13 Absolutely Baffling Photos From This Week That Will Make You Say, "What Am I Even Looking At?"

Yahoo11 hours ago
Hello again, and welcome to our roundup of the most confusing photos we found on Reddit this week. Check out last week's if you missed it — and let's get right into it!
1.Is this a top-down view or is the person looking up?
The person who took the photo is actually at the base of the stairs, looking up — you can tell by the railings.
2.Where did this dog's body go?
It is most definitely there! The foreground is a curb, and the photo was taken from a lower position than the dog, so its body is just hiding behind its head!
3.There is a car here. Can you tell where?
It is on the left side and is making a perfect mirror reflection off the background. The two black things above the tire are the handles.
4.Someone called this "a bouquet of toe beans" and it is confusing and a bit unsettling. Can you decipher it?
The dog has all four of its paws just hanging off the couch. Its black toenails are what make this photo even more trippy, but it is just four dog legs, each with five paw pads.
5.Yikes! Is this a tarantuala/bird hybrid?
Nah, those are babies, and what looks like a tarantula is actually each one of their wings folded up beside them.
6.This one creates all sorts of confusion. Are you confused?
Some people want to know why the middle person appears to be pulling their hair out (she's just pulling out a hair tie). And some people think the last photo is someone, uh, spreading their cheeks, but it is just a back massage. Lastly, people are also wondering why "pregnancy" appears to be a service, lol.
7.Is this a tiny pizza...or what is going on here?
The pizza is normal-sized, just on the floor, and the person is standing up. They are holding the key up in front of them to make the pizza look even smaller. A depth perception trick!
8.What is this person sitting on?
Just a big bean bag that happens to resemble the color of sweatpants!
9.Is this person disappearing?
Nope! Their hat just matches the sun on the ground in the background perfectly, and the rest of their body is in the shade.
10.Is this dough indented or popping out?
It looks like it is popping out, but it is actually indented.
11.Yes, that couple is holding hands. But, what is that in the background?
It is someone's leg crossed over their other leg with their arm resting on top. Get your mind out of the gutter!
12.This bride does not have one arm that is larger than the other. Why does it look like it, though?
Her arm is blending in with the person behind her who is tending to the back of her dress.
13.And, finally, what is going on with this ghost cat?
This is not the reflection of a cat; it is a reflection of the cabinets in the back.
Which one of these photos stumped you the most? Let us know in the comments!

28 Silly Reasons Why People Unfollowed A Celebrity

In today's day and age, it's easy to have a parasocial relationship with your fav celebrity. I'll admit, me and Harry Styles go wayyyyyy back. But for the same reasons one may follow a celebrity, there are many others for unfollowing a celebrity. Over on Reddit, people are chiming in about the most unserious reasons they hit that unfollow button. Here were some of the best (and most hilarious) responses... "Jake Gyllenhaal could do no wrong in my eyes, he has been hot in every iteration of himself. Bald, skinny, dorky, Donnie Darko, jacked Prince of Persia, creepy crime scene photographer. But once he admitted he doesn't shower often I lost my lady boner. 😞" "I don't know if this counts because I didn't enjoy his music before this, but I hate Ed Sheeran because he talked about how he always farts while performing and sh*t himself on stage once because he misjudged a fart. He also admitted he doesn't change his underwear everyday during the same interview. Nasty ass (literally), man probably has skid marks in his undies. It's all I can think about when I hear his music and I have to change the station." "Miles Teller looks like a hybrid of two of my exes. His voice even sounds like a mix of their voices. I just can't even look at him without getting the creeps." "I got back into Charlie Puth briefly when he released songs like 'Light Switch' and 'Left and Right.' However, he did this one interview where he mentioned how he would have an idea for a song in the middle the deed. He said he stopped to record a voice note, then got back to doing the nasty. I don't think I've listened to any of his music since." "I stopped watching the show Bad Sisters because I felt like the main characters on that show all have bad breath. How would I know? I'll never know. But I can't get over it." "I think I was 10 when Selena Gomez came out with 'Who Says' and as an avid stan and reader of J-14 and Tiger Beat, I was APPALLED by the lyric: 'I'm no beauty queen, I'm just beautiful me.' I felt so betrayed because she had been a winner of child beauty pageants (information I had learned from teen magazines), and I was so upset she would undermine an otherwise good message with LIES. When my friends were making lip-sync videos to later Selena Gomes & the Scene bops, I refused to participate out of principle. Anyway, I eventually realized she didn't write that lyric and I got diagnosed with autism." "Jon Bernthal not liking naps." "Sabrina Carpenter. Not because of any of her current controversies, but when she first started blowing up, the Spotify algorithm kept shoving her songs down my throat no matter what playlist I had on. I ended up having to block her artist profile and I'm still annoyed to this day and refuse to listen to her out of spite." "Rosamund Pike because she never blinks in anything. It's so unsettling. You know who else blinks infrequently? Sociopaths. I'm convinced she must be one, even though she always picks roles and projects that I think are great." "U2 and the Songs of Innocence debacle. I have had such a hatred for them ever since lol." "I have one sided beef with Dakota Johnson ever since she said she lied about loving limes. I soon realized that she just lies all the time for fun. I hate her lol." "I cannot, for the life of me, listen to any Dominic Fike song since that awfully long performance on Euphoria." "I stopped listening to Iggy Azalea's music after she said that people who let their dogs sleep in their bed are gross. LOL." "7 year old me had a grudge against Justin Bieber bc I thought he was stealing the JB initials from the Jonas Brothers. I refused to listen to him. 😭" "Taylor Swift could've been a saint from the moment she first picked up a microphone and I still wouldn't like her because of how 'Love Story' mistold Romeo and Juliet lol." "I've held a grudge against Josh Hutcherson since I was 4 years old. The original reason was that I didn't like how he treated his brother in Zathura, but other equally stupid reasons have been added over the years, mainly that Bridge to Teribithia traumatized me and was nothing like the trailer made it seem." "Austin Butler after he wouldn't shut up about all the ways he morphed into Elvis, and that god awful accent 💀 The desperation for an Oscar was such an ick for me." "Norman Reedus because when I was a hardcore Rick Grimes stan, I was always finding stupid a** Daryl Dixon merch everywhere, but not nearly enough Rick." "I hate Jason Mraz not only because his music is cringey and bad but mainly because he's never wearing any damn shoes!! I must be subjected to his music AND his feet? Shameful." "Ryan Reynolds. I just didn't like that they kept pedaling him as being the hottest actor when he is definitely not." "I never really found George Clooney that attractive and I'm pretty meh on him as an actor. Like he's fine, I liked Ocean's 11. I accepted that other people found him good-looking. Then we watched O Brother Where Art Thou in English class. Specifically in that movie, he looks and acts so similarly to my hillbilly father (who I did not get along with) that I can never find him attractive. He's not. He looks like my dad. He doesn't actually look like my dad, but he did and I cannot accept that he may be attractive to people." "Jamie Oliver pisses me the fuck off because of how he lies to our faces about oil use. He'll say 'you need just a little bit' before pouring half the bottle in. Shut up Jamie." "Jennifer Lawrence tripping the second time." "Eliza Dushku and a college friend of mine both auditioned for an acting job (I have no idea what it was), and Eliza Dushku got it. Keep in mind, this happened an entire decade before I met this girl. When she told us about it, though, my whole friend group resolved to disliking Eliza Dushku forever in a show of solidarity. Then Bring It On came out, and I crumpled. I never told them, though." "I saw someone once post that 'Emma Stone looks like a Bitmoji' — I can't unsee it and for some reason this made my brain dislike her?" "Lorde shushing people at her concert." "John Malkovich because of his speaking cadence." "Jordin Sparks because my name is Jordan and I hated the way she spelt her name. 😅" The internet is a weird place — and sometimes, it takes very little for us to ditch a celebrity. Meghan Markle releases As Ever rosé — but you'll have to spend over $100 to get it

Meghan Markle has officially launched her As Ever brand rosé — and with quite a steep price tag. The rosé starts at $90 for three bottles, plus $20 flat-rate shipping, meaning you'll have to spend $110 total to try it. Shoppers can also opt for a six-bottle package for $159 or a 12-bottle case for $300. However, shipping isn't available in all U.S. states. Those in Alabama, Alaska, Delaware, Mississippi, Rhode Island, and Utah who were hoping to try Meghan's newest product will have to wait. And in Hawaii, shipping is only available to the counties of Hawaii and Kauai. International shipping is also unavailable. The bottles will begin shipping July 9. The rosé marks Meghan's first alcoholic offering. 'With soft notes of stone fruit, gentle minerality and a lasting finish, this bespoke blend is launching just in time for summer entertaining,' a description for the rosé reads. Meghan's foray into alcoholic beverages comes as the company restocked some of its products in June after selling out in less than an hour during the initial April launch. Among those products were $15 Flower Sprinkles, $14 Crepe Mix, $14 Shortbread Cookie Mix with Flower Sprinkles, and $12 Herbal Teas in three flavors: hibiscus, lemon ginger, and peppermint. The teas, however, have since sold out again. As Ever's June re-launch also introduced two new products: a $28 Limited-Edition Orange Blossom Honey and a $9 Apricot Spread. Both products also quickly sold out. While Meghan didn't restock her viral $9 Raspberry Spread, it will be coming back soon, according to As Ever's website. More to follow

Thanks to Netflix's NASA+, You Can Go Out of This World with International Space Station Livestream

This year, we've already gotten a Sally Ride documentary and another Ryan Gosling astronaut movie, but the biggest space-centric development in 2025 is all thanks to Netflix's unprecedented partnership with NASA: meet NASA+. Starting this summer, audiences can view live NASA space expeditions and watch each second of the International Space Station capturing out of this world (literally) footage of Earth. 'The National Aeronautics and our Space Act of 1958 calls on us to share our story of space exploration with the broadest possible audience,' Rebecca Sirmons, general manager of NASA+, said in an official statement. 'Together, we're committed to a Golden Age of Innovation and Exploration — inspiring new generations — right from the comfort of their couch or in the palm of their hand from their phone.' NASA+ will be available for free, without ads, through the NASA app and on the NASA website. As today's announcement notes, the work of NASA will become 'even more accessible, allowing the agency to increase engagement with and inspire a global audience in a modern media landscape, where Netflix reaches a global audience of more than 700 million people.' Netflix has been doubling down on educational efforts in recent months: the streamer now has exclusive worldwide premiere rights for beloved PBS show 'Sesame Street.' The platform scooped the rights to the iconic series after Warner Bros. Discovery's HBO Max opted to not take on the contract again. 'Sesame Street' will continue to be available on PBS KIDS and across their digital video and games platforms to continue providing free public television. 'Sesame Street' is created by Sesame Workshop, a global nonprofit. Netflix is debuting a reimagined Season 56, as well as airing 90 hours of previous episodes and unveiling spinoff storylines. In addition to the series, Netflix will also further expand the 'Sesame Street' franchise by developing video games for both 'Sesame Street' and 'Sesame Street Mecha Builders.' Netflix also famously has been the platform for a slew of nature docs, including 'Our Living World' narrated by Cate Blanchett, and 'Our Planet' with Sir David Attenborough, Salma Hayek, and Penélope of IndieWire Guillermo del Toro's Favorite Movies: 56 Films the Director Wants You to See 'Song of the South': 14 Things to Know About Disney's Most Controversial Movie Nicolas Winding Refn's Favorite Films: 37 Movies the Director Wants You to See
