iQOO Neo10 Pro+ specs leak again
So, let's see. The phone allegedly has a 6.82-inch "2K" LTPO OLED screen which has a circular polarizer (for no off-angle viewing issues when wearing polarized glasses), a 50 MP main camera and another camera next to it on the rear, LPDDR5X Ultra RAM and UFS 4.1 storage, as well as a 6,800 mAh battery with support for 120W wired charging. iQOO Neo10 Pro+ official teaser image
The Neo10 Pro+ is powered by Qualcomm's Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset, paired with a self-developed gaming chip of some sort. The handset also boasts an ultrasonic in-display fingerprint scanner, and it has a plastic frame. The notable cost cuts here are that frame, along with the camera section, otherwise this looks like a performance beast.
Previous rumors told us to expect a 50 MP or 8 MP ultrawide camera on the back next to that 50 MP main sensor, and a 16 MP selfie snapper. Anyway, we'll find out for sure in a few days.

Poco M7 4G arrives with a familiar set of specs
Vlad, 13 August 2025 A few hours ago, Poco made the M7 Plus official, but the brand had also prepared a bit of a surprise to go along with it: the Poco M7 4G. Not to be confused with the M7 5G, which launched back in March, the 4G-only model has appeared in Poland and is powered by Qualcomm's Snapdragon 685 4G SoC. This is paired with either 6GB of RAM and 128GB of storage, or 8GB of RAM and 256GB of storage. MicroSD cards up to 2TB are supported for expansion. The phone sports a 6.9-inch 1080x2340 LCD screen with 144Hz refresh rate, 288Hz touch sampling rate, and 850-nit peak brightness, a 50 MP rear camera with f/1.8 aperture and 1080p video recording support, and an 8 MP selfie snapper with f/2.0 aperture and 1080p video recording. The lights are kept on by a 7,000 mAh battery with support for 33W wired charging, but the phone isn't sold with a charger in the box (at least in Europe). There's also a side-mounted fingerprint scanner, and IP64 dust and water resistance. The M7 4G runs Xiaomi's HyperOS 2. It measures 171.08 x 82.05 x 8.55 mm and weighs 224g. If all of these specs feel familiar, that's because they're nigh-on identical to those of the recently released Redmi 15 4G.

Cover screen battery life: how long can you use Galaxy Z Flip 7 and Moto Razr Ultra, external screens only?
$200 off (13%) The Motorola Razr Ultra is here, and the official store has a splendid deal to help you save big on this ultra-powerful Snapdragon 8 Elite phone. The model with massive 1TB of storage is $200 off right now, and the official store gives you a free Moto Watch Fit ($199.98 value) with your smartphone purchase. Buy at Motorola So, the cover screens on both are almost square-ish, the Razr Ultra is a bit narrower. The upside is that the Razr does give you slightly more when you open it up, but in general, these feel quite the same both closed and open. Now, on to the question — how much battery do you save by sticking to the cover screens as much as possible? So, we ran our infinite YouTube playlist through both phones, first on the main screens, then with the phone flaps closed. Brightness settings and volume set the same. Interesting results! The Galaxy Z Flip 7 barely makes any difference. Whether you are watching on the internal or external screen — you get about the same amount of juice. An odd 20 minutes isn't going to make much difference in real life usage scenarios. The Razr Ultra 2025, on the other hand, came out a lot more efficient, giving us a full 4 hours (roughly a 66% improvement) of extra use! Our web browsing test runs a script, which simulates swiping across web pages and loading new ones at equal intervals. Again, brightness and refresh settings are the same. And again, the results are curious. The Samsung, again, seems to offer very little gains if you only use the external screen. At this point, if you are using that cover screen thinking you are saving battery — you might as well stop. It is still more convenient for quick replies, weather checks, and GPS navigation! Just not more energy-efficient. The Motorola Razr Ultra 2025, again, gave us a boost in endurance. About 5 extra hours of web page viewing, or roughly a 22% improvement. So, if you are planning to be a bit of a trickster with your phone usage and use the cover screen to save up on battery — the Motorola Razr Ultra 2025 seems to be the phone you should go for. The Galaxy Z Flip 7 offers no gains if you choose to live on the crammy 4-inch screen for general purpose use.

DCS: Dimensity 9500 will launch one day before Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 Elite
Qualcomm already confirmed it plans to host the annual Snapdragon Summit from September 23 -25, where we'll see the announcement of its Snapdragon 8 Elite chip. But arch-rival MediaTek may one-up Qualcomm by unveiling its Dimensity 9500 flagship chipset a day earlier on September 22. The latest information comes from tipster Digital Chat Station, who holds a solid track record. The vivo X300 Pro and Oppo Find X9 Pro are expected to be the first devices armed with the Dimensity 9500 chip. MediaTek's upcoming flagship chip will be fabbed on TSMC's N3P node (3nm) and is expected to feature an eight-core CPU using ARM's latest Cortex-X9 design. A Geekbench listing from earlier this year revealed the CPU will feature a Travis X930 main core clocked @3.23 GHz, 3x Alto cores running @3.03 GHz and 4x Gelas cores ticking @2.23 GHz. The CPU will be joined by a more efficient Mali-G1-Ultra MC12 GPU, which is reportedly clocked at 1GHz and able to run ray tracing games at over 100fps. The new chip will also feature a boosted NPU rated at 100 TOPS. Source (in Chinese)
