Brad Marchand Addresses Stress Levels Before Oilers-Panthers Rematch
The Florida Panthers are preparing for their third straight Stanley Cup Final appearance, and this time, they will feature a veteran forward, bringing a very different perspective to the team.

Brad Marchand, who joined Florida from the Boston Bruins at the trade deadline, is playing in his first finals since 2019 and third overall.
Despite the high stakes, the 37-year-old said on Sunday that he feels more relaxed now than he has in years. Marchand spent his entire 16-year career with the Bruins and endured several high-pressure playoff runs that ended in disappointment.
This year, Marchand says the atmosphere in Florida and the team's recent success have allowed him to enjoy the experience differently.
"I honestly feel less stressed now going into this Final than I did in the first round of the last five playoffs I was in," Marchand told Amalie Benjamin of NHL.com.

Last spring, Marchand and the Bruins beat the Toronto Maple Leafs in Game 7 of the first round before falling to Florida one round later.
Before that, in the 2023 postseason, the Presidents' Trophy-winning Bruins were upset in Round 1 by the Panthers.

Now, Marchand is skating alongside the group that ousted his team twice. The winger said the shift has helped him approach this moment much more relaxed than in years past.
"I'm just so excited for it," Marchand said. "I'm not nervous about it at all. At the end of the day, however it plays out, it's going to play out."
Already 37 years old, Marchand brushed off any thoughts about retiring once his current contract ends at the end of the playoffs.

Marchand, however, acknowledged that this might be his last chance at winning another title.
"Statistically, it'll most likely be my last one; hopefully it's not, but that's just how this game works," Marchand said. "I'm just going to enjoy every second of it."

Yankees tie club record with 9 home runs in 13-3 win over Rays
TAMPA, Fla. (AP) — Giancarlo Stanton and Cody Bellinger both hit two home runs, Aaron Judge launched his 40th of the season and the New York Yankees matched a franchise record with nine longballs Tuesday night in a 13-3 win over the Tampa Bay Rays. Judge, Bellinger and Stanton went back-to-back-to-back in the first inning to give the Yankees a 3-0 lead four batters into the game — after the first pitch was delayed nearly two hours by rain. José Caballero connected twice for his first career multihomer game. Jazz Chisholm Jr. and Ben Rice also went deep for the Yankees, who won their fourth straight and looked awfully comfortable in a road game at their spring training home. New York took full advantage of the cozy dimensions before a crowd of 10,046 at George M. Steinbrenner Field, where the Rays are playing while Tropicana Field undergoes repairs. Bellinger finished 4 for 5 with three RBIs. Following the long rain delay, Shane Baz (8–10) gave up Judge's 429-foot shot to center field. Bellinger followed with a 381-foot drive to right, and Stanton lined a 386-footer to right-center. Baz allowed six runs and seven hits, including five homers, in three innings. He has yielded 29 earned runs in his last 28 innings (9.32 ERA) over six starts. Carlos Rodón (13-7) earned the win, allowing two runs in six innings. New York also hit nine home runs in its second game of the season, a 20-9 victory over Milwaukee on March 29 at Yankee Stadium. Key moment The Yankees became the first team in major league history to hit back-to-back-to-back homers in the first inning three times in one season (also March 29 and April 29). Key stat Judge became the fourth Yankees player with at least four 40-homer seasons, joining Babe Ruth (11), Lou Gehrig (5) and Mickey Mantle (4). Judge hit 52 homers in 2017, 62 in 2022 and 58 in 2024. Up next Rays RHP Drew Rasmussen (10-5, 2.60 ERA) starts Wednesday against Yankees rookie Cam Schlittler (1–2, 3.94). ___ AP MLB: Kristie Ackert, The Associated Press

Draymond Green sparks Jimmy Butler dialogue over Heat's Haywood Highsmith trade
Draymond Green sparks Jimmy Butler dialogue over Heat's Haywood Highsmith trade originally appeared on NBC Sports Bay Area 'Don't put that evil on me, Ricky Bobby! I had nothing to do with it!' Jimmy Butler channeled his inner Will Ferrell when Draymond Green dragged him into a back-and-forth on social media over the weekend. The exchange took place after the Miami Heat traded forward Haywood Highsmith to the Brooklyn Nets on Friday. The trade sent Highsmith and a 2032 second-round pick to the Nets in exchange for a protected 2026 second-round pick. Highsmith was looked at as a key piece to Miami's future while Butler still was with the team before the Feb. 5 trade to the Warriors, but Green appears to believe the praise, by some, was exaggerated. Highsmith averaged 24.6 minutes per game last season with the Heat, while scoring only 6.5 PPG. Butler averaged 17.5 PPG last season, which puts these two in completely different categories. The Heat reportedly made offers to the Phoenix Suns for now-Houston Rockets forward Kevin Durant this offseason, but Miami team president Pat Riley was unwilling to include young assets like Highsmith. The complexities of Butler's relationship with the Heat organization ultimately were unreconcilable in the end, but he seems much more at home now with the Warriors and isn't too excited to contribute to Green's social media banter.
