Watch exact moment Celeb SAS star Lucy Spraggan ‘ripped' vulva
To view this video please enable JavaScript, and consider upgrading to a web browser that supports HTML5 video The latest episode of Celebrity SAS revealed the moment Lucy Spraggan sustained a gruesome injury. Last week, Lucy revealed that she ripped her labia while appearing on the current series of Celebrity SAS: Who Dares Wins. Now the moment has aired in the show, showing Lucy doubled over in pain, clutching her crotch and telling her fellow celebs: 'I've cut my labia, on the harness, yeah fully it's bleeding.' The 34-year-old's wound was caused by a harness during a stunt, and due to the level of bleeding and intensity of the show, she recalled her 'dignity had gone' when the doctor came over to inspect her. Shetold The Sun: 'I ripped my labia – it was bad.' 'That's not a common injury. Actually, genuinely, that's never been the same, so much so I'm having some surgery soon to correct it,' she said, adding that she suspected the harness was 'too tight'. In an interview with LadBible, she explained that she was bungee jumping off a viaduct, and the incident happened after she was in free fall for five seconds and came to a halt. 'You hit that sort of lowest point, obviously there's quite a lot of like 'yank' and I knew that my harness was, in a bit of an odd position, but you've got so much adrenaline when stuff like that's happening, you can't really be like, 'Oh, can I just move this?'' She added that she knew immediately something was wrong: 'I knew straight away that, like, that was a sincere amount of pain and it was f***ing sincere pain. 'In midair, I was trying to, like, pull on the rope, so like to pull up to relieve some of the tension, in the harness.' She said that once the task was over, she took herself to some bushes to check out the extent of the injury. 'I looked and there was just blood and I was like 'oh s**t'. The doctor, she was behind me, and she came up to me and was like 'Lucy, are you okay?' 'I turned around, and I sort of like, had my hands and she was like 'Oh my God. I thought it was your leg'.' Lucy also emphasised that she found it shocking how much people cared about her injury, particularly given that men frequently complain about their testicles. 'I just think that it's kind of crazy that men are always like, 'Oh, my balls, my balls, my balls,' the second that a woman is like, I've got a vulva [it's a big news story].' Sadly for poor Lucy, this vulva tear wasn't the only injury the star suffered during filming for the series; she also almost knocked a tooth out, fainted and landed face-first in the sea after attempting to jump from a helicopter into a boat. This left her with a black eye for her wedding day in June 2024 and forced her to have filler from under her eye dissolved after she 'hit the sea so hard my filler migrated to the side of my face'. This year's series was shot in Wales, the home of the first phase of SAS selection in real life. Adam Collard leaves Celebrity SAS fans 'in tears' after breaking down over heart
To view this video please enable JavaScript, and consider upgrading to a web browser that supports HTML5 video Adam Collard has broken down in tears speaking about his fiancée Laura Wood's miscarriage. The former Love Island lothario, 29, is best known for appearing on the ITV reality show twice, as well as on Celebs Go Dating. After meeting sports presenter Laura Woods in 2023, the pair have since become engaged and welcomed son, Leo Ernie Collard. Although Adam has faced backlash for his behaviour on screens over the years, a recent emotional moment on Celebrity SAS: Who Dares Wins has left many sympathising with him. On last night's episode of the Channel 4 series, Adam was hauled into an interrogation with the Directing Staff – who were reading articles that had previously called him 'public enemy number 1'. Just a few weeks before the couple conceived their son, they lost a baby when Laura was 11 weeks pregnant. On the show Adam spoke about facing a difficult few months last year, during which he was also diagnosed with depression. 'There was one or two things that happened,' he said, becoming visibly emotional. 'One of them was with my partner…and…we, erm lost something…when it was really close to getting there a second time and telling everyone,' he said through tears. As he struggled to speak, the DS clarified that he was talking about the miscarriage. 'I know it happens all the time, but I think I was proud of the fact that I was excited for it, which I didn't think I ever would be,' he continued. 'And when it got taken away, and it was 10 times worse for her, I think it hit us like a tonne of bricks. 'We just really, really went to a bit of a bad place. And to be honest, in front of her I pretended I was cool, and pretended I was absolutely fine.' After being asked if he'd struggled with feelings of guilty in the aftermath, Adam agreed and said: 'When we lost the baby, the first thing I thought was it was karma for all the people I hurt.' 'I don't think I ever did anything wrong choosing people on Love Island because it is a show, but I could have been more empathetic and considered how they felt at the time. Because knowing how I feel about someone know, if they even had a shadow of those feelings, then I understand why they felt that strongly at the time.' Reflecting on his journey so far, Adam added: 'When I come out the other side of the course, I hope it spits out a better person.' Watching Adam be so vulnerable saw many viewers praise his openness. 'Honestly wasn't a massive fan of Adam on love island but watching him speak so openly and emotionally about his life and the things he's been through brought a tear to my eye! Well done Adam, done yourself and your family proud,' Chelcie posted on X. 'Behind the Love Island bravado there is a normal honest genuine guy and I'm glad we're seeing that with Adam,' Ryan shared. 'Strong men showing their emotions should be encouraged more,' Charline added. Soon after the episode aired, he also thanked people for their support. 'Thank you for all of the nice messages after tonight's episode. I have connected with so many people since talking out…as men we are often quite terrible at this. But not forgetting about women too,' he wrote. In a piece to camera, Adam praised Laura, saying: 'I'd say I'm pretty closed off as a person and she definitely helped me to open up.' Ahead of appearing on Celebrity SAS, Adam shared: 'Hopefully during the course, the DS will peel back a few layers because I'm stubborn as hell. And maybe I need to be broken down to then go and sort some stuff out. 'I'm doing it for the little boy who hated himself and couldn't do anything and was the last to get picked in everything. And from an emotional point of view, I'm hoping that this spits out a better person. 'I love a challenge. And I really think this course is exactly what I want to really tap into my fitness, the mental strength, the resilience, and see if I've got the grit to finish and go all the way.' More Trending Soon after Adam's relationship with Laura was made public, he declared she was 'The One'. 'I would never get in a relationship with someone at least at one point [unless] I thought they were The One,' he said at the time. He also previously told OK! Magazine about his dreams to be his children's 'best friend' like he was with his father and plans to have no more than two kids otherwise he 'might struggle'. Rebecca Loos says 'I had more to share' as she opens up on David Beckham grilling
Rebecca Loos spoke about her time on Celebrity SAS: Who Dares Wins on Monday's Lorraine Rebecca Loos said, "I had more to share", as she opened up on her recent David Beckham grilling. The former model initially gained public attention after alleging she had an affair with the married footballer, a claim that David has consistently and strongly denied. Appearing on ITV's Lorraine on Monday (August 18), Rebecca chatted with host Ranvir Singh about her recent appearance on Celebrity SAS: Who Dares Wins, currently being broadcast on Channel 4. Rebecca notably exited the demanding reality programme on Sunday night, after being unable to complete a heights challenge. "What people need to understand, what you don't see, by this time in the course, we're quite sleep deprived. When you don't sleep, you're not yourself, so my hormones were all over the place. "I don't know what happened in that moment. And also, the day before was an absolute killer. The day before was brutal." The 48-year-old also admitted that she felt there was too much emphasis on her link to David Beckham during the show's Directing Staff interrogations. "I would have preferred to have spoken much more about the bravery in going public, in dealing with the British media, in going up against powerful PR machines and people with money and power," Rebecca expressed. "That for me was the most challenging time in my life by far, so I did feel like there were too many questions about David Beckham." Ranvir then asked why she signed up for the show given the likelihood of David Beckham being talked about in the interrogation room. "Can I ask you then in a way if that is so bothersome after all these years, why would you put yourself in the show? What made you want to do it? You must have known in the back of your mind that is the thing you would be asked about," she queried. Rebecca responded: "Just to be clear, I don't mind being asked about it. It is part of my journey. "It's just that there was slightly too much focus on that. I felt I had so much more to share, dark times that I've been through." The news comes after Rebecca shut down Good Morning Britain host Richard Madeley after he kept probing her about David Beckham during an interview last week.
