malti Marie and the Jonas family.
Earlier today, the actress gave fans a sneak peek into the fun with a vacation video on Instagram. It kicks off with Priyanka and Nick sharing a warm hug on a cruise. The birthday queen was glowing in a yellow bikini layered with a white shrug. Her'slick tresses and black shades totally nailed the chill summer mood.
On the work front, Kriti Sanon has been confirmed for Don 3! After many weeks of speculation and teasing, Farhan Akhtar's Excel Entertainment has finally confirmed that Kriti Sanon has replaced new mom Kiara Advani in Don 3. The film will star Ranveer Singh as the lead, and Farhan Akhtar will once again direct the film, just like Shah Rukh Khan's Don and Don 2.
As per a release by Excel Entertainment about Farhan Akhtar's 120 Bahadur, the actor-director 'is also preparing for his next directorial venture, Don 3, which is expected to go on floors in January 2026. The film will feature Ranveer Singh and Kriti Sanon in leading roles. Casting for the film is underway, with the makers reportedly in talks with a top A-list actor to take on the intense antagonist role".
Kriti Sanon was often spotted outside Excel Entertainment's office. Recently, she posted a birthday note for Ranveer Singh on Instagram and mentioned towards the end, 'P.S. Looking forward to working with you soon!" These things only fuelled the speculations while official confirmations were awaited.
However, now, Excel Entertainment's press note confirms that Kriti Sanon has been cast as the leading lady in Don 3.
Workwise, Priyanka Chopra was last seen in Heads of State with Idris Elba and John Cena. Up next, she will appear in The Bluff, SSMB29 and Citadel Season 2.
