Realme 15 shows up in the Google Play Console, has more specs confirmed

GSM Arena2 days ago
The Realme 15 and Realme 15 Pro are getting fully official on July 24, and the company has been engaged in a pretty comprehensive teaser campaign about them in recent days. Realme has already confirmed that there will be no Pro+ model this time around, with the Pro taking the place of the Pro+ in the lineup, and the 'vanilla' 15 replacing the 14 Pro.
While we try and wrap our heads around that, the Realme 15 has been spotted in the Google Play Console. This has confirmed its screen resolution as being 1080x2392, as well as the fact that the phone will launch running Android 15 and with 8GB of RAM. Of course, more memory versions could be offered as well.
According to the listing, the Realme 15 is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 7300 SoC. For its part, Realme is advertising the chipset as being the Dimensity 7300+, but as always with such "customized" versions of MediaTek SoCs, you shouldn't assume there's any difference aside from the branding itself.
Realme has already confirmed that the 15's screen has 144 Hz refresh rate, and that it boasts a 7,000 mAh battery with support for 80W wired charging while still being just 7.66mm thick. The phone is also IP69 certified for dust and water resistance. It will be available in Silk Pink, Velvet Green, and Flowing Silver.

Weekly poll: who wants a OnePlus Nord 5 or a Nord CE5?

OnePlus refreshed the Nord series with two interesting models – one brings the first Snapdragon 8-series chip to the Nord family, the other has the biggest battery of any OnePlus phone yet... kind of. The OnePlus Nord 5 sports a Snapdragon 8s Gen 3, which showed great performance in our review. It comes with Android 15 out of the box and will receive 4 OS updates. It has a large 6.83' OLED display with fast 144Hz refresh rate and a sizable 6,800mAh battery, if we're talking about the unit sold in India. The international model has only 5,200mAh capacity. OnePlus Nord 5 The Nord 5 also has a capable 50MP main (1/1.56' LYT-700) and 50MP selfie (1/2.75' JN5) cameras (the 8MP ultra-wide is not so good). We do wish it had eSIM, though. The OnePlus Nord CE5 has an even bigger battery – the biggest OnePlus battery, in fact, at 7,100mAh. But again, this is only for the Indian market, everyone else gets a 5,200mAh power cell and will have to pretend to be happy with that. OnePlus Nord CE5 The CE5 is powered by the Dimensity 8350 Apex with all-big CPU cores and it has expandable storage, unlike its sibling. The main 50MP camera here is smaller and you only get a 16MP selfie. We will be testing those soon. At a glance: OnePlus Nord 5 • OnePlus Nord CE5 Both phones are rated IP65, the Nord 5 also has Gorilla Glass 7i to protect the display. Both phones went on sale last week. Did you buy one? Are you planning to? First, a look at the prices: OnePlus Nord 5 OnePlus Nord CE5 8/128GB - €300 / £250 / ₹25,000 8/256GB €450/ £400 / ₹32,000 €350 / £300 / ₹29,000 12/512GB €500 / £450 / ₹38,000 - Let's start with the OnePlus Nord 5 – it's the most powerful Nord yet, though you can find phones with more performance for the same price (and some even cost less). Will you buy one? The OnePlus Nord CE5 comes as a more affordable alternative, though the price gap between the 256GB Nord 5 and CE5 in India is pretty small. And outside of India, the phone feels a lot less special with that smaller battery. Are you interested? OnePlus Nord 5 5G OnePlus Nord CE5 5G

Motorola is giving new clothes to its Edge 60 Fusion mid-ranger

Motorola announced the Edge 60 Fusion back in April, and the phone is already available for purchase in many markets around the globe. Currently, the Edge 60 Fusion is available in four PANTONE flavors: Slipstream, Amazonite, Mykonos Blue, and Zephyr. However, the US- based handset maker plans to launch an additional color option for the Edge 60 Fusion: PANTONE Mocha Mousse. It's the same color Motorola used for the much more expensive Razr 50 Ultra and Razr+ 2024, as well as for the Edge 50 Neo. Keep in mind that depending on the market, some of these colors might not be available, but it's probably safe to assume that Motorola will want to make the new Mocha Mousse color option for the Edge 60 Fusion available in as many markets as possible. Fun fact: Mocha Mousse was declared the Color of the Year 2025. It remains to be seen when exactly Motorola will bring the Mocha Mousse-colored Edge 60 Fusion to market, but the recently leaked high-resolution picture confirms its existence. Motorola Edge 60 Fusion is a bit of a disappointment, especially if you're a fan of the brand. The phone doesn't bring too many improvements over similarly priced phones from last year, such as the Motorola Edge 50 Neo or Edge 50 Fusion. Motorola Edge 60 Fusion in PANTONE Mocha Mousse color | Image credit: The only upgrade over the two phones that's worth mentioning is the slightly bigger 5,200 / 5,500 mAh battery. Other than that, the Edge 60 Fusion seems to be a phone that should not exist. Not to mention that it's much cheaper than the Edge 60 Fusion. Other notable competitors for the Motorola Edge 60 Fusion are the Xiaomi Redmi Note 14 Pro 5G, Oppo Reno 12, Realme 14 Pro, and even Nothing's CMF Phone 1.
