Jack P. Shepherd and his wife Hanni Treweek shared a glimpse of their Italian honeymoon on Instagram on Wednesday as they ventured out to explore Pompeii.
The actor, 37, and his partner Hanni, 35, tied the knot at Manchester Cathedral on Saturday, just over one year after he popped the question while on safari in Africa.
After starting their trip in the stunning Amalfi Coast, the pair took a day trip to Naples to see the history of Pompeii.
The newlyweds posed for a sweet photo inside the remains before heading back to the Amalfi Coast for a romantic dinner.
Hanni posed for a gorgeous selfie with a glass of champagne against the picturesque coastline.
Earlier this week, Hanni admitted she is an 'emotional wreck' as she 'broke down' during their trip.
Alongside a video of their views, Hanni said: 'WOW. The band at breakfast just broke me by playing Elvis, the song I heard played by the orchestra whilst I was waiting outside the Cathedral before I walked down the aisle.
'I'm an emotional, but beautiful, wreck in Italy.'
In another short video, the soap star captured the scenery with Italian music in the background before Hanni said: 'Let's go up higher baby'.
It comes after Jack upload a clip of Hanni looking out to sea on Monday, he said: 'Little choppy today. A few broken plates.
She added: 'A little bit too much chop!'
Referencing the Goonies, Jack then joked: 'One-Eyed Willy's cave - where all the gold's kept. That's my room up there. Where I'm staying.'
Jack, who has played the iconic David Platt on Coronation Street since 2000, shared a passionate kiss with Hanni as white confetti fell on them after their wedding ceremony at the weekend.
The soapstar cut a dapper figure in a white suit as he arrived in a red mustang with his mother and his son Reuben, who he shares with his ex Lauren Shippey.
Hanni arrived shortly after, and looked gorgeous in an elegant white gown, with lace detail and a long trail.
Fellow Corrie star Lucy Fallon was amongst the guests as well as Tina O'Brien, who plays his sister Sarah, and his on-screen wife Julia Goulding.
Other Corrie stars in attendance included Samia Longchambon, Colson Smith, Ben Price, Alan Halsall and Jayne Danson.
Jack previously revealed he took part in the show in order to pay for the wedding.
A source told The Sun the pair are going all out to make sure it is their 'dream day'.
'Jack and Hanni are having their big white wedding at Manchester Cathedral on Saturday,' a source said.
They added: 'They have gone all out to make sure it's their dream day and there has been no expensed spared.'
'It's a very grand setting getting wed at the cathedral, and it will be packed with guests, including many of Jack's Corrie co-stars.'
Jack and Hanni have been dating since 2017, after meeting on the soap when she worked in the press office.
She later became a storyliner on the ITV show, before quitting to work as a fashion influencer.
Despite being colleagues, their romance actually began when Jack impressed Hanni at a mutual friend's wedding.
Speaking to OK! Magazine in 2020, Jack recalled: 'Then our mutual friends got married and we were both guests at the wedding.
'We got chatting, I made Hanni laugh, we had a couple of drinks and we flirted. That was it.'
The duo then later bumped into each other once again in a Sainsbury's, which led to an exchange of texts and a blossoming romance.
He told The Daily Star: 'I texted her afterwards and said 'that was awkward' and she told me she thought she looked a mess and then we started texting from there.
'I actually thought she looked fit – I just saw the girl I fancy wearing Lycra! We quickly went on our first date and we just clicked.'

Yungblud packs on the PDA with bikini-clad Jesse Jo Stark to celebrate his birthday as they are seen together for the first time since split

Yungblud packed on the PDA with his girlfriend Jesse Jo Stark on Tuesday as they were seen together for the first time since breaking off their relationship. The singer, whose real name is Dominic Harrison, celebrated his 28th birthday this week with a trip to the Amalfi Coast, Italy. He settled into a long-term relationship with Los Angeles-based Jesse, 34, - who is Cher 's god-daughter - but broke off their relationship following a period of intense 'insecurity.' The couple are now very much back on, with Yungblud insisting she's 'the love of his life' and put on a loved-up display while relaxing in the sun. The musician went shirtless, flashing his tattoos in black swimming shorts while Jesse looked incredible in a zebra print bikini. Youngblud and Jesse cosied up on a sun lounger before leaping into the sea during their day at the beach. In a far-reaching interview with Paul C. Brunson's We Need To Talk podcast, Yungblud revealed Jesse agreed to a temporary separation as he wrestled with the pressures of living life in the spotlight. He said: 'This year has been such a strange thing for me because it's the first time that probably the biggest love of my life, I've taken space from and I've asked for space. 'Last year I was really having problems with myself and it was all a me problem.' 'Her name's Jesse Stark. She's probably the most incredible person I've ever met and she's my best friend and I feel so lucky to be in her orbit.' The Doncaster-born star admitted he maintained regular contact with Jesse the daughter of Richard Stark - founder and CEO of luxury goods brand Chrome Hearts - and god-daughter to pop veteran Cher. He said: 'I got to talk this through with her and she understood and she needed a moment. 'We talk every Sunday and I mean ultimately I think in my life all roads lead to her because I love her. I never loved anything like I love her. 'I love her as everything. And I love her as if I'd love water. I need it. You know, and I think I'd never experience love like it because when you could be that honest with another human being, even in times when we're not technically together.' The couple are now very much back on, with Yungblud insisting she's 'the love of his life' and put on a loved-up display while relaxing in the sun Jesse looked incredible in a zebra print bikini At the time, the singer remained hopeful that he will start a family with Jesse once he has worked his way through the emotional issues that ultimately led to their separation. 'I think at this moment in time, I needed to build up a fundamental basis of a personality. I was a shell, so I didn't know what I could love,' he explained. 'I will love that girl until I die and if that ends up like we like I would love it for one day to have loads of kids with her and vibe out and do all the like whatever the fairy tale thing is but if that doesn't happen that doesn't happen.' It comes after Yungblud shared a picture of the gift Ozzy Osbourne gave him before he died, hours after he gave a reading at the funeral at his home in Buckinghamshire. The singer had a very strong relationship with Ozzy, whom he first met in 2022, and it appeared that their relationship grew into an almost father-son type bond. Yungblud reportedly gave a touching reading at The Black Sabbath frontman's funeral last week, after his death aged 76 on July 22. Following the emotional day, the 28-year-old took to Instagram to share a close-up snap of the cross necklace Ozzy gifted him in 2022, during the filming of his The Funeral music video. Yungblud later returned the favour by gifting Ozzy a custom-made cross necklace before Black Sabbath's final show at Villa Park in Birmingham. He wrote in the caption: 'goodnight oz. your light will forever shine. I love you,' with fans noting in the caption that Ozzy has 'passed the torch of darkness on' to Yungblud. Yungblud previously revealed that the gift from Ozzy is the 'most precious thing' as he paid a 'truly heartbroken' tribute to the rocker. The singer performed Changes at Black Sabbath's final concert and has vowed to play it in Ozzy's memory going forward. Rock legend Ozzy was buried in the grounds of his own mansion in Buckinghamshire - as he had said he desired. His widow, Sharon, 72, and their children were joined by heavy rock royalty at the event at the family's home near Gerrards Cross, where he was being laid to rest near a lake at the heart of the sprawling 250-acre estate. Marilyn Manson led the stars arriving at Ozzy 's private funeral as the heavy metal icon was laid to rest. Following the funeral, Marilyn took to Instagram as he penned: 'Today we laid to rest a beloved friend. I am eternally grateful that you let me into your life Ozzy. 'Your inspiration and love will always be with me. Thank you Sharon and family for a reverent, beautiful ceremony. Your legacy lives on.' Guests also included Manson's wife, Lindsay Usich and Ozzy's lead guitarist, Zakk Wylde. And in true Ozzy fashion, stars arrived in gothic and heavy metal attire, with Rob Zombie donning skulls on a black scarf while Manson wore a long black jacket. A huge floral tribute in the grounds of the mansion spells out an affectionate tribute to the heavy metal legend, with the words, 'OZZY F***ING OSBOURNE', on the banks of the Osbourne lake.

Godfather trilogy director Francis Ford Coppola breaks silence after being ‘rushed to hospital' in Italy

THE Godfather trilogy director Francis Ford Coppola has broken his silence after he was reportedly rushed to hospital in Italy. The legendary American filmmaker, 86, shared a health update with fans following his shocking hospitalisation in Rome on Tuesday. 6 Coppola was reportedly admitted to public hospital Policlinico Tor Vergata after a screening of his film Megalopolis in Calabria. But the Hollywood giant has now taken to social media to reassure fans of his condition. On Tuesday night, he said on Instagram that he had visited hospital for a scheduled procedure with Dr. Andrea Natale - a renowned heart specialist who has treated him for over three decades. He also posted a photo of himself smiling and looking relaxed, along with text that read: "I am well. "Da Dada (what my kids call me) is fine, taking an opportunity while in Rome to do the update of my 30-year-old AFib procedure with its inventor, a great Italian doctor – Dr. Andrea Natale!" Reports suggested that the renowned director was admitted to hospital for a possible heart procedure tied to a mild cardiac arrhythmia. This would line up with Coppola 's mention of updating his long-standing AFib treatment. But this speculation has not been officially confirmed. Adam Driver, Aubrey Plaza, Shia LaBeouf, and Giancarlo Esposito star in the Coppola's latest, decades-in-the-making film, which has stirred considerable controversy. He financed the $120million movie himself and premiered it at the 2024 Cannes Film Festival. Lionsgate abruptly pulls Francis Ford Coppola's MEGALOPOLIS trailer over 'fake reviews' as studio admits 'we screwed up' The passion project has proven something of a flop, broadly disappointing critics and audiences, and is the subject of an upcoming documentary called Megadoc. Coppola has spent considerable time in Italy this year, partly to scout locations for another new film he planned to shoot in the autumn. The director is considered one of the greatest filmmakers ever and has collected five Oscars in his career. Among his numerous successes in the film business, Coppola directed iconic films including The Conversation, Apocalypse Now, The Godfather and its acclaimed sequel The Godfather Part II. Coppola's wife, Eleanor, died last spring. 6 6 Born in Detroit, Michigan, to a father who was a flautist in the local orchestra, he is a second generation Italian immigrant. He spent most of his childhood in Queens, New York. His first success was with the 1968 film Finian's Rainbow, starring Petula Clark and Fred Astaire. But his breakthrough was with The Godfather in 1972, starring Marlon Brando, Al Pacino, James Caan and Robert Duvall. The film won three Oscars - including Best Picture - and was a box-office phenomenon, grossing $291million worldwide making it the highest grossing movie ever made at that point. Further cementing his legacy, Coppola followed that triumph up with a 1974 sequel The Godfather Part II which, despite only grossing $98m, was lauded by movie critics. With some experts even calling the four-hour opus superior to the original, it won an astonishing six Oscars including Best Picture and Best Director. Coppola's other monumental achievement is Vietnam war epic Apocalypse Now which cost a huge $31.5m to make in 1979. By comparison, Star Wars was made for just $11m two years earlier. Starring Brando and Martin Sheen, the film was thankfully a financial success grossing $150m worldwide. It was awarded the prestigious Palme d'Or at the '79 Cannes Film Festival. 6
