Meet the Real-Life Loves of the 'Twilight' Cast (Including One Couple Who Both Played Vampires!)
Sorry, Twilight fans! Whether you were Team Edward or Team Jacob, both of them are happily in love in real life.
The supernatural teen romance followed Bella Swan (Kristen Stewart) as she navigated life in Forks, Wash., including getting involved in one of the most talked about love triangles of all time with vampire Edward Cullen (Robert Pattinson) and werewolf Jacob Black (Taylor Lautner).
While Bella and Edward's love story unfolded on-screen, Stewart and Pattinson, who the film's director told PEOPLE had "great chemistry" during the audition, began dating in real life. After being on-and-off for four years, the pair went their separate ways in 2013.

Years later, the former costars have since found love with other people. Stewart married her wife, Dylan Meyer, in April 2025, while Pattinson has been engaged to singer Suki Waterhouse since December 2023. Meanwhile, in November 2022, Taylor married Taylor "Tay" Lautner.
From one couple who recently got married to another who both portrayed on-screen vampires, here are the real-life partners of the Twilight cast.
Although Stewart's character Bella was momentarily torn between Edward and Jacob, she has since committed to one person: her wife, Meyer.
The pair met while on a movie set in 2013. During her November 2019 appearance on The Howard Stern Show, Stewart said that "all bets were off" from the day they were introduced.
Though they didn't start dating immediately, the pair reconnected years later through a mutual friend and have been together since.

"I met her years ago on a movie and I hadn't seen her in six years, and then she rocked up at a friend's birthday party, and I was like, 'Where have you been, and how have I not known you?' She's been living in L.A. alongside my life somehow but not ever converging," Stewart said.
The actress and screenwriter got engaged in November 2021 and tied the knot in April 2025.
As for their future as newlyweds, Stewart previously told Rolling Stone in February 2024 that she and Meyer were planning on having kids one day.
'I don't know what my family's going to look like, but there's no f------ way that I don't start acquiring kids,' she said. 'And also, ideally at some point soon I go, 'I want to have a kid.' I really want that to happen.'
Much like his character Edward, Pattinson has found a happily ever after with his fiancée.

The Mickey 17 actor and the "Moves" singer first sparked relationship rumors in July 2018 after being spotted together multiple times. Though the pair have kept their romance low-key, Waterhouse gave more details of their relationship while speaking to British Vogue in July 2024, explaining that they met at a Hollywood game night in 2018.
'It was very, very intense,' she said. 'There were lots of 'big' characters [there], real heavy-hitters. ... Al Pacino was there. Javier [Bardem] and Penélope [Cruz] were there … and, you know, everyone was really acting.'
She went on to say that they spent the event giggling with each other, to the point where a director "separated" them because they were laughing too much.
After four years together, the couple made their red carpet debut at the Dior Men show in Egypt in December 2022. One year later, PEOPLE confirmed that the pair had quietly gotten engaged.
In March 2024, they became first-time parents when they welcomed a daughter.
Team Jacob got a new member when Taylor married his wife Tay.
The Twilight alum confirmed their relationship with an Instagram hard launch in October 2018. During a January 2022 conversation with PEOPLE, Taylor revealed that the pair met after his sister Makena introduced them.
"She called me and said, 'Dude, I found your future wife. You need to meet this girl.' And the rest is history," he said.
As it turns out, Tay knew who he was for years, as she was a fan of the Twilight saga — but was actually Team Edward instead of Team Jacob.
In June 2022, Tay posted a video participating in the "Show your childhood crush and then the person you ended up with" trend, captioned, "i think it's time to come clean."
In the video, she first shared images of Pattinson as Edward before cutting to a photo of Taylor as his rival Jacob. "Bout time I won something," Taylor commented.
The couple, who co-host a podcast called The Squeeze, got married on Nov. 11, 2022.
Ashley Greene, who played Edward's sister Alice Cullen, has been with her husband Paul Khoury for over a decade.
The pair met through mutual friends in 2009 and he popped the question in December 2016 while on a hike in New Zealand.
Greene shared a video from the special proposal on Instagram, writing, "This is the most beautiful moment I could have ever hoped for."
"You've successfully made me the happiest, luckiest woman alive," she added. "I can't wait to show you my unfaltering immeasurable love for the rest of our lives."
On July 6, 2018, Greene and Khoury got married. Four years later, the actress and the entrepreneur welcomed their first child — daughter Kingsley Rainn — on Sept. 16, 2022.
Jackson Rathbone might've found love on-screen while portraying Alice's husband Jasper Hale, but in real life, he is married to his wife, Sheila Hafsadi.
Following their October 2013 wedding, Rathbone told PEOPLE that he felt an almost immediate connection when he met Hafsadi in Fort Lauderdale, Fla., two years earlier.
'It was one of those things," he said. "I always said I believed in love at first sight, but I never really had that feeling before.'
In October 2023, Rathbone commemorated a decade of marriage with a sweet Instagram post, writing, "10 years married and still excited for what's to come! Thankful for every second with you ❤️."
Rathbone and Hafsadi have welcomed three kids together: sons Monroe Jackson and Felix Valleau, and daughter Presley Bowie.
Kellan Lutz's character Emmett Cullen might be in love with fellow vampire Rosalie Hale in Twilight, but off-screen, he is married to Brittany Lutz.
During an October 2017 appearance on Steve, Kellan confirmed their engagement, calling Brittany "the light of my life."
The actor and the model quietly wed that November, with Brittany announcing the news in an Instagram post by referring to Kellan as her "HUSBAND."
The pair share two children: daughter Ashtyn Lilly and son Kasen Lane.
Nikki Reed's love story is the ultimate supernatural crossover! Reed, who played Rosalie in Twilight, is married to Ian Somerhalder, who starred as vampire Damon Salvatore in The CW's The Vampire Diaries.

The couple first sparked dating rumors in July 2014 and got engaged the following January. A few months later, the pair tied the knot in Malibu, Calif., on April 26, 2015.
Reed and Somerhalder welcomed their first child together, daughter Bodhi Soleil, in July 2017. Six years later, their son was born. After having Bodhi, the actors relocated their family to a farm "very far outside [Los Angeles]," as Reed told PEOPLE in May 2022.
Elisabeth Reaser, who portrays Esme Cullen, quietly married composer Bruce Gilbert in August 2023.
Reaser and Gilbert's romance began in 2017, when she was hosting a dog playdate in her backyard and a friend called him over to join.
'She asked if we knew each other and the answer was yes, only because we met briefly eight years prior at another friend's party," the Twilight alum told Vogue in April 2024.
Fast forward to the summer of 2022, Gilbert proposed to Reaser in Italy — where they would say "I do" just a year later.
Reaser shared with Vogue that while they initially had a long list of people to invite to their wedding, they quickly realized "it didn't feel right" and decided to elope.
The pair had a few friends there as witnesses, including Sarah Paulson and her partner Holland Taylor, who officiated the Italian wedding.
Peter Facinelli portrays Edward's father, Carlisle Cullen, in Twilight, and off-screen, he is also both a partner and a father.
The Twilight alum proposed to fellow actress Lily Anne Harrison during their holiday getaway in January 2020.
While COVID-19 delayed their wedding plans, Facinelli and Harrison are busy raising their son Jack, whom they welcomed on Sept. 5, 2022.
He also shares three daughters — Luca, Lola and Fiona — with his ex-wife, Jennie Garth.

Mom Thought Her Toddler Was Just Playing. Then Something Caught Her Eye (Exclusive)
One evening, Alex Moore was playing with her 23-month-old daughter, Addy They were being silly and listening to nursery rhymes when all of a sudden, Addy started dancing Alex watched as her daughter slid off the bed and began doing little high-kick stompsAlex Moore and her husband, Christian, both work full-time. So after wrapping up their workdays and picking up their daughter from daycare, the North Carolina-based couple likes to wind down by laying in bed to decompress. One evening, Christian went to make dinner while Alex stayed back to play with their 23-month-old daughter, Addy. They were being silly and listening to nursery rhymes when all of a sudden, Addy started dancing. Alex watched as her daughter slid off the bed and began doing little high-kick stomps. "I had no idea what she was doing until she said 'cha cha??' " Alex, 31, tells PEOPLE exclusively. Alex goes on to explain that her daughter learned the "Cha-Cha Slide" by DJ Casper at daycare. She says her teacher, Ms. Mikaila, plays the song often and has been teaching the kids the steps. Although Ms. Mikaila had previously sent Alex videos of Addy dancing along to the "Cha-Cha Slide" at daycare, this was the first time she had seen her daughter perform some of the correct steps in person — especially the stomping and the 'hands on your knees' move. "She was walking around stomping her feet with almost a high-kick fashion, and I kept giggling because I'd never seen her stomp like that before," Alex, a aesthetics technician, says. In the moment, Alex pulled out her phone and recorded the sweet scene. Later, she decided to post it to TikTok, thinking, 'This is too good to not share with more people.' But then, the video quickly went viral, amassing more than 7.4 million views and 13,000 comments. "I knew she was demanding the cha cha slide at daycare' is in incredible statement in itself 😭," one user wrote. "and it is already knows her left and right ✅️❤️," someone else replied. Another person commented, "That's actually so impressive that she knows the cha cha slide at her age .. what an icon." Reading through the comments, Alex says she couldn't help but smile. "The kind of responses I've received from the video are the exact ones I was hoping," she says. " 'This made my day, thank you so much.' It was an added bonus to hear that my daughter could excel in a dance class, because what parent doesn't want to hear that their child has a knack for something?" "My daughter brings me so much joy every day, so I really loved that I could do that for other people," the mom adds. "Also hearing from other daycare employees that they'll start implementing the song into their classrooms for teaching directions, and dance teachers that she has amazing skills for her age — that feedback really stood out to me the most." Since her daughter is so young, Alex knows won't remember much from this time, but in teaching her about it in a few years, she hopes her daughter realizes that she made a lot of people smile when they felt like they couldn't. "Addy has taught me that children truly are like flowers: when they're given a loving environment, taught things with patience and in a fun way, they can blossom into the best versions of themselves," she says. "Along with truly being able to dance your little heart out when you feel it!" Read the original article on People

Lucille Ball Found Out She Was Pregnant When Her Medical Records Were Leaked During Radio Broadcast
Lucille Ball once learned she was pregnant while listening to a radio broadcast In his new book Desi Arnaz: The Man Who Invented Television, biographer Todd S. Purdum writes that Ball was on tour with her husband Desi Arnaz in June 1950 when she was listening to the radio in between shows The broadcaster then announced her pregnancy, after being tipped off by a medical lab stafferLucille Ball once found out she was pregnant not from her doctor — but from a radio broadcaster who had been tipped off by a medical lab staffer. In his new book Desi Arnaz: The Man Who Invented Television, biographer Todd S. Purdum writes that Ball was on tour with her husband Desi Arnaz in June 1950 when she learned about her pregnancy in between shows. At the time, Ball and Arnaz were starring in a vaudeville act that required an "exhausting schedule" and "vigorous physical stunts" from Ball. Off stage, they were trying for a baby. Writes Purdum: "In June 1950, during the New York run of their vaudeville show, Lucy was relaxing in her dressing room between shows listening to Walter Winchell's radio broadcast when she heard him announce she was 'infanticipating,' the columnist's lingo for 'pregnant.' He'd been tipped off by a medical lab informant before the Arnazes themselves had learned the news." The author writes that the couple, upon learning the news, then "trimmed the planned length of the tour," though it was in vain — just weeks later, Ball, suffered a miscarriage. Purdum writes in his book that Ball had more than one miscarriage during her marriage to Arnaz, with physicians ultimately discovering they had inadvertently closed a fallopian tube while treating her for one of the miscarriages. After reversing that procedure, Ball ultimately became pregnant again in 1950, at age 39. On July 17, 1951, Ball gave birth via caesarean section, to a baby girl: Lucie. Ball would later give birth a second time, in January 1953, to what was then arguably the most famous baby in America: Desi Jr. Desi Jr.'s birth came as the couple was starring in the now-iconic sitcom I Love Lucy, which premiered in 1951 and even incorporated their second child's birth. In interviews with the author, the now-adult children explained how different their parents were. Lucie recalled how her mother "took it personally" when one of the children would disappoint her. Desi, by contrast, "was not like that," she described. "He would get really angry and blow his stack, and be loud, but then he'd be done and it would be like it never happened," Lucie said, adding that Ball, by contrast, "would get personally offended by childhood behavior or what you said, because you should have known not to say that somehow, even though no one's taught you what to say." "And she would emotionally separate from you for however long she wanted to. And it would be sometimes days, sometimes weeks," she added. While audiences were delighted by his parents' relationship, Desi Jr. told Purdum that behind the scenes, Lucy and Desi were incredibly argumentative 'It wasn't good for anyone,' Desi Jr. told the author in the book. 'And we'll always remember when they sat us down and said, 'Look, you know, things aren't working.' I mean, I remember word for word.' Sarah Jessica Parker Best Family Photos: Matthew Broderick, Kids, More
Sarah Jessica Parker has been famous since she was 12 years old when she was cast in the Broadway sensation Annie. From Footloose to Sex and the City, the triple-threat actress has always found a way to stay in the limelight through every decade, but it's her family that matters to her the most. She found her partner in crime, Matthew Broderick, after being introduced by her two brothers, who worked with him in the theater community. Together, they started a family that includes son James Wilkie, born in 2002, and fraternal twins Tabitha Hodge and Marion Loretta (goes by Loretta), who were born in 2009. She described her son when he was younger as 'very small, but [with a] personality [that] is 6 feet 4' and that's evident from every mischievous photo of him on the red carpet. The twins are a totally different story; they prefer life out of the spotlight, so it's rare to see a photo of them in public (unless the paparazzi are hounding them). 'They're really devoted to each other, but they'll also say, 'I need time away from her.' Tabitha can play by herself for hours. Loretta always needs to be checking in,' she told People. 'They go to different schools. That's Tabitha's idea.' Parker is a mama bear who does her best to maintain all of her children's privacy because no matter how famous she is as the iconic Carrie Bradshaw, at home, she's just mom. See our favorite photos of Parker with her family over the years below! In this pic, they seem so proud as they leave the hospital for the first time. Parker and Broderick then welcomed twin daughters Tabitha Hodge and Marion Loretta in 2009. In this Robin Layton photo, the family of five is all smiles with their new additions. James's fascination with his sister is truly adorable! Over the years, James has been a veteran when it comes to walking the red carpet. He's often seen accompanying his parents at premieres and Broadway openings. At the premiere of Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part 1 in 2011, James outdid his own fashionable parents in this adorable black velvet suit. How adorable! He's a big fan of theater, too! In this pic, he's attending the Catch Me If You Can Broadway premiere back in 2011. At the 2012 premiere of Nice Work If You Can Get It, Parker posed hand-in-hand with James on the carpet as he showed off her longer, shaggier haircut. When Parker attended the New York City Ballet 2018 Spring Gala in 2018, daughters Loretta and Tabitha looked like her mini-me in floral spring dresses. Despite being a full-time student at Brown University in 2021, James still made time to support his mom on her big return to the iconic role of Carrie Bradshaw at the And Just Like That… premiere in December. Speaking of supporting, both Tabitha and Loretta sweetly supported their mom at the premiere of her long-awaited movie, Hocus Pocus 2, in September 2022. At the opening night of Some Like It Hot! on Broadway in December 2022, all five of them attended and posed for photos. Broderick looked proud as can be looking at his son at the premiere of No Hard Feelings in June 2023. Broderick was joined by all three of his kids at the long-awaited premiere of Oh, Mary! on July 11, 2024. He's one proud dad! The tight-knit family had another Broadway family outing at the Smash Opening Night on April 10, 2025.
