Spring has officially sprung in Philadelphia, and that means Rita's Italian Ice is offering its annual first-day-of-spring deals.
As they have been doing for over 25 years, the popular chain is hosting its annual First Day of Spring giveaway. This means you can get a free six-ounce cup of Italian Ice at their nearly 600 locations across the country.
This spring Rita's will debut their brand new flavor: Skittles Italian Ice.

Italy to Lower Taxes for Middle Class, Leo Tells Il Messaggero

The Italian government plans to reduce tax on middle class earnings in its 2026 budget, which the government is preparing for the fall, Deputy Finance Minister Maurizio Leo said in an interview with Il Messaggero. Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni's administration is looking at lowering fiscal pressure on those who earn between €28,000 ($32,770) and €60,000 a year, Leo told the newspaper. It is also considering tweaks to the way companies are taxed, he said.
