Agentforce frees Salesforce partners to accelerate customer AI rollouts
UAE - The rapid rise of agentic AI introduces an immense $6 trillion digital labor opportunity set to reshape and benefit the global technology ecosystem, including Salesforce partners and System Integrators (SIs). But it also presents challenges like complex infrastructure and data silos that leave many potential adopters unsure of how to begin or scale AI effectively.
With their ability to identify and develop specific use cases for tailored and effective AI solutions, partners are a critical part of the front line of helping customers accelerate agent adoption and implementation.
To support these vital implementations, Salesforce is investing in its partner ecosystem with innovative tools and resources. The latest investment includes Agentforce for Partner Community, an AI agent embedded in ‌Salesforce's Partner Community experience that provides 24/7 conversational support grounded in technical and program knowledge.
Boosting partner efficiency with conversational AI
Launched in late March 2025, Agentforce for Partner Community elevates Salesforce's service for partners of all sizes, allowing them to benefit from:
Self-service access to information: The AI agent provides quick answers to common questions from Partner Community visitors, reducing the need to log cases and saving time searching for information.
Tailored responses based on partner record: Because Agentforce is grounded in CRM data on Data Cloud, the agent will be able to provide instant insights, including personalized responses based on partner program level, scorecard data, benefits, certifications, and tiering — eliminating guesswork and saving time.
Automation of Trial Org requests: Partners can easily initiate Trial Org extensions by asking the AI agent: 'Can I extend a Trial Org?' The AI agent will then gather the required information to determine eligibility, create a case, and complete the action to extend the Trial Org. This feature improves accuracy in handling requests and delivers quicker resolution times.
Salesforce as 'customer zero'
Agentforce for Partner Community reflects Salesforce's broader 'customer zero' approach — using its own products at scale to test, improve, and prove value before taking them to market.
Salesforce first deployed Agentforce on its own Salesforce Help and Salesforce.com sites to provide 24/7 AI-powered support. Since launching in October of 2024, the platform has handled over 1 million customer conversations, resolving more than 84% of questions autonomously. This has significantly reduced costly human escalations and improved response times.
Salesforce's internal use of Agentforce goes far beyond customer support. The company now uses agents to nurture sales leads at scale, deliver tailored training and career recommendations for employees, generate millions of lines of code to increase developer productivity, and automate routine communications within Slack workflows, all while continuously capturing learnings to improve agent performance and user experience.
By using Agentforce across its business, Salesforce gains firsthand insights to refine the platform and set the standard for what great looks like in the era of digital labor.
Differentiated AI-driven partner experience drives real-world impact
In the three months since Agentforce for Partner Community's launch, more than 19,000 requests have been handled, averaging 1,400 conversations per week. In total, 120,000 monthly Partner Community users are engaging with the platform.
Natasa Marinkovic, Vice President of Marketing and Alliances at Atrium.ai, highlighted how the agent reduces Atrium.ai's information search time by approximately 75% and allows her team to focus more on the customer experience.
'Agentforce for Partner Community has been transformational in terms of how we engage with Salesforce, one of our primary partners,' she said. 'This is not a capability that we have across our other partnerships in the ecosystem right now.'
Lynne Feeney, Director of Salesforce Partnership and Strategic Alliances at Wilco Source, a CitiusTech company, said, 'Agentforce for Partner Community is a very helpful tool and I use the agent as my first point of reference for information.'
Driving agentic success together
As Salesforce continues to launch partner-focused innovations like the newly expanded AgentExchange, partners will continue to receive resources and tools that enable them to help customers rapidly realize the full value of Agentforce implementations.
Phil Samenuk, Salesforce's SVP of Global Alliances & Channels and Outsourcing Service Providers, said, 'Our partners are essential in helping CIOs and business leaders define AI strategies, assess organizational readiness, and create phased roadmaps for adoption. Agentforce for Partner Community is a critical part of Salesforce's broader vision to help partners lead in agentic AI adoption and delivery.'
With training, workshops, an Agentforce Partner Guidebook, AI certifications, and opportunities to build their own agents, over 272,000 consultants working for Salesforce partners have completed AI certifications, and these consultants have built over 18,000 agents. Salesforce consulting partners have also launched new services tailored to help customers navigate agentic transformation with Agentforce.
'As companies increasingly turn to AI agents, the partnership ecosystem is crucial,' continued Samenuk. 'Through resources like Agentforce for Partner Community, Salesforce and its partners together are uniquely positioned to meet rising demands for digital labor and drive the next era of agent-first businesses.'
Middle East perspective
Mukesh Kumar, Regional VP of Alliances and Channels at Salesforce Middle East, said: 'Agentforce for Partner Community is a game changer for partners in the Middle East. The UAE, Saudi Arabia, plus the wider GCC and Egypt, are investing heavily in AI and are committed to becoming global leaders in the technology, with public and private sector organizations following their lead to stay ahead of the curve. Partners play a key role in this by helping customers identify AI use cases and then deploy the technology effectively. Agentforce for Partner Community is empowering partners in the Middle East with the information and tools they need to blaze a trail - enabling them to deliver the services customers require to win with agentic AI and digital labor.'

President Sheikh Mohamed meets Vladimir Putin on official visit to Russia

President Sheikh Mohamed on Thursday met Russian President Vladimir Putin during an official visit to Moscow. A reception ceremony was held at Vnukovo Airport, during which the UAE and Russian national anthems were played and a guard of honour was formed. Sheikh Mohamed was later pictured meeting Mr Putin in the Kremlin after beginning his latest high-profile trip to the country. The two men discussed ways to enhance the strategic partnership between the two countries, in addition to regional and international issues of common interest, state news agency Wam reported. They reviewed co-operation in the fields of the economy, trade, investment, space and energy. Sheikh Mohamed said UAE-Russia relations are based on mutual trust and respect, as well as deep-rooted and constructive engagement spanning more than 50 years. He also highlighted the UAE's commitment to strengthening peace and stability around the world. The two men discussed the importance of the Russia-Arab summit, scheduled for October, and reviewed the latest developments in the Middle East. Sheikh Mohamed thanked Mr Putin for facilitating the UAE's mediation concerning the exchange of more than 4,000 prisoners between Russia and Ukraine, while Mr Putin thanked Sheikh Mohamed for the UAE's prisoner swap efforts. Mr Putin said Russia attaches great importance to developing its relations with the UAE, noting the two countries' co-operation continues to grow. He also hosted a lunch for Sheikh Mohamed and the accompanying delegation. Agreements signed On the sidelines of the visit, the two countries signed the Trade in Services and Investment Agreement. Suhail Al Mazrouei, Minister of Energy and Infrastructure, and Andrey Nikitin, Russian Minister of Transport, also signed an agreement on transport co-operation. Sheikh Mohamed departed Moscow at the conclusion of his official visit, with military aircraft escorting his plane through Russian airspace. Potential meeting with Trump Speaking to television cameras, Mr Putin said the UAE was a possible site for a meeting with Donald Trump – in what would be his first meeting with a US president since Joe Biden in 2021. "We have many friends who are ready to assist us in the organisation of an event of this kind. One of my friends is the President of the UAE," Mr Putin told Russian state media. "I believe that we will make a decision but it [the UAE] would be one of the fitting, quite suitable venues." A Kremlin official said earlier that a Trump-Putin meeting could take place as early as next week. The announcement of a potential summit came on the eve of a White House deadline for Moscow to show progress towards ending the three-year-old war in Ukraine. The UAE has this year mediated the exchange of hundreds of prisoners of war between Russia and Ukraine. Mr Putin and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy have thanked the UAE for its efforts in enabling the exchange. Later that month, Sheikh Khaled bin Mohamed, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi, met Mr Putin in Minsk, the capital of Belarus, on behalf of President Sheikh Mohamed, where he attended the Supreme Eurasian Economic Council meeting. Sheikh Mohamed's delegation in Russia included:

This is the new train that will take you from Abu Dhabi to Oman in under 2 hours

Work has begun on the much-anticipated multi-billion-dollar UAE-Oman railway project. Plans for a railway between the neighbouring GCC nations have been in the offing since 2022 and work is finally underway. The railway project will initially operate between the UAE capital of Abu Dhabi and the Omani port city of Sohar. The project will cover a distance of 303km and travel at speeds of up to 200km/h. And it will be equipped to handle the diverse terrains between the two countries, as well as any unpredictable weather conditions and water flow from surrounding valleys. Innovative and sustainable engineering solutions will ensure safe journeys. Work on the huge project got underway in May 2024, following a shareholder agreement between Hafeet Rail, a company made up of Etihad Rail and Oman Rail, and construction companies. Works are progressing along the railway alignment between the two nations. The update pointed out that progress is underway in several areas in North Al Batinah and Al Buraimi governates in Oman and in the emirate of Abu Dhabi. To date, more than one million man-hours have been clocked in developing the railway. The name of Hafeet Rail for the project was decided following the joint UAE-Oman Business Forum held in Abu Dhabi on Tuesday April 23. What the UAE-Oman Hafeet Rail means for you Initially, it will operate between the Al Wathba area near Abu Dhabi and the Omani port city of Sohar. With a speed reaching 200 kilometres per hour, journeys between Abu Dhabi and Sohar will take 100 minutes. Passenger trains will be able to accommodate up to 400 people. The project board aims to 'establish a record-breaking timeline for implementation', so expect it to be established sooner than you think. The freight train will have a capacity equivalent to 300 trucks which will reduce carbon emissions generated by trucks by 80 per cent. The railway aims to be a quick and efficient way of connecting the two countries, which is hoped to reduce car traffic and, consequently, the carbon footprint. This railway project would see the two Gulf countries connect and align with long-term plans for the GCC vision of a Gulf Railway. The Gulf Railway was planned to be opened by 2025, but construction has yet to begin in earnest. And, for businesses, it's predicted that it will have a major impact on trade between the two countries as one freight train trip is capable of transporting 15,000 tonnes of general cargo. Hafeet Rail will connect five major ports and a number of free zones in both countries and will see transportation time cut in half compared to traditional on-ground methods. Hafeet Rail represents a groundbreaking achievement as the first modern cross-border train in the Middle East and the Arab world, connecting the Sultanate of Oman to the United Arab Emirates. — Hafeet Rail (@hafeetrail) June 2, 2024 Living in the UAE Everything you need to know about traffic cameras in Abu Dhabi No, they're not just for speed When is the next public holiday?
