Fixed pay and equity: ₹60 lakh + ₹40 lakh
According to the viral job post, the role offers a fixed annual salary of ₹60 lakh, plus ₹40 lakh in company equity. The startup is looking for someone who can start right away and be available to work from its Bengaluru office five days a week, though there's some flexibility when it comes to work hours.

According to the post, they're looking for someone with around 4 to 5 years of experience who's confident working with Next.js, Python, and React.js.
Kamath further noted, 'PS – Experience working with systems scaling systems from 0 to 100 will add a ton of bonus points.'
