New Delhi [India], June 3: Delhi hosted an elite convergence of artistic mastery inside India's most experientially exquisite destination. On the premiere night, DLF Promenade, Vasant Kunj became the epicenter of an exclusive cultural event as Legends Immersive Cinema premiered its never-before-seen pairing of Leonardo da Vinci and Vincent Van Gogh. The inaugural shows - Da Vinci Genius followed by Van Gogh - An Immersive Story- marked an extraordinary moment where two legendary artists came together for the very first time globally, with India proudly hosting this historic premiere.
This state-of-the-art experience reaffirmed cultural entertainment through a Cinematic Art Experience where audiences physically stepped into artworks rather than merely observing traditional exhibitions or looped projections. Both showcases proved to be masterpieces reimagined through European-grade technology, creating immersive storytelling that transformed visitors from passive observers into active participants within the artists' creative visions.
The 4,300 sq. ft. venue showcased cutting-edge technology brought to India for the very first time, operating through 35 laser projectors, Dolby Atmos surround sound, and 13 interactive LiDAR sensors powered by the world's finest Disguise projection servers. The integration of AI-driven depth models and 3D immersive technologies debuted in Indian immersive productions, creating India's first AI-generated narrative where touch, motion, and QR codes unlocked live responses and digital storytelling in visitors' preferred languages.
The premiere night witnessed an impressive gathering of Delhi's cultural elite, including prominent art gallery founders, influential KOLs from the creative community, and leading lifestyle influencers. Distinguished journalists from prestigious publications such as Lifestyle Asia, Architectural Digest, and other key media outlets were in attendance, alongside curated guests who represent the intersection of art, culture, and contemporary lifestyle. The event served as a cultural nexus bringing together tastemakers, art connoisseurs, and media personalities who shape India's evolving cultural landscape.
A starry night come to life -- guests lose themselves in Van Gogh's world on a magical premiere evening.
Da Vinci Genius delivered a 45-minute journey into the mind of history's greatest polymath, featuring projections of The Mona Lisa and The Vitruvian Man. Interactive elements allowed guests to animate Leonardo's inventions and engage in conversations with the Mona Lisa through Art Meets AI technology. Van Gogh - An Immersive Story brought the Dutch master's emotional world to life through 300+ animated works like Starry Night and Sunflowers in a deeply moving transformative visual experience enhanced by curated soundtracks and voiceover.
The evening was elevated by Hendrick's, the evening's distinguished spirit partner, which curated bespoke cocktail experiences that complemented the artistic journey, creating a sophisticated atmosphere that perfectly matched the innovative nature of the immersive showcase.
'The premiere of this world-class collaboration at DLF Promenade was nothing short of extraordinary,' said Ms. Pushpa Bector, Senior Executive Director & Business Head, DLF Retail. 'Witnessing visitors chat with Mona Lisa and walk through the Starry Night perfectly displays our philosophy of offering experiences that surprise and engage. This collaboration reinforces our commitment to cutting-edge entertainment that blends cultural enrichment. DLF Malls has been instrumental in curating immersive memorable social experiences that genuinely transform how India experiences art and going out.'
The evening's presentations demonstrated the revolutionary approach that distinguishes Legends Immersive Cinema from conventional displays. Rather than traditional projections running on continuous loops, each presentation unfolded as a complete next-gen cinematic journey with structured narrative arcs. Da Vinci Genius featured an original score by Grammy-winning DJ Sasha, completing this multisensory journey that has captivated over 50,000 visitors in Mumbai and achieved sold-out events worldwide.
'This premiere represented the realization of our vision to bring world-class experiences to India,' stated Mr. Tabish F Khan, Founder and Director of Theia Enterprise India. 'From Van Gogh 360 in 2022 to Da Vinci Genius in 2024, and now Legends Immersive Cinema in 2025, this journey has been a testament to that dream. With incredible partners like DLF Malls, we are turning this vision into reality and proving India can host the most advanced cultural experiences globally.'
'The premiere demonstrated how visitors can now immerse themselves in the visionary minds of history's greatest artists,' said producer Bert van der Ryd, managing director of Phoenix Immersive. 'This immersive show, designed for all ages, combines incredible technology with robust educational aspects, offering fresh and captivating exploration that engages audiences who may not typically visit museums.'
'Van Gogh - An Immersive Story delivered yet another groundbreaking experience that perfectly resonated with Indian audiences,' mentioned Mr. Prasad, CEO of iRealities. 'The Indian market is vibrant and ever-evolving, and this premiere validated our commitment to delivering dynamic and captivating content that creates emotional connections across generations.'
The twin showcases continue their run through August, with twelve daily shows and limited audience capacity to preserve an intimate experience. This initiative propels India into the international wave of immersive cinema, establishing permanent venues nationwide with a blueprint for innovative storytelling.
'Captivating the sights and sounds of Da Vinci and Van Gogh - beyond the canvas, into the mind. This is what art resembles in an AI enabled immersive world; Art that moves, a painting that you can step into, a journey through the swirling stars into Renaissance,' said Mr. Siddhartha Natu, Vice President and Cluster head, DLF Retail. DLF in its continuous effort to create social engagements for the community has brought this experience to the heart of Delhi NCR.
Following the successful Delhi premiere, the experience is expanding to Bangalore, Hyderabad, Kolkata, and more as part of Theia Enterprise India's ongoing mission to craft vivid, walk-through worlds for modern audiences.
Legends Immersive Cinema caters to school groups, families, and art lovers, offering special packages for educational and corporate programs. Tickets remain available via BookMyShow, combining intellectual depth with family-friendly entertainment.

Here's where you should eat this Independence Day weekend in Mumbai

Independence Day falls on a Friday this year. Yes, the long weekend kicks off with a dry day — but that just means you can save your bar tab for Saturday and Sunday, when Mumbai comes alive. From new restaurants, menus and limited-edition pop-ups to guest bartenders taking over the taps, Mumbai's restaurants and bars are pulling out all the stops. Whether you are in the mood for a lingering dinner, a one-night-only cocktail experiment, or a full-blown food crawl, here is how to make the most of your extra-long break before Monday rolls back around. Drift Perched above The Orangery at Nilaya Anthology in Lower Parel, Drift is Mumbai's newest all-day café and bar from EHV International — the kind of place that glides effortlessly from breezy brunches and mid-afternoon caffeine fixes to cocktails and candlelit dinners. The mood is European café cool, with a menu that is all about quality ingredients in a space that is as design-led as it is inviting. Chef Sumit Sawardekar draws on his classical European training to create a lunch and dinner line-up that is equal parts comforting and curious. From 11 am to 11 pm, you will find breakfast classics, sandwiches, burgers, hot dogs, and an enviable spread of pâtisserie and viennoiseries. Come mealtimes, expect crisp salads, shareable starters, hearty pastas, and indulgent à la carte desserts. Standouts include the tender gourd, beetroot and fennel salad, blue and goats cheese mille feuille, sunchoke and truffle agnolotti, and smoked chilli prawns. The pâtisserie counter tempts with the Basque cheesecake, chocolate fudge cake, and tiramisu, while the bread rack — stacked with house-baked loaves — adds both aroma and charm to the café's daily rhythm. From August 15 to 24, Sheeba will take over with a richer, more celebratory spread inspired by her professor-mother's practical cooking and her marital haveli's royal daawats — think ghutwan kebab, mutton yakhni pulao, chicken qorma, achhari machli, baingan ka raita with besan ki tikiyan, and desserts like qiwami siwayin, zarda, and ande ka halwa. Think hearty sandwiches with house-made potato wafers, bold pizzas that travel from the Amalfi coast to fiery Italian kitchens, and Chicago-style deep dish creations built for pure comfort. The sandwiches are little stories in themselves — the picnic is a grown-up nod to tiffin sandwiches and in-flight meals; the anything was an improvised high-tea hit that stuck; portobello and patty melt packs umami and indulgence for mushroom lovers; and frankly hot! turns buffalo-sauce nostalgia into a fiery cauliflower number. On the pizza front, limone e tartufo brings lemon peel, confit onion, habanero, candied jalapeño, and truffle cheese together in a sunny, spicy, earthy harmony, while fiamma dials up the heat with chilli-spiked San Marzano passata, sweet onions, garlic, oregano, and extra virgin olive oil. Deep-dish lovers can dive into the wild shroom — a triple-mushroom, gruyère, and mozzarella forest fantasy — or the firehouse, loaded with three cheeses, chilli-kissed sauce, jalapeños, olives, and sun-dried tomatoes. Desserts are pure joy: coconut panna cotta with salted maple caramel popcorn and lychee sorbet, froot loops tres leches topped with white chocolate chantilly and cereal crunch, chocolate and cherry kiss that nods to black forest decadence, and a playful affogato with chocolate boba. 8/10 Calcot House, Mudhana Shetty Marg, Behind Bombay House Fort, Mumbai; for reservations, call 9892843983 Journal Journal, the leafy-lane café known for quiet corners and creative comforts, has a new all-day menu that pairs perfectly with the monsoon's shifting moods. From chilled overnight oat jars in banana cinnamon, mocha crunch, and berry fresh to hearty bowls like the buddha bowl with couscous, chickpeas, avocado, and broccoli, or the asian crunch salad with edamame and pan-fried tofu in creamy peanut butter dressing, every dish is a balance of texture and warmth. Sandwich lovers can opt for katsu sandos — avocado katsu with pickles, asian slaw, and tonkatsu spread in Hokkaido milk bread, or chicken katsu glazed in sweet-spicy gochujang — while the shakshuka puff and cottage cheese puff make flaky, hand-held companions to a hot drink. Journal's coffee-first philosophy carries into its drinks menu with seasonal infusions. The jamun coffee tonic blends espresso, jamun pulp, and tonic for a tart lift, while the blue pineapple lemonade adds a tropical brightness. The orange vanilla cold brew is crisp and fragrant, the woody brew warms with orange, elderflower, cinnamon, and cardamom, and matcha variations — matcha yuzu fizz, coconut matcha with jaggery and coconut water, and strawberry matcha — offer grassy, citrusy, or creamy comfort. With flavours that feel familiar yet thoughtful, the new menu is made for grey mornings, humid afternoons, and the quiet after the rain, best enjoyed with a friend, a book, or your own thoughts. 396-3, North Ave, Potohar Nagar, Santacruz (West), Mumbai; for reservations, call 90046 99654 Mokai At Mokai, the Asian-inspired all-day dining and coffeehouse in Bandra, the new Travellers Monsoon menu collects stories from across Asia, where traditional recipes meet modern twists: the flaky, curry-laced massaman pulled shroom croissant, the deeply satisfying spicy tofu broth bowl, and Samui's chicken curry noodle bowl with crispy wontons and tender drumsticks in a flavour-rich Thai broth. Drinks range from the sparkling watermelon cooler with lime and sesame, the collagen matcha with spirulina and ceremonial-grade matcha, and the cereal killer almond latte with espresso, almond paste, and a cereal topping. Mokai is among the first to offer marine collagen as an add-on for a wellness twist. Desserts round off the journey, from the gooey nostalgia of hot chocolate french toast made with Hokkaido milk bread and Valrhona hot chocolate, to the lighter strawberry mochi — chewy, fruity, and eggless. Chapel Rd, St Sebastian Colony, Ranwar, Bandra West, Mumbai; for reservations, call 9820062166 Social's new menu Social has rolled out The Big Drop, its new menu, across 55+ outlets in 10 cities, including plenty right here in Mumbai. It is an all-day menu refresh that brings inventive flavour, playful new formats, and presentation-forward plates, all while keeping the cult favourites. Think fresh additions like ramen bowls (yes, with a desi spin), breakfast sandwiches, thalis, dunkables for chai time, and a whole new slate of snacks, burgers, and desserts. Start your morning with buttery avocado toast, anda kheema ghotala, or one of the new breakfast trays. Slurp your way through Kerala prawn stew ramen or nihari mutton ramen. Graze on golgappa, toast-e-galawati, popcorn chicken momos, or gochujong glazed mushrooms. If you are after something hearty, the vegetarian and non-vegetarian tiffins, pulled mutton nihari, or pepper chicken with black rice congee will sort you out. And do not skip the sweet endings — banoffee pie, dessert nachos, or a slice of basque cheesecake.

Who is golfer Tommy Fleetwood's wife Clare? The story of their love and 23-year age difference

Tommy Fleetwood, Clare Fleetwood (Image Source: Getty) A story of a business union turned personal, Clare and English golf star Tommy Fleetwood have disrupted the game both on the field and at home. It all started, so it is an unlikely circumstance: she was his representative. Their 23-year age gap played a part in the initial rejection, but they soon grew closer, eventually marrying, starting a family, and being 'each other's greatest advocates'. How Tommy Fleetwood and Clare's love story began and blossomed The first meeting between Tommy and Clare was in 2015, when Clare worked at Hambric Sports Management with Tommy's brother Joe. The agency's then-forced vice president of Europe, Clare, quickly became Tommy's manager. Clare initially rejected him, saying, 'We've got a 23-year age difference. Of course, I turned him down. I was like, 'Don't be stupid.' She recalled this on one of her appearances on the Performance People podcast. But the two did not cut off the string. You eventually became used to working together, whilst developing feelings for each other. Tommy explained that when they first started dating, they agreed their work and home lives would have nothing to do with each other, but he soon realized he couldn't find someone he trusted more than Clare. This trust helped in embracing both roles in their lives. The two got engaged in mid-2017 and married in a small beach ceremony in the Bahamas a few months later. Clare then gave birth to their son, Franklin ("Frankie") Fleetwood, in September of that same year. Clare also had two sons from a previous relationship, Oscar and Mo, who are both now immersed in golf and frequently accompany Tommy to tournaments. Tommy Fleetwood's Wife Clare Fleetwood Has Surprising Role in His Career The two, who have been an item since 2003, have been eviscerating the gossip mill whenever the age gap chatter arises. They never had a problem with it, although Tommy said they do get comments every once in a while. He jokingly suggested that maybe it would go unquestioned if the other way around. Together, they've only grown closer despite criticism from the outside, scrutinizing their relationship. In a world often cynical about unconventional relationships, the Fleetwood story is one of trust, mutual respect, and making each other the best version of themselves. Clare embodies the belief that there are great things to be achieved in life with a strong foundation of love built on shared values and understanding. Through manager, partner, wife, and mother, Clare has always been a steady anchor in Tommy's life. Catch Rani Rampal's inspiring story on Game On, Episode 4. Watch Here!

Last Updated: TMKOC star Munmun Dutta reveals her mother has been hospitalized for the past 10 days, shares health update, and thanks friends for their support during the challenging period. Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah star Munmun Dutta, known to millions as Babita Ji, has always been a vibrant presence on television and social media. Over the years, the actress has cultivated a massive fan following with her charming screen persona and candid glimpses into her life. However, her sudden absence from Instagram in recent days had left fans worried. Now, Munmun has finally addressed the reason behind her silence. Taking to her Instagram Stories, the actress shared a recent selfie along with a heartfelt note revealing that her mother had been unwell. 'Have been inactive since a long time, yes. My mom is unwell. Have been in and out of the hospital since last 10 days. Improving now and will be better. It's been exhausting to juggle between professional commitments and personal life. But grateful for my wonderful friends who were a huge support. God is great," she wrote. Munmun disclosed that her mother had been admitted for the past ten days, and she herself had been shuttling between home, the hospital, and her work obligations.
