Jamie Oliver shares sweet throwback wedding snaps with wife Jools on their 25th anniversary as he shares heartfelt message
And Jamie Oliver marked his 25th wedding anniversary with wife Jools on Tuesday by sharing a series of sweet throwback snaps from their big day.
In one stunning photo, the celebrity chef, 50, looked dapper in a blue blazer and matching trousers, paired with a crisp, baby pink shirt.
Jools, also 50, looked elegant in a strapless white silk wedding dress, complete with a long train.
Jamie also re-shared several beautiful photos from their vow renewal ceremony in 2023, which took place at the luxurious Soneva Fushi Resort in the Maldives.
For the romantic occasion, Jamie again opted for a blue blazer and trousers, this time styled with a crisp white shirt and a floral lapel pin.
Jools looked elegant in an off-the-shoulder wedding dress, complete with a ruffled design and a thigh-high slit.
Alongside the photos, Jamie penned: 'Today I'm 25 years married to this incredible woman! @joolsoliver.
'Jools, you're my rock. Kind, funny, always there for me and the kids. Honestly, I couldn't have achieved anything I'm proud of without you.
'What a privilege to get older with you I still think you're gorgeous like when we were 18 years old even if you don't believe it you are ! Big love Jools.
'Here's to even more adventures and laughs together bring on the next 25 years. Love you so much ❤️Happy 25th wedding anniversary ❤️ jamie x5x X x x'.
Jools and Jamie first began dating when they were teenagers and tied the knot in the chef's home village of Rickling, Essex, on June 24, 2000.
Speaking in 2019 about renewing their vows, Jools said: 'Next year, we'll have been married 20 years, and we're going to get married again, but do things differently – outside and barefoot.
Looking back on their first trip down the aisle, she recalled: 'Our first dance was to Dusty Springfield's I Only Want To Be With You, but Jamie doesn't like dancing, so I threw him off. I was in my element!'
Chef Jamie, who hails from Essex, reportedly has a net worth of around £300million.
He previously insisted the humiliating collapse of his Italian restaurant chain, which saw 1,000 people losing their jobs, was just a 'minor blip'.
Jamie's Italian went bust in May 2019 after profits plunged and customers stayed away, with 22 outlets closing and about 1,000 jobs axed.
The spectacular downfall of Jamie's business empire left the Italian food company owing around £83 million.
Previously speaking about the crushing collapse of his beloved restaurant chain, the TV personality said: 'It happens, and I would call it a minor blip really, in the vision and the dream. A very painful one. But definitely, I'm better for it.
'We had 13 amazing years and learned loads. I was a young man when I started, I'm much older and wiser now.'
When asked whether or not he had learned from the closure of his Italian restaurant chain, he said: 'Yeah, for sure, and every other failure that I've had - which is about 50 per cent. But I've never been more rounded, I've never been more experienced.
Now, Jamie has revived his presence in the London restaurant scene with his modern British restaurant, Jamie Oliver Catherine St, which launched in November 2023 and is in the heart of Covent Garden.
'What a privilege to get older with you I still think you're gorgeous like when we were 18 years old even if you don't believe it you are ! Big love Jools'

Mum on £3,500 holiday forced to get up early to tackle 'unfair' sunbed war
A mother on holiday with her family has revealed how she was forced to get up early because of 'unfair' sunbed hogs. Lianne Smith, 39, spent a week in Cala'n Bosch with her husband, two children, parents and her brother. However, her £3,500 holiday wasn't quite as relaxing as Lianne hoped as she soon found herself battling other overly keen tourists for sun loungers in the mornings. She revealed she found it hard to secure six beds together, because of other eager holidaymakers reserving them in the early hours. 'It goes against what I think is right. It's annoying, but you pay all that money - and if you can't beat them, join them,' the mother-of-two said. Lianne, from Bristol, recalled how even though the hotel pool didn't officially open until 10am, nearly a third of the sun loungers were gone by 8.30am. She explained how a lot of the 'taken' sun beds were actually for children who would spend most of their time in the pool. The holidaymaker said: 'The first morning we tried to get sunbeds together, but by the time we arrived, people had already staked their spots well before the pool even opened. However, her £3,500 holiday wasn't quite as relaxing as Lianne hoped as she soon found herself battling other overly keen tourists for sun loungers in the mornings 'When we showed up, there was no way to sit next to each other – everyone was spread out all around the pool. 'We tried arriving later on another day, but it was the same story every time.' Lianne explained how she ended up 'sneaking out' while the kids were still sleeping and put towels on beds. 'What really gets to me is when people reserve beds for their kids – it feels unfair,' she fumed. 'We'd never reserve spots for all 10 of us. 'The kids are usually in the pool anyway, so we just share beds.' Lianne posted about her experience on TikTok, and said that although she enjoyed the holiday overall, other tourists creating daily sunbed wars wasn't so relaxing. She said: 'Most people agreed it's super frustrating. We spent one morning at the beach, but usually, we prefer to hang around the pool.' She explained how a lot of the 'taken' sun beds were actually for children who would spend most of their time in the pool (stock) The mother shared that she had heard about a sunbed booking system used elsewhere and felt it was a good solution to the problem. She said: 'One person mentioned they'd been somewhere with a ticket system to book sunbeds in advance. 'I'm honestly surprised there isn't a better way to manage it all.

Kelly Clarkson's late ex-husband Brandon Blackstock is remembered in moving tribute by son after shock death
's ex-husband Brandon Blackstock was saluted in an emotional tribute shared by his son from a previous relationship over the weekend, just days after his death at 48 from cancer. Seth, 19, whom Brandon shares with his first wife Melissa Ashworth, shared photos of himself and his father going back to when he was just a small child. Blackstock, who was revealed to have been battling melanoma, was seen in a relatively recent photo with his son in which he looked particularly thin compared to earlier pictures. 'I lost my hero yesterday, words can't describe how proud of you I am on raising me and your 3 other kids,' Seth wrote in his caption. "You were a father, a son, a brother, and most importantly my best friend. 'You'll have to watch me grow up from a Birds Eye view now buts that's OK with me. There's no one else on this earth that I would want to be my dad because no one can be half the man you were to me,' he continued. 'I'll see you everyday when the sun rises and falls. 'I can confidently say all the deer and elk took a sigh of relief when the best hunter I've ever known laid his rifle down for the last time,' Seth concluded. 'I love you so much and can't wait to throw a line in the water with you again. Love you dad. Be good or good at it — love your son Seth.' Blackstock also shares an older daughter named Savannah, 23, with his first wife. One photo from Seth's post, taken when he appeared to be a toddler, showed him grinning ear-to-her as his father beamed proudly behind him. Another photo showed Seth a little older as he and his sister Savannah played with their German Shepherd dog and their dad outdoors. Brandon appeared to share his love of life on the ranch with his son, as their were multiple photos of the two tending to livestock and at what looked like rodeo competitions. The two wore similar cowboy hats as they rode horses in another sweet snap Ashworth paid her own tribute to her ex-husband in a post from Saturday featuring a photo of Blackstock with Savannah and her son Lake. 'On May 29, 1999 I married the man who would become the father of my children. Brandon was full of charm, wit, and just an absolute gentleman who happened to wear cowboy boots, wrangler jeans, and a cowboy hat,' she captioned her post. 'He was by far, hands down, the best Daddy and Pa. He loved hard and he fought hard,' Ashworth continued. 'The best thing Brandon has left for his children is they know where he is. Blackstock's first wife, Melissa Ashworth, paid her own tribute to her ex-husband in a post from Saturday featuring a photo of her ex with Savannah and her son Lake 'I've heard it said, "Nothing is lost when you know where it is" and Brandon is with Jesus his Savior. Savannah, Seth, and our grandchildren are the best parts of who Brandon and I are. Thank you all for your prayers and condolences ✝️,' she wrote. Ashworth concluded her post with a black-and-white photo of her and Blackworth smiling for the camera on their wedding day. In addition to his children with his first wife, Blackstock also shared his daughter River, 11, and son Remington, nine, with Clarkson. Blackstock, a talent manager and the former stepson of country superstar Reba McEntire, was married to the American Idol star from 2013–2022. The news of Blackstock's death came hours after Clarkson revealed she was postponing the remaining dates on her Las Vegas residency in August due to her ex-husband's illness. A representative for the family said in a statement: 'It is with great sadness that we share the news that Brandon Blackstock has passed away. 'Brandon bravely battled cancer for more than three years. He passed away peacefully and was surrounded by family. 'We thank you for your thoughts and prayers and ask everyone to respect the family's privacy during this very difficult time.' Blackstock had been battling melanoma, according to TMZ. Melanoma is a serious form of skin cancer that develops in the cells responsible for skin pigmentation, according to the Mayo Clinic. It is caused by exposed to ultraviolet light, and melanoma usually develops on parts of the skin that are regularly exposed to the sun, a major source of UV light. Clarkson, 43, and Blackstock welcomed two children, River, 11, and Remington, nine, before their split in 2020. Blackstock also had two children from a previous marriage, Savannah, 23, and Seth, 19 and a grandson, Lake. One month before Blackstock's death, Savannah announced she was expecting her second child, a baby girl. She wrote on Instagram: 'We've been keeping a couple sweet surprises. One little girl will be making her arrival at the beginning of January and another beautiful girl named Julianna who has already been one of the greatest blessings to our family. 'The Lord has been so faithful. He's written a story we never could've imagined, and His kindness in this season has left us in awe. He's answered prayers we never even knew how to pray. This journey has been so special full of peace, excitement, and so much grace. We're growing again, and our hearts are so full. Thank you, Jesus.' Blackstock was last pictured in March of this year, looking frail as he joined River and Remington at the Houston Rodeo with his brother Shelby and McEntire. Blackstock's father, film producer Narvel Blackstock, was married to McEntire from 1989–2015 and they share Shelby, 35. In a statement shared to X on Wednesday, Clarkson revealed that it was a health-related issue with Blackstock that forced her to step away from the stage. 'Unfortunately, I need to postpone the remainder of the August Studio Session dates in Las Vegas,' she wrote. 'While I normally keep my personal life private, this past year, my children's father has been ill and at this moment, I need to be fully present for them. 'I am sincerely sorry to everyone who bought tickets to the shows and I so appreciate your grace, kindness and understanding,' she concluded. Clarkson didn't include information about what would happen to fans who had already purchased tickets to her postponed residency dates. Clarkson's relationship with Blackstock began in 2012, and the two tied the knot the following year. They had both a romantic and professional relationship at first, as her husband also served as her manager. Clarkson's 2015 song Piece By Piece was written in honor of Blackstock, who she said gave her security her father never did. However, Clarkson filed for divorce in June 2020 on grounds of irreconcilable differences, and the two were subsequently engaged in years of legal wrangling related to their finances. Their messy divorce was reported to have been finalized in March of 2022, but it wasn't until a year later that Clarkson won a $2.6 million judgment against her husband. Clarkson had claimed her husband owed her millions in commissions that he should not have been able to collect for deals that he set up that should have been handled by a talent agent, rather than her manager, and the California Labor Commissioner ultimately agreed. It ruled that Blackstock had overstepped by working around Clarkson's agents at Creative Artists Agency. In May 2024, the warring exes finally reached a settlement in Clarkson's lawsuit over the commission fees. The hitmaker had previously won the $2.6 million judgement for deals Blackstock had secured for her going back to 2017, but she had claimed he had been taking the place of her talent agents while serving as her manager going back as far as 2007, so she had requested a more thorough accounting of commissions paid to her ex-husband. Although Clarkson and Blackstock both requested that her lawsuit be dismissed after the settlement was reached, the details of the agreement were not publicly disclosed. In 2022, the Moment Like This singer had agreed to pay her ex-husband a $1.3 million lump sum as part of their divorce settlement. They also agreed that Clarkson would pay Blackstock $45,601 per month in child support payments. On top of that, she had to pay Blackstock $115,000 per month for spousal support, though those payments were set to end in January of last year. The exes agreed to share joint custody of River and Remington, but the children would primarily live in Los Angeles with their mother and would visit Blackstock at his home in Montana for one weekend per month. At the time, he was paying Clarkson rent on the ranch that they had shared in Montana before he was scheduled to move out in June 2022. The settlement allowed Blackstock to retain control of their farm animals, including cattle, dogs and horses, as well as multiple vehicles for use around the property, including an ATV, snowmobiles and two pickup trucks: a Ford F-350 and an F-250. Clarkson got to keep the small family pets in the deal, as well as a baby grand piano, hunting items and all of their firearms, both from before and during their marriage. Earlier this year, the TV star was mysteriously absent from her eponymous talk show for multiple weeks, missing 10 shows in total. Clarkson didn't explain her absence at the time, though in May she complained on stage about the show's demanding schedule, she she said kept her from touring as much as she wanted to. The singer previously told People she 'never wanted to get married the first time.' '[Brandon] had children, a religious background, and it was important, I think, for him. But I've never been that person. Because I've been through a couple divorces in my family, I just don't like to put any weight on it.' The Miss Independent hitmaker also believes that 'love is not forever'. Kelly explained: 'I've always known that love is hard. 'For me, love has always come with this elephant in the room of sadness. I've known love is not forever. I don't mean that to sound depressing, but I think we put a lot of pressure on that word. 'Sometimes love is looking at someone and going, 'This is not good for you. This is not good for me.' That's a hard thing to face. But when you do, I think you grow.'

Zoe Ball's famous dad Johnny says her relationship with her ex-husband Fatboy Slim is better than ever
Johnny Ball has claimed his daughter Zoe Ball has a better relationship with her ex-husband Fatboy Slim now than when they were married. The TV personality, 87, made the surprising revelation in a new interview with Boom Radio - almost 10 years on from their 2016 separation. While the couple were together for 18 years, their relationship was not entirely smooth sailing and they briefly split in 2003 after Zoe had an affair with DJ Dan Peppe. Johnny said: 'They're very good friends today, you know. They're great friends. They're divorced, but they're better…. 'If you like they're closer today than they were when they were married. And that's a lovely thing. It's a lovely thing.' The former couple share two children together - Woody Fred Cook, 24, and Nelly May Louise Cook, 15. Elsewhere in the interview, Johnny opened up about the early part of his career as he reflected on a whopping six decades in the spotlight. Daughter Zoe was quick to follow in her father's showbiz footsteps and made a successful career for herself as a DJ in the nineties. It was this work that caused her to cross paths with Fatboy Slim, real name Norman Cook, now 62, while working for Radio 1 in Ibiza in 1998. Following the couple's split in 2017, Norman spoke of going through a 'traumatic year' and said that music provided him with a much-needed form of escapism. He told the Daily Star: 'My music and shows have always been about escapism, for people to forget what's wrong in their life. 'I've done it for 30 years but, because my life was happy, I was providing that escapism for the crowds. And now they're providing that escapism for me. 'Having hit a traumatic year, for those two hours when I'm on stage, I forget all my worries and I feel like I can escape.' Opening up further, he admitted that he actually feels like he is a better DJ when he is going through difficult things in his personal life. He added: 'Because of my marital situation, I have a lot more time on my hands. Practically, I see less of the kids than I used to, so I have more time to make music.' Following the couple's split, Zoe entered into a relationship with Billy Yates in 2017, a cameraman who tragically died by suicide that same year. She went on to date production boss Michael Reed from December 2017 to 2023 after reportedly growing apart. While Zoe's love life has played out publicly since splitting with Norman, little is known about his romances since their breakup, although he was linked to Zoe's friend Nicola Lokko in 2018. The former couple are reported to have settled into an effective co-parenting relationship and Zoe praised Norman's ability as a father in 2020 to Red magazine, describing him as the 'best dad'. She said: 'He is such a good friend and a good guy. It's not always been easy and it's taken time.'
