Sushmita Sen
's brother Rajeev Sen and actress
Charu Asopa
separated leaving fans quite heartbroken. Charu has now moved to Bikaner and said that she moved there because she cannot affort to stay in Mumbai.
She had said in an interview, "I have shifted to my hometown Bikaner, Rajasthan.
I have left Mumbai for now, and I am currently living with my parents. It's been more than a month since Ziana and I moved here."
She also indicated that she's not getting any money from ex-husband Rajeev Sen to raise their daughter Ziana. Rajeev who has a Youtube channel has now reacted to Charu's allegations and said that due to her shifting to Bikaner, their daughter Ziana is suffering.
He said, "Charu ne decision liya of moving to Bikaner joh mujhe bohot odd lagaa because she made a bold decision in a short time. She belongs to Bikaner but she took a big step in a short time. I didn't understand it. This was her decision. The reason she gave us was a financial problem and that she couldn't afford Mumbai. People asked me if I'm helping Charu financially for Ziana. It's a private thing. I am not answerable to anyone about the money I give.

I won't stoop down to the level where I show my bank statements to everyone about how much money I've given."
She added, "Do you think she cannot afford to stay in Mumbai? I know people with a salary of Rs 40-50k thousand with three children who are living in Mumbai. Having said that, I feel Charu will come back to Mumbai. She will keep getting work opportunities here so it doesn't make sense to stay in Bikaner."
He reacted to the video of Charu selling clothes online and said, "I saw that video and I'm proud of her because koi bhi kaam chhota ya bada nahi hota (Every work should be respected.
No work is big or small). But I wonder why was she dressed like that? She is always well dressed in all her vidoes but here, there is no make-up and she's not dressed up. Charu has never dressed up like this. 9 out of 10 times, she's well dressed with make-up.
So that video of her selling clothes seemed like a set-up. Charu doesn't behave like this."
Further talking about their relationship Rajeev said, "Kisi bhi relationship mein dekhoge, specially celebrity relationships that aadmi ko bohot jaldi villain banaa diya jaata hai.
I'm not perfect. I will never say that Charu only has flaws and I'm innocent. I will never say that. We are just two difficult people. If you think Charu is innocent, that's not the case. Neither am I innocenent. We are all humans. We make mistakes.
But koi bhi insaan ek ko bhagwaan banaade aur doosre ko giraake toh it's not logical."
Talking about not spending time with their daughter Ziana, Rajeev said, "Chaahe beshak charu Bikaner chali gayi hu, I can go to meet my daughter Ziana.
But I feel there has to be a healthy communication. She loves her daughter as much as I love. She's fortunate that she can spend time with her but I cannot spend time, especially now because she has moved out of Mumbai. But efforts have to come from both ends for the well-being of the child, without ego.
We need to be giving each other respect."
He further said, "The woman will always have a bigger role to play, especially when the child is with her.
I have very limited resources. I can only do video calls, or I can go meet her (Ziana). More than anything else, I feel very bad for Ziana. At least if nothing else, there was no need for Charu to leave Bombay. Because ghoom phir kea ap log dekh lena, she will come back to Bombay. And I'm not saying for me. She will come back, she will settle down again here.
"
Rajeev also revealed what went wrong between them. "Charu will never say this because she thinks she is always right and I'm always wrong. He said, "We were two strong headed individuals. Ek dusre ko samajh nahi paaye. Ek dusre ko respect nahi kar paaye. Pyaar toh bohot tha. But I feel like whatever happened was for the highest good. For her and for me. When it comes to Ziana, if Charu genuinely wants a father's love for her daughter, she needs to play the bigger role because Ziana is with her.

‘We had no option but to kill him', says Goldy Brar on Sidhu Moosewala murder

Canada-based gangster Goldy Brar justified the killing of Sidhu Moosewala by claiming that the Punjabi singer 'had to face the consequences of his actions.' In a BBC documentary, it was revealed that Lawrence Bishnoi and Moosewala's relationship dated back a long time, and the dreaded gangster used to call the singer from jail, telling him he liked his music. 'In his arrogance, he (Moosewala) made some mistakes that could not be forgiven,' Brar told the BBC. 'We had no option but to kill him. He had to face the consequences of his actions. It was either him or us. As simple as that,' he added. The BBC World Service released the documentary titled 'The Killing Call' on the killing of Moosewala, on YouTube in two parts Wednesday, which coincided with his birth anniversary. The documentary was released at 5 am Wednesday. The BBC was scheduled to screen the documentary in a cinema hall in Mumbai Wednesday evening. However, after the controversy, the BBC released it on YouTube. Moosewala's father, Balkaur Singh, had petitioned a court in Mansa to stop its release or screening. The Mansa court has listed the petition for a hearing Thursday. Meanwhile, three of his songs were also released on his official channel Wednesday. Balkaur also wrote to Maharashtra director general of police (DGP) to stop the screening. In the complaint filed with the Maharashtra DGP and Juhu Police Station in Mumbai, Balkaur said that the documentary was made without his permission, and it 'contained false content about his son's murder'. He added that the documentary could be an attempt to tarnish his son's legacy. He said that the documentary includes interviews with individuals named in the FIR related to his son's murder, which he believes could affect the ongoing case. Later in the evening, Balkaur told media persons that that release of the documentary is like derailing the ongoing investigation into the murder case. He said that two witnesses have already testified in the court and he would be the third witness to testify in the coming days.

"Jagran mein guitar bajata tha...": Delhi's Jamnapaar boy Sagar Bhatia on making a mark on India's qawwali scene

New Delhi [India], June 10 (ANI): 'Main bhaut roya,' expressed renowned sufi artist Sagar Bhatia, remembering the never-experienced-before feeling during a recent car drive, where it hit him how much his life has transformed for the better after years of struggles. Overwhelming and unexplainable emotions of joy and gratefulness left him teary-eyed. That day, he vowed to continue the hard work that had taken him this far in the industry and always make his audience smile with his music, especially with 'Sagar Wali Qawwali'. Hailing from Delhi's Jamnapaar, Sagar was not born with a silver spoon in his mouth. Despite humble beginnings, his ambitions and aspirations remain undeterred and persistent. In the initial years of his career, he played guitar at Jagrans. He also went to play in bars. In 2010, Sagar formed a band and led as a guitarist and then eventually tried his hand at singing. In 2014, a significant moment came in his life as he participated in the reality show 'India's Raw Star', where he was amongst the Top 6 finalists. He kept on working hard to achieve his goals. He enhanced his skills with every passing year. And with his talent, he has made a mark on Qawwali scene in India. Inspired by the qawwali legend Nusrat Fateh Ali Khan, a couple of years ago, Sagar embarked on a new path by choosing the qawwali genre as a full-fledged profession. Today, his 'Sagar Wali Qawalli' brand has transcended national borders, conducting shows in the US, UK and UAE. Sagar, a Delhiwala with big dreams in his eyes, learnt everything about music on his own. 'I have never received professional training in music. My experiences taught me everything about different aspects of music. Performing guitar at devotional jagratas taught me a lot. I used to observe people singing. I used to wonder how they could sing for so long at shows. Maine fir bars mein guitar bajaya, Cabret dance mein bajaya, purane and naye gaane mein, paisa bhi kamaya aur seekha bhi,' he told ANI. 'Whatever I have learnt from childhood till now, I incorporated it to form my 'Sagar Wali Qawaali'. What I have learnt so far after making mistakes, I will produce something better using all of that later. Though he does not have a professional guru in his life, he never forgets how his mother played a crucial role in fulfilling his dreams. 'I learnt everything while on the job. I did not have that kind of financial condition to take training. I did not have a teacher. My mother gave me Rs 2400 for learning the guitar for three months. When that money was spent, my learning was over. I started teaching kids. One of those kids asked me 'Woh waala gaana seekhna hai'. I would tell him that I would teach him two days later. I would first learn that song myself and then teach it to them. There was no YouTube or anything like that back then,' Sagar shared. Through his unique fusion of traditional qawwali with modern music, Sagar has built a huge fan base across various age groups, including Gen Z and older audiences. 'Sagar Wali Qawwali mein Sagar logo ki dil ki baat kar raha hai islie sab connect kar paate hai. Qawwali is not what it used to be earlier. Audience taste has evolved a lot over the years. Keeping the audience's interests in mind, artistes have also changed their ways of performing. My audience starts with children. I feel so happy when I see kids singing my version of 'Sanson Ki Mala Pe'. I feel blessed that music has the ability to attract audiences across generations,' he said. And recently, Delhiites got lucky as they witnessed the magic of 'Sagar Wali Qawwali'. On June 8, Sagar performed live in his hometown at a sold-out show organised by Team Innovation. The entire KD Jhadav stadium reverberated with Sagar's dynamic voice. Of course, credits also go to brand members for elevating his lively performance. Sagar is now all set to entrall Mumbaikars and his audience in Kolkata with a unique blend of Sufi, classical, and modern music. (ANI)
