6.19-Magnitude Earthquake Strikes Turkey, No Casualties Reported
Nada Mustafa The German Research Centre for Geosciences reported a 6.19-magnitude earthquake in Turkey at a depth of 10 kilometers. According to the Disaster and Emergency Management Authority (AFAD), the earthquake struck in Sındırgı, Balıkesir, and was recorded at 7:53 p.m. (19:53:47).
